Our dealings with Cash for Cars was amazing. It was very simple they came right away to pick up our car. We were paid with a check and everyone was nice and helpful.
I wanted to reach out to let you know that I have had the most disappointing service I have ever received. I scheduled a pickup four or more times, and no one showed up or called. Keep in mind I started this process a month ago because we were getting cement poured on the driveway that the car is on and we needed it moved. I have scheduled PTO to complete this transaction as well. As of today, the car is still parked in the same spot. It’s very disappointing to receive such unacceptable service from a business. When calling into your company typically there is no answer but when I did talk to somebody, they told me they would have someone work the weekend to get this taken care of and asked if we would be around. We made sure we stayed around to get the car picked up and again no one ever called or showed up. We have wasted so much time trying to get this taken care of. The disruption of life due to several no call no show appointments is greatly unacceptable. I have also reached out to the Better Business Bureau.

They wanted a oicture of the title and for me to sign it before paying me, the person i spoke on the phone with barely spoke a lick of English. I could not understand her very well at all. This appears to be a scam to me.

The company seems to be fraud I called and gave all info sent over title too. I tell them the vehicle is at impound lot I need to schedule the pick up the day before so I don’t get charged an extra day I was told don’t worry I can call and schedule which was a lie I called back today to schedule and was told they can’t guarantee a pick up which means I might have to pay for another day for storage. I asked to speak with supervisor and got hung up on!
Received a quote online and called quickly. They requested a picture of the title to be texted to them. Then asked to me to sign the title and resend the picture. I stated I would sign over the title when the check was provided. They stated they could not move forward until I provided a picture of a signed title. Seemed like a scam, sign over the title first, then we'll send a tow truck with a check in 1-2 business days. I only sign titles when check/cash is in hand. Good luck.
Wasted an hour of my time making me stand around and wait for them then wait for the driver to translate everything into English just to change the offer price to over 50% less then what was agreed upon. Not worth the headache go with someone else.
This was a great experience. So easy and they take the stress and hassle from getting rid of a vehicle. Process was friendly and very clear what was needed.
