What a fantastic family owned car dealership KI Auto is to work with. We purchased a 2023 Subaru Outback limited from Ivan and cannot say enough about how great and honest he and his family are. I called him on a Monday and he told me about the car. I put a small deposit on it and drove up on Saturday morning 3.5 hours from LaCrosse. We took it out for a test drive and it was perfect. KI has a 90 day warranty on all their vehicles. I bought my truck in November and in June I turned on the air conditioning and it didn't work well enough so Ivan volunteered to fix it. I brought it back in September almost a year later and they fixed it at their cost. How many places will you ever find that will do this for you?? Ivan sold us a Honda Pilot that has been an amazing vehicle in the snow and engine has worked perfectly. We had some issues that he addressed immediately and also responded to phone calls. He knows what he is doing and we understood that it is a salvage title so there might be a few issues we would need to deal with but the value cannot be denied.

Bought a 2017 RAV4 in Dec 21 from Ivan, car has been great. Needed to top off AC refrigerant this spring he did it without charge. Ivan is honest, true to his word and super to do business with. Would easily buy another car from him.

Two year update: truck still works perfectly. Zero repairs in two years. Absolutely recommend. To summarize: I would highly recommend KI Auto, especially if you want an amazing deal on a vehicle. Just bought a 2017 Honda Ridgeline from K I Auto. This is the kind of small business I love to support. I was nervous about a Rebuilt vehicle, but man it was the only way to get the truck I wanted. Brought the truck to a buddy who is a mechanic at a Toyota dealership for an inspection. He said the work was on par with what they would do and better than many rebuilds he seen. He was showing me the welds they did, parts they used, etc and said it all looked to be done well. He took it for a drive and said everything felt and sounded perfect. Was impressed with some details too, like areas they touched up that wouldn't be visible unless you're doing an inspection. Ivan is quiet, but super friendly and responsive to both calls and text. Will try to update in a year or so for how the vehicle is holding up.

We purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot from Ivan at a great value in 2019. The vehicle was in great shape and interior was like new. We had a minor issue with the diver side mirror motor and Ivan quickly repaired it at no charge. No issues or even suggested work from Honda dealers who did oil changes and multi-point inspections the whole time we owned it. We put a lot of miles on it ourselves and recently sold it vehicle to get a truck, only because we needed more towing capacity. It still had a very strong resale value even with having rebuilt title. Ended up being one of the best vehicle purchases, driving/owning and selling experiences we have had.

One of the most honest humans I’ve had a chance to buy something from/ interact with. Bought a pilot from Ivan after a lengthy search for a car from dealerships and several trips to his lot to try out different cars. The process was hustle free and so far the car has been great. I had an issue with the middle seat and a driver seatbelt issue which he fixed no problem. I would definitely buy a car from him again in the future. Simply put. Ivan is honest, stands behind his cars, and is very responsive and responsible to issues that arise. We purchased an Odyssey from him in May 2020 and promptly took it on a road trip to Idaho and back. It ran like a champ. When we got home from Idaho we noticed a leak - and with no hassle Ivan had us bring it in and replaced the entire radiator new. We then drove it for 8 more months with no issues. A couple weeks ago the airbag light went on. Our usual mechanic wanted to replace the entire drivers side airbag for over $1K. I knew we were well past his 6 month warranty, but I gave Ivan a call to see if he had any advice. He quickly told us to bring it in, saying "I know my cars." After a 30 minute visit it was fixed at no charge. When we need our next car we are going to Ivan.

Have had the very best experience purchasing vehicles from Ivan and K&I Auto. My wife and I have purchased a Honda Odyssey and a Silverado (my in laws have also purchased from here as well) from Ivan and his excellent team. We had a check engine light come on 2 weeks after a purchase we brought the vehicle back to Ivan and he did everything he could to fix the issue and gave us a rental vehicle while they worked on our vehicle. We will be purchasing all of our future vehicles from K&I Auto.

Back in May I bought a 2016 RAM 1500 from Ivan at K&I. It has been an AWESOME vehicle and I haven't had any issues with it whatsoever! He was responsive to any of my questions or concerns. When I went to pick the truck up on the day of purchase I got about 2 blocks away from the dealership and an ABS light came on. Well, like anyone would do, I drove it right back to Ivan and he fixed it right away with a new part and I was ready to go. I would highly recommend buying from here. Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic in October 2018. Don't let the location and building fool you as the car was in excellent shape and ready to go. We purchased it as a salvage car and the work was done nicely, as well as it was inspected and ready to go. Owner and his wife were great to work with. Paperwork was completed right there and they mailed us the license plates as soon as it came in. Owner is very honest on what was done to the car. I am very happy with the car as well as the price couldn't be matched. Will buy again from this dealer.

Bought a 2015 Honda Odyssey from Ivan, now about a year and a half ago. Was riding out the review to make sure all went well. Ivan took care of us. We had two minor issues and he was very responsive and receptive. We are 3.5 hours away and he worked with us to get back and get the repairs done. The stuff that went wrong I am not even sure was from the rebuild, might have been a flaw from Honda. Great guy, great customer service, and great support. Running the van hard (over 26k already) and nothing but happy parents and kids in the van. I will be back when we run the wheels of this for another. Might need a new commuter too one of these days. Pavel sold me a low mileage BMW 328i, salvage title, for a what it seems to me should be a fraction of the value of the car. My wife loves her car, and we have yet to have any problems with it that I wouldn't expect from any car this age and mileage. It's been a gorgeous and comfortable way for my wife to travel, and a low maintenance asset for me. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from PZ Global again if I saw that they had something I wanted.

I would highly recommend buying a vehicle here. We purchased a rebuilt Honda Pilot. The vehicle looked great because they do a very professional job on the rebuild, but we were most happy with the warranty on the vehicle. We had two issues and both were handled very well and ended up being very little inconvenience. The first was very minor - a missing spring on our gas door. The second was about a month after our purchase, the A/C condenser froze. They would not have had any way to know that was going to happen, but in both cases, Ivan responded immediately and the repairs were completed at no cost within a day or two. Another benefit of buying one of their vehicles is having a trustworthy and reasonable cost option for repairs after the warranty period. They are experts in the types of vehicles they repair and are familiar with common issues with those vehicles, so I look forward to having a place to go in the future. The Pilot has been running perfectly, and we love it. Would definitely buy from them again!

I can't say enough good things about Ivan at PZ Global Auto. We bought a 2013 Honda Pilot that had previously been salvaged and fix at his shop. The body work was flawless and we were able to purchase it significantly under the average price for similar vehicles on the market and with half the amount of milage of others the same age. Shortly after we purchased the vehicle it started having a electrical issue. We brought it back to Ivan who was extremely accommodating and assured us that he would make sure that this was taken care of. Long story short because this was a intermittent problem that only happened once in a while it was extremely hard to track down. Ivan was committed to making sure we were taken care of and over the next month put countless hours and money into finding and fixing this issue. He even made the 2 hr trip to our house multiple times to pickup the vehicle and leave us with a loaner vehicle so that we were as little inconvenienced and impacted as possible. The possibility of a refund was always on the table if he couldn't fix it but his persistence payed off and we are very happy he stuck with it because we absolutely love this vehicle. I would recommend Ivan to anyone and everyone as he not only does high quality work on the vehicles he sells but also is an honest stand-up guy that completely stands behind his work and is committed to his customer's complete satisfaction.

I was nervous about purchasing a vehicle with a prior salvage title but the workers were patient, forthright, and honest about the Honda Pilot that we bought. Six months later when we somehow triggered the 'panic button' on the key fob to melt the horn, they took care of it at our convenience. No hassle, just solid service. There are tons of reviews about salvage work on the internet. Unless they are about PZ, they don't pertain. The bottom line is if you want a reputable and dependable dealer that has been around for years, all you need to know is that you are working with a sound business. Ivan and the crew at PZ Global Auto are that crew. When we are done paying for child care I will be back, without a doubt. This is my first google review. The service is so good that my wife told me I have to get online and show my support. I can't recommend the shop more highly.
