10/10 experience. I called and they called in a favor to someone they knew who could come in 25-35 minutes. He was so kind, so helpful and thoughtful. Best experience, i will save them for next emergency.

The first time I had to use lyons 5 months ago they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Unfortunately this time around they kept putting us on hold for an even shorter/easier job, made us wait almost 10 minutes for each question, and quoted us ***200 dollars*** to put a donut on when it was only 75 5 months ago. It really felt like we were being ripped off and treated badly by the dispatcher. It's a shame, but if youre a woman in need I would recommend going elsewhere.
I called Lyons shortly before closing as my car was acting up and needed to get it towed. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and sent a tow truck very quickly. The gentleman who showed up asked what was going on and asked me to pop the hood so he could check it out. He located a few nuts that a squirrel had put in there and quickly fixed the issue I was having and got me back on the road. I am very grateful for his kindness and willingness to help. Highly recommend Lyons Towing for prompt and great service.

Rich was a great man, while we were stuck in the middle of the road at night he came in and towed our car to a safe parking lot. We were expecting him to charge us at least $100 for coming in at night time, and he was very honest & said he was already in the area just pay me $40. I recommend this company for all your towing needs!
5/5 stars easy. On the phone they were polite, helpful, direct, and very clear about pricing and time. Pricing is more than reasonable for the quality of service. My driver showed up incredibly fast, got my car hitched up in no time, and was a huge help in general. I hope I don't need towing service again anytime soon, lol, but I know who to call if I do.
Greg was here so quickly and got right to it. My car had been driven up on a rock and was stuck, but he had it off there within 20 minutes! Highly recommend Lyon’s! Thank you for helping make a pretty bad situation better!
I was in accident. I needed flatbed towing to their establishment. Approx a one mile tow. I got charged $450. Plus 25 a day. They had it 24 hours and charged me for 2 days. Because I didn't have full coverage I had no choice but to sign the vehicle over to them, in order to pay the bill. Now I'm a senior stranded at home with no vehicle and no money to buy another one. My car was old but in great condition and low miles. I feel robbed!
Lyons to the rescue! I had just gotten a flat tire on the highway, a few hundred feet away from where Lyons Towing was helping someone else! Before I could call for service, Dino stopped by and asked me if I needed help. He changed my tire at no expense! Thank you sir! I am very grateful for your company’s thoughtful employees!!
My wife locked her keys and phone in her car at a shopping center. Wshe was able to call me because a nice employee let her use her phone. I called Lyon Towing and they were friendly and were able to get to her quickly and open the car up.
I liked how friendly the guys were, and they got to her when they said they would.
When one owns old cars one is familiar with towing services. I’ve done a few companies in my time. Lyons is my go to fav. They are pleasant on the phone and in the field. I felt like they were genuinely concerned when the driver showed up. The towing distance was about 2 miles. Cost was 90$.
Even though Lyons Towing's website has regular business hours when I needed them to give me a jump for my car late at night they came out and did it. Everyone was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The owner gave me a discount when his employee came out.
If anybody needs help I definitely recommend them.
My car broke down twice in one week and they got someone out both times to help at a very reasonable cost. Everyone involved was polite, and that was nice to experience in a stressful situation. I can't recommend them enough!
Super fast and easy when I got locked out late at night. I have AAA, they were there and into my car before I was even able to talk to a AAA representative to get roadside started.
They even explained how to go about getting reimbursed through AAA since I was already on the phone waiting! Lol
I had a moment and locked my keys in the truck lol. So I called Lyon's towing and they said I'll try and get someone out to you soon, but just to let you know we are very busy. I was at Kroger and it was raining. Because of Covid-19 they closed right after I walked out, so I'm sitting in the rain. Well less than five minutes after talking to Jeff from Lyon's, he pulled up! What great timing, customer service, professionalism, and more. He had my truck open in no time! They're very reasonably priced as well. I can't say enough good things about this company. I would refer them to everyone.
I've been going to Lyons Towing for several years now (I'm with another tow company), and I cannot say enough good things about the whole group. They've dropped what they were doing to help me, offered me food and beverages, a lending ear when I've had my own issues. I've never once heard anything bad about these guys. They help everyone in the community and it's been a huge blessing getting to know them. They're very professional at their jobs and I KNOW their services are great. Keep up the hard work guys!!!
Great guy Rich came sooner than promised. My key was locked inside my van & it was raining. The way my van doors are made caused the process of getting the door opened take longer. He (Rich) didn’t make me feel rushed and actually kept at it until he got my door opened all while getting wet. I highly recommend Lyons Towing!!!!

They were Awesome !! The ladies at the clean front desk had fast service & with a smile 🤗 . They answered all my questions. Some 2x. 😄 . Tow driver was careful when they ttowed my car. I received it with everything still in it & how I left it. My battery was dead. (my fault ) Two men brought a jump box before I could ask for help.. Thank you again Lyon's Towing .
Contacted two other tow companies prior to calling Lyons. One never showed up and the other literally said “ my guys are idiots and I wouldn’t trust them with your car. I called Lyons and they were polite, professional and responsive. They called prior, showed up on time and moved my classic Cadillac without issue. Definitely a company I’d recommend!
