They tell you a part is gonna be here a certain day and it doesn’t show up until days later!!!!! Has happened to me multiple times now, so sick of it! Not good customer service whatsoever
I have nothing but great things to say about AAA especially Mark Collignon. He helped me not once, but twice with above and beyong expectations. Mark is now my go to guy for salvaged auto parts.
I had ordered the part, and paid for it online at approximately 7am they called me at 9am and told me that they have the part on the shelf, and they it needed to be delivered to the east bethel location and that it would be 2 hours till I can pick it up, at 12 pm I called for an update and they tell me another 2 hours but they had to pull the part from a vehicle, then told me they have the part on the shelf, why would yall need to pull the part if it's already on the shelf. Why does a paying customer need to wait 4 HOURS for a part?????? Will not be going through AAA auto parts ever again
Beware!!!! AAA Auto Salvage does not stand behind their warranties and will find any excuse to get out of it. Don't take your car to the mechanic if it brakes down before you call. It will void the warranty, just sit with it and cross your fingers.
They didn't have what I needed, walked a few steps to there adjoining business and they had a junk yard full of lots of goodies, got what I needed and then some. Definitely will return to there adjoining business again. Good luck
There's a lady there named Kim and she was extremely helpful however they didn't have the part they I needed but she directed me to an excellent mechanic thanks Kim
Fail to describe the damages and won't let u in the yard to look before they pull it for u...and when u look for a complete assembly make sure u ask what is included in there assembly .... because their definition doesn't match other parts yards

AAA is the place to buy parts! A specific shout out to Kelli who I have bought parts from for over 30 years. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always going the extra mile!!
I’ve gotten parts from the East Bethel location numerous times over the years and Kelli is always so helpful. Customer service 10/10! She’s so sweet and a pleasure to speak with on the phone!
Beware of their offers.
I was offered $400 last week for a car they offered $700 for last year at this time. Disappointing but understandable as it's been a year.
I went to their sister company U pull R parts and bought $40 worth of donut spares because they wouldn't pay any extra for the like new tires like they said they would last year.
Days later they have lowered the offer another $25. That was it. One phone call and I got the same offer from a place that will pick the car up and pay cash.
I've spent a fair amount of money at U pull R parts. I've taken the kids out for the junyard experience and to save money.
No more. I'll pay a little more at Rock Auto for new parts.
This has been the most disingenuous, shady company I've had the misfortune of dealing with in sometime.
WARNING! DO NOT BUY A REMANUFACTURED ENGINE FROM THESE GUYS! The warranty is might sound good but pays nothing and engine leaks within month of having it!!!?! Now another $500 out of pocket to fix oil pan gasket that should have been solid! They know they distributing garbage motors, when I called them to let them know, they said let warranty people know, what shop YOU know that is $50 labor rate?
Update, it's a crank seal so that $500 just went up to $1200, my out of pocket (with the awesome warranty) $770!! What kind of a warranty is THIS?!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE
