Last march, my car broke down, heading south on M-37, so i called Tsuber Auto, and Slovac came by and towed my car back to the shop. He replaced my water pump and helped me with a good lead on the reason it failed. Had it not been for him, i don't know what I would have done! Thank you again! I would give 6 stars if I could! P.S. If you are reading this Slovac, I found out the issue was a clogged heater core 👍

We were ending a wonderful vacation to Frankfort and headed south back towards Indy this morning. After hitting the open road, we noticed a loud noise after exceeding 35 mph. We found the shop open and Slavo was very nice to talk to and told us to bring it. We drove very slowly over to the shop and Slavo took it for a spin. Very quickly he realized that instead of a wheel bearing problem we thought we had, it was just vibration and sound on our roof cargo. He and his boys were so nice and helpful! We paid him even though he didn’t ask for payment. They were great!!!

Four hours away from home we notice we had a tire issue late on Friday. Tsuber being be the closest shop open on Saturday, we were able to stop by and get it taken care of quickly to enjoy the rest of weekend without a worry. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Purchased a vehicle in January and couldn't be happier. Everything has been smooth sailing. Was driving through the area on 115 when we realized that we had an under carriage issue that developed during the drive. Called ahead, spoke to Slava who said to stop by and he would give it a look. He stopped what he was doing, pulled the vehicle into his garage and repaired the issue. Would highly recommend this business - classy, highly competent and honest people.

Mr. Tuber actually showed me everything wrong with my car. He ended up only having to balance a tire, and then didn't want to charge me for it. I highly recommend. 5 stars, Thank You Mr. Tsuber!

The owner of this auto shop is an absolute Saint! I got myself in such a pickle last night on Upper River Rd. I had slid down the hill and couldn't get back up to the top. I spent the night in my suv. (I was planning on camping so it was fine!) He not only answered his phone after hours on friday but, he was out to me very quickly when I called for assistance the next morning. My suv was towed up to the top with absolutely no damage done. I'm forever grateful for your services. 10 stars!

I would give Slava 1 million stars if I could. I hiked the Manistee River Loop and when I got back to my car, it wouldn’t start. I was a little worried because I was kind of far from anywhere and it was getting dark. Tsuber Auto was the closest mechanic to me. Slava answered the phone right away and got to me in 20 minutes. Turns out I just needed a jump and now I have to figure out what is draining my battery, but that’s my problem haha. Thank you again so much Slava, you are truly a hero and I am so grateful you were so nice and helpful!

I had a check engine light show up while in the middle of a long trip- I called Tsuber and Slava agreed to look at it immediately. He printed out the code, explained to me what it meant, and took a general look at my car. He was able to tell me that I had a coolant leak that I was not aware of! After refilling my nearly empty coolant tank, he gave me thorough advice on what to do next to handle the code and coolant leak, explaining the different things under the hood along the way and answering all my questions. He wouldn’t let me pay him, and he made me feel so much safer continuing my trip. I also learned a lot! I 100% recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I have went here multiple times, we just moved up to mesick almost a year ago and Slava has always went out of the way to help me. Definitely my favorite auto place I’ve been to. He’s honest and I appreciate that. He fixed what I needed done on the spot and it has definitely taken some worries off of us. Awesome owner ! Awesome business!

I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone in the area. My car broke down on a Saturday unexpectedly and Slava came out to the middle of nowhere to tow me back. Slava was able to get me back on the road by that evening. He offered great conversation and kindness. This is a top-notch establishment!

We were 4 hours away from home when our check engine light came on. We stopped in Tsuber Auto and Slava came out right away with a code reader and diagnosed the problem. After explaining the problem to us he let us know that it was safe for us to drive back and bring it to the garage at home. He spent at least 20 minutes with us and wouldn’t let us pay him. Great experience, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, definitely recommend!

I was driving downstate on a Saturday at 5:00 pm, and my car started making a noise that I assumed was a wheel bearing. I googled "Mechanics near me" and Tsuber Auto popped up nearby, and they were listed as "Open". I called, and the man that answered met me 15 minutes later without hesitation. He examined everything, and confirmed that it was in fact a bad wheel bearing. He was super friendly, compassionate, honest and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was very patient. That alone was worth it's weight in gold. I highly recommend patronizing this business. Becky

I’m coming back a year later to make this review because of how great Tsuber auto was. I was in northern Michigan on vacation and needed to get back for a time sensitive appointment. On vacation my car was acting weird and we determined the alternator was going bad. I went to Napa in Beulah and got an alternator my brother was unsuccessful installing and gave me an extra battery thinking maybe I could make it home. I got to mesick and my car was done. I was distraught - i googled mechanic and tsuber was minutes away. Salva went out of his way to come to the shop and help me out, he installed that day and the price he charged made my jaw drop it was so reasonable. Thank you for being a quality mechanic and business!

Wish I could leave 10/5 stars for this place. While heading up north for a wedding, started experiencing car problems and were so lucky to be in the Mesick area to be able to stop here. They were able to take in the car late on a Friday and got it back by midday Saturday with a great price. If I lived within an hour of this shop it would be my go to auto shop without question, can't say enough good things about it.

This business is family oriented and I never new they had a shop. Friday of labor day weekend I could not find a shop open anywhere then I came across Tsuber. I called and Slava answered. He informed me to meet him at his shop in 15 minutes that he would stop in on his way out for a camping trip. He and his family arrived and I was beyond grateful for them. Somewhere between purchasing a tire from elsewhere and getting to Tsuber the 40 bucks we had was lost and nowhere to be found. Him and his wife treated us as family and said just bring it back. I will be up there tomorrow around 1 to place that money in his or his wife's hand. Thank y'all so much. If not for you I wouldn't have made it to work. If they can fit us in we have a few projects needed done. Paying first in the future. So embarrassed 😳 I was.

We do not live is this area and trying to find a place that could do tires on a Saturday almost mission impossible. Until I called Tsuber Auto. I could not be happier with my decision. When I called the gentleman that answered was getting ready to go into a funeral. He told me they do not have tires on hand but could get the tires I needed and put on my car today. Around 12pm he called me back and told me to meet at the shop by 3pm. I showed up and right away was greeted and told what to expect. The gentleman went above and beyond to help me. I would give this business a million stars if I could You sir have gained a customer for life. I would highly recommend if you need work done to call this shop you will not be disappointed..

We were on our way to a wedding when we had a flat tire and called Slava on the way in. I’m not surprised the other reviews are singing his praise because he had us back out on the road in 10 minutes and only charged us a $20. He was a hero, completely saved the day, and I’m sure has many people’s well wishes behind him.

We would not have been able to get our trailer home this evening if Slava from Tsuber had not gone completely out of the way to help us. Most shops were closed. Slava returned my phone call immediately. He did not have my tire in stock, but made it happen anyway by calling around to locate one, picked up a set of tires and rims from another store and came to the rescue with tools. The best service I have ever seen. I am truly great full there are still good people that generally care about others. Thank you Slava. It was a pleasure to meet you!

Slava is the man! Had a flat tire was running on a spare in blizzard conditions and every place was 2-4 week waiting list to get my winter tires swapped. He made time the same day and even stayed later than "regular business hours" and was still cheaper than most shops to get my tires swapped and balanced with upmost precision. Cant thank him enough and recommended anyone and everyone to him.

We had nearly a flat tire in the middle of nowhere on a Saturday afternoon, when most auto businesses in this area are closed. Luckily, we found Slava at Tsuber Auto. He got us back on the road in minutes, and we almost had to force him to accept payment! What great service, and true compassion, for not taking advantage us.

Pleased with the integrity of this automotive owner. My husband was having truck problems. MESICK is about 3 hours from our home. Tsuber Auto came to him saving us the cost of a wrecker fee. It turned out to be a simple fix with a minimal charge. We are so happy to do business with a man of integrity. A different auto shop might have easily taken advantage of this situation. Highly recommend this business for its skill, professionalism and integrity.

We were 3 hours away from home when our electrical steering went out in our family car. Slava, the owner went above what any other mechanic has done for us and we were very thankful! He is very professional, informative and made sure we knew what was wrong with our car. Would recommend him to people around the area!

Tsuber Auto is amazing. Outstanding customer service. Amazing considerate service. I hit a deer on a Saturday, they were the only body shop open, and they even stayed open late for me. I’m not sure if I would have gotten back home without their help. They were super up front and honest. Great business.

The clamp on our exhaust pipe rusted out and began dragging on the ground. This happened just as we were passing through Mesick late on Labor Day on our way back home to Ohio. We called Tsuber Auto and he accommodated us immediately. Slava quickly fixed the exhaust pipe so we could get back on the road in good time. He was very kind, communicated the problem and solution well, and worked very quickly. We were desperate to get back on the road on the holiday weekend and had limited options to get the pipe fixed in that small town, so it would have been an easy opportunity for anyone to take advantage of us. Slava, on the other hand, was VERY reasonable and charged us fairly. It is so reassuring to know that there are people like Slava around to help out those in need. You can tell he really cares about growing an honest business and taking care of the people who come through his door. I just wish I had a Slava in my town! I highly recommended him!

Our car broke down, down the road and the Owner and his son generously came and towed our vehicle to the shop and diagnosed our car problem. We needed a part and the owner continued to call numerous car places to find the part. it’s a great place with amazing people! (Very welcoming)!!! Would highly recommend

Excellent service and fair pricing. Slava has fixed several issues on multiple vehicles of mine. I have had nothing but positive experiences and plan on being a lifetime customer! Highly recommend for any auto body repairs or repairs in general.
