I had a good experience. They offered me a fair price for my Subaru and were the best offer I received. The pickup went as expected, and they sent the check as promised. I would have preferred an earlier pickup date, but they were upfront about their availability. Overall, the process was smooth, professional, and exactly as they said it would be. I would recommend them.

I had a car that was not worth putting another engine into it. Even though that was possible and would have made the car run right. So I decided to send him to the scrap yard and let other people decide what they want to do with whatever parts it has. Selling it here was a nice easy experience and everything went smooth.

Went to get a tire for my daughter's car, i was a little confused on the layout at first, as i had never been there before, but all 3 of the staff members were so kind and very helpful, i was in and out in 5 minutes with a very nice tire for my daughter. Great customer service!

I sold them my vehicle, starting the process through the website. Very quick response. When I got there, the guy that helped me was nice and polite. The whole process was quick and easy.

If you comment or have any negative feedback on facebook, they will delete your comment and block you. This place is just a money grab. Do NOT spend your money here! Find another way to source your used auto parts.

Great experience, in from St. Louis so it's cool to see these pick n pull or low style yards in Minnesota. I actually thought the state didn't have any! Went yesterday, forgot my wallet, didn't have cash to get in, drive 1 hour home. Went back today with my wallet, found what I was looking for and got a good deal on it.

I haven't pulled used parts off a vehicle for at least a decade if not two. Staff was friendly and understanding about my inexperience with the process. Donor vehicles were easy to locate and identify - checkout was simple and uncomplicated. Everything was much appreciated.

Place is a rip off and a joke. They charge you for everything even if it doesn’t come apart or if you cut w pigtail even short where u cannot use they charge you buy a seat you’d figure a seat comes as a whole. Nope they charge you 35$ for the seat if the headrest doesn’t detach to bad another 10$ the seat track 20$ you would think if your buying the track you’d get the motor nope another 26$ so by the time you figure this out your at the register thinking ok 35$ for a seat not bad than they say 100$+ for a seat place a joke. Doesn’t have to be just a seat you have a vent that’s is a center with two vents molded together that’s not just one whole vent it’s two even though it doesn’t come apart. That goes for anything door trim your paying for the pull handle the switches everything else. Be careful not to fart they may charge you for that as well!!!

Very friendly, very knowledgeable, they arranged for a tow within a couple of days and mailed me a check by the end of the week. They made the entire process so easy when I thought it was going to be incredibly time consuming and difficult. I would definitely use this company again if I ever needed to.

The first place I call when selling a car for scrap. They offered a fair price and made the towing process easy. Friendly professionals on the phone.

Showed up at my house at 7:15 in the morning! Caught me off guard getting ready for work. Met the driver and gave him the paperwork, in minutes he was gone. Could not have been any easier.

Great experience with U-Pull R-Parts. Dropped off my old 2009 Kia Optima and got cash on the spot. The whole process was painless, quick, and straightforward. The staff was easy to work with, and you can feel confident that the vehicle title will be processed properly. Everything went exactly as promised. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get rid of an old beater without the hassle.

All went well and everyone was very pleasant. Of course I would have wanted more for my car but it also was my experience in dealing with other parts companies (not always easy to communicate with). Very easy to deal with and gave me cash. If in need i would definitely go there again.

They gave me a price and stuck to it the day they said they would be there right away in the morning truck was picked up. There fair reasonable prices I go there first. I recommend u- pull - r- parts to be your first choice.

I don’t know what’s happened to the scrapping industry, but it ain’t what it used to be. U Pull Our Parts was pretty good, although there was a long wait (over two weeks!) until they could tow it. Do you only have one tow truck? Your yards are HUGE. Maybe add some more tow trucks? The delay cost me two tickets and my Landlord‘s Goodwill. So, I feel like I should’ve just donated the car to charity. I don’t make enough money to have any kind of tax benefit from that though. Zero Sum Game. I’ve scrapped cars all my life, and I’ve never had to wait this long and I’ve never been paid less for a scrap car. Substantially! Less! Like 1/2 of what I expected. BMW X5 with a body in excellent condition, floor mats, extra lights and parts. The last car I scrapped was 3-4 years ago, I got $480 and was a lighter weight car. It wasn’t a BMW and it wasn’t in as good of shape. That being said, U Pull Our Parts was the one that I decided on after calling three others that were super dodgy and paid even less. The people on the phone at UPRP were pretty good. The tow truck guy gave me a receipt. I’m waiting for a $250 check in the mail now. UPRP are the most professional car scrappers I could find.

Love this place!! Went and got some more letters for my crafting. Gifted them some signs so they can see why I come and get buckets full of letters and then took some accidental pics while switching songs most likely today was 40% off everything for the 4th! 19 bucks for that bucket of letters. back for more fun on 12/19/25 had to get a part for the car. Must be a common piece that breaks cause all 3 were taken. I love seeing all the variety of cars. Someday I hope to get a turquoise vehicle

Received a fair price for our family vehicle that had a bad transmission. Office manager was very helpful and polite. Reviewed our van and gave us a cash payment. They offered more money than Carvana.

Excellent experience selling my junker here. I got a quote online, drove there a few days later and was helped out promptly. They honored the original quote and I left with cash in hand. I’m glad I chose this location.

Overall Concept: Good Idea, Poor Execution for Newcomers The do-it-yourself (DIY) salvage yard concept is outstanding—it's a fantastic way for hands-on car owners to find affordable, older parts. However, my recent visit left me feeling frustrated and overcharged for the effort involved. The Experience Breakdown: Initial Cost Barrier: I visited specifically looking for a passenger side mirror for an older car. I was immediately charged an entry fee just to find the location map of compatible vehicles, which I felt was excessive before even starting the search. Inaccurate/Useless Information: The staff printed out a list of compatible vehicles for my car. I spent significant time locating these specific vehicles in the yard only to discover that the part did not actually fit my car. Cost vs. New Parts: After the entry fee and the time wasted searching for the wrong parts, my total expenditure was nearly $30. I later found a brand new mirror online for less than $30. The hassle simply was not worth the price. Lack of Customer Service/Onboarding: As a first-time visitor, I received no explanation of how the process works. The staff at the front counter seemed completely uninterested in helping a newcomer, making me feel unwelcome and misunderstood. In summary: If you are an experienced self-pull customer who knows exactly what you're looking for and how the system works, this might be a viable option. For a newcomer seeking a specific part on an older vehicle, the time commitment, entry fee, and the risk of getting the wrong part make it not worth the time or the price.

Fantastic place to work with. Been there many times for parts and sold them my Ford F150. Will definitely send more vehicles that way and continue buying from U Pull. Thanks Reed for the easy process selling my F150 to U Pull.

Went in to look for a wiring harness and had brought one of my own parts in to see if the part I was buying would fit. When I had went in I had placed the part and the tool I brought on the counter and nobody said a word to me about it. Then when I go to leave without the part I was looking for they accused me of stealing and charged me $23.91 to get it back. Also never marked it with a marker which I know is standard procedure for the parts they sell so you could return it. Seems odd you wouldn’t mark your “own” part for returns. The woman at the counter who had checked me in and I know saw the part on my way in proceeded to just stare as this was all happening.

Well, I would give 5 stars but when I went to pick up the axle for a 2019 F150 with my 2012 Toyota Prius they were claiming I couldn't take it home in my car. I pre measured my back seat and since the seats fold down I determined it would easily fit. Since I live over 3 hours away I didn't want to spend extra money on gas driving something larger. So when the worker had to call and ask his manager if I was allowed to haul my axle home I had to pick it up myself and load it. I was saved by another worker who opened the rear door and lifted the front edge of the axle over the carpet edge it was stuck on so they did help. So as long as your pushy on letting them take your stuff with a Prius you can haul items home in them. If you have plenty of money for gas drive your truck and they will load it with a forklift. The axle did work great so it all ended well.

Very quick and efficient with picking up my vehicle and providing the information needed to get the paperwork completed. Very easy on my end, with the only delay being the amount of time from donation until pick up (due to the amount of donations). Would recommend to anyone looking to donate a car through Kars4Kids or any other organization they work with.

This is a great place we traded in our old truck for cash. Looks like maybe they sell parts too. Found an ad for the organization that gets the word out for them called peddle. Peddle had them take the truck right out of our driveway even if it didn't run. So great and the employees there are helpful and friendly.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Easy to access the scrap cars. The prices were great. I was able to cut my repair bill down by 75% just pulling my own parts. Call and verify they have the year/make/model you need before making the drive.

This place is great like frosted flakes. The had everything I need for my mommas car also they have some super sweet deals. I put all new seats In my moms car for $70 dollars. They will sell you an engine for just over $200 everywhere else wanted close to $800. The only thing that I didn't like is that I couldn't get 1 bolt out and there was a guy that works there with a torch I offered him $20 to cut it and he told me he can't $20 for one Bolt other than that great experience will keep going there in the future
