Just went down to the shop a couple hours ago to get some wheels for my CRV. The wheels were in great shape, came with the lug nuts and center caps, and was about $30 cheaper per wheel than most of the ones on eBay. They had the best price for these wheels out of all the other shops I looked at in the area. I dealt with Walter, who was a nice guy. He also gave me some tips on finding some other parts I’m in need of as well. I was about to head to Belle Tire after to get some new tires for the wheels, but to my surprise, they also balance and install wheels there. I ended up getting a lightly used set of Michelins for $400 installed, and it took them like 30 mins to do it. They saved me time and money. Thanks guys! -Roberto

This place will try to get you for your money. I will not spend another dollar with them. I own a repair facility and had recommended many people to them only to be let down many times. They will talk to you passive aggressively just so they can seem like you as the customer was misinformed. They will blame their coworkers for misquoting the part just to get more money. Dennis was a great guy and helped me very well but his manager took over and messed up a 600 dollar order. Enough said .. I don't like these guys period. Shiesty is the perfect word for them.

I had called looking for a back bumper from OHIO ,to where I did not have to take it off myself from the yard. The gentleman I talked to was Josh, he was very helpful and respectful, told me they had one that would fit my truck. When I entered there business I only delt with Josh, he went above and beyond helping me getting the bumper, Josh was even more respectful and helpful in person, he also did a few extra little things that made the front bumper look nice, I had a very nice experience going to Glen's and would recommend them all because of Josh, thank you Josh!

I meant to write this review a week ago but have been super busy. I came in last week looking for a headlight assembly for my truck, and the associate John was so helpful. I was a frazzled mess, but he took the time to calm me down and help me find exactly what I needed. He even offered some suggestions on easier ways to install it, which ended up helping me out a ton. As a woman, I always come into situations like this expecting the worst, but John was one of the best people I’ve ever worked with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with the right part and the confidence to install it. I truly can’t thank him enough

I came in today looking for some interior trim pieces for my 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan, and the experience was fantastic. John, the gentleman who helped me, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed and even shared some useful advice along the way. It’s rare to find someone so friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping customers. Thanks to John, what could have been a stressful search turned into a smooth and easy experience. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone!

This place ROCKS! The associate John helped me find a mirror for my mid 90s mercury sable. He was very polite and treated me well. This is a great choice for those looking for car parts for domestic cars.

Re-selling Items Known to Be Non-Functional I visited this store to purchase a car part, and while there I noticed a shelf with various items, including a vacuum cleaner. Assuming these items were in working condition, I decided to purchase the vacuum cleaner and paid for it in cash at the counter. stepping outside in front of them in their parking lot testing the vacuum in my car discovered it was not functional. The machine produced noise but had no suction power. I immediately returned to the store to report the issue, expecting a straightforward resolution. Instead, I was informed of their “as-is” policy and denied a return. What concerned me even more was the dismissive attitude I received, including a remark suggesting I should spend $500 on a working vacuum. To my surprise, the vacuum back on the shelf to be resold, showing no concern for the next customer. At that point, I left both the vacuum and my payment behind, choosing not to argue further. Overall, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional. Now here’s the funny part: all over the store they have signs saying things like “we will give you a credit if you return something is not working ” or “you’ll never lose a dollar with us”. But when it came to my case, apparently those promises didn’t apply. So honestly, if you ever plan to buy from them, my advice is: make them test the item themselves right in front of you—because based on my experience, if you so much as touch it with your hand, they might just say “sorry, as-is now, no returns”. Hahahaha.

I work in the business and i deal with a lot of yards. I can choose from 50-100 of them, I make the extra drive to go to Glens. Aside from fair prices, parts always in good condition, and parts always available, the guys working up front are professional, courteous, and pleasant to talk to. Glens is the place i choose. Thanks guys!

I wouldn't recommend these guys. I bought a gas tank for $450.00 and the vent had all the nipples missing. Nobody once said anything about that to me and when I called I was told to " Jerry rig" it. Cause rigging a gas tank is real safe right!!!!!

I bought for the first time roughly a month ago going in not knowing how salvage yards work. I was surprised how easy and straight forward things are. Needed a rim for my explorer and they brought it out to me. For it being used the quality of the rim was almost brand new, felt like I got a steal. Josh helped me the first day and unfortunately I didn't get the name for the guy who brought it out to me but he was really cool and laid back, him and Josh both were. Had the rim switched out the next day and brought my broken one up there right after and Rob helped me for that transaction. I'll definitely be coming back. Had a really good experience both days I came by

I love this place!!!! They found a spare tire for me at a very reasonable price. I called several other places and either they didn't have the part or didn't want to look for it. I highly recommend everyone to check Glens first!! Everyone was so helpful and easy to work with. Thank you to Walter and Wally and all the others for going that extra mile. :). Leslie C.

Made me drive 30min from my work for no reason. They told me $100.50 over the phone for a Active shutter grill. I asked twice if its one hundred and fifty cents and the dude said yes. When i got there apparently he said 400 and 50 cents. Dealership quoted 450ish brand new. They wants 400 for a 10 year used part (I was told its from 2015 MY)

Worse parts in city. Terrible customer service Josh has no respect. I brought a transmission one year ago. My truck went down a month later. I put it off to get checked because I wasn’t gone spend no more money on it. I got it towed to shop last month to find out the transmission was bad. I decided to get another transmission from Glen. When I called I was treated with such disrespect and disregard as if I wasn’t a paying customer. They want me to pay for a part before it was even inspected in full and it was still connected to a truck. Fine print says no refund only store credit such a scale . I do not recommend.

I had called numerous times looking for parts I knew nothing about. I came in two or three times as well. When I tell you the people working here are amazing, I mean it. I was so intimidated, especially being a female and worrying about sounding dumb or being taken advantage of, but they knew exactly what I was looking for and they were so helpful and patient. Josh especially. He helped me and didn't make me feel stupid when I wasn't sure about some of the questions. The prices are great and they even helped load parts into my car. I will definitely be using these guys from now on. I didn't even have to go and remove the parts myself like other yards. They handled it all. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask for better customer service! Josh went out of his way to find the parts we needed and we received them very quickly! They even gave my daughter free cookies and drinks!

Josh was super helpful, he was able to get me a transmission for my car when I couldn’t find one anywhere else. Recently I stopped in to get a part for my dad’s truck, while they didn’t have the part I needed he was Able to find me a NOS part for super cheap. 10/10 will be coming here for all my parts from now on.

Worst sales policy I've ever heard of. They won't show you the part until you pay for it. You have to buy it in order for them to bring it to the counter so you can check the condition of it. And if it's in worse shape than you expected, too bad, you just bought it and there's no refunds. No other auto parts store has this policy. On top of that, bad attitude. Buy your part from anywhere else. They turned their computer screen to show me one bad picture of the wheel I came to buy. It was blurry and from a distance, I couldn't tell how much curb rash it had or how bad it was. I needed to see it in person. They wouldn't let me see it in person unless I paid for it first. This is not the way I do business. This is not the way anyone does business, except Glen's.

I would like to start off by saying I am a female and usually in always trying to be taken advantage of things when it comes to vehicles Or parts... I just want to say thank you for being honest and taking care of myself and my mother . And for keeping your word. Josh and Glen are a great team. Thank you for picking up the vehicle and coming back the following day to remove the old engine that was just sitting in my driveway in my back yard. You guys are a great team an I would Recommend You guys to everyone. I usually don't write reviews... But you guys definitely deserve it. You guys have my five star.⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Once again, thank you for everything . ~Fara & Maria Vitale

I wouldn't EVER deal with Glens Auto ever again and im thinking about calling the BBB. I ordered a cv joint for a 2008 Lincoln Navigator and it was NOT the right part. I don't know what type of scam this place is pulling but when the cv joint was taken back by my brother I told them I just want my money back and Rob got mouthy so I asked to speak to the owner about my money he yelled at me and told me NO. What type of place doesn't refund your money on a part that doesn't even go to the maker of the car? Offered me in-store credit when they don't have no Lincoln Navigators. Tried to sell me tires when I have brand new tires on my racing rims? I think i will call the BBB if they don't return my money tomorrow. It's not a star it's a -5 stars. I'll make a web page devoted to warn people about this place and have people sign a petition to start getting refunds and take that as high up as I can go. Worst place ever.

I have been in the automotive business for over 10+ years now, and this business is hands down the most unprofessional, unwelcoming company I’d ever have to work with. Which is saying a lot because as junk yards go I’ve dealt with the ones in Detroit that work out of abandoned buildings with hand written invoices with a single guy who pulls parts off of cars. The first unfortunate situation I found myself with Glenn’s was about a month ago. I had called in on a cylinder head for a Chevy Cruz. While ordering parts from any type of vendor, be new or used parts, I always ask the representative. I’m dealing with to physically put their hands on the part and confirm they have it before I make the drive. More so in this case for two reasons, 1. being a desperately needed the part and 2. seeing as I am located about 30 minutes away from this facility. Long story short, after me coming back-and-forth speaking to the same representative five times within the span of an hour and a half of getting there, after multiple promises that somebody physically had their hands on it and was just waiting to bring me the part, the part ended up being missing and nobody had seen it in days. I get it, miscommunication happen, but this was just blatant, disrespect and disregard for my time and business. After speaking with the manager that day, I was assured that this was a fluke and not to happen again. Today, I ordered a part for a Ford focus, as I usually do I ask the representative to physically put his hands on it. He responded with the most nasty attitude, as if I was personally asking him to physically lift the vehicle from where it was walk it to my facility, take out the part, and then walk it back to where it came from. Regardless of his attitude, I told the representative the only reason why I was asking is because I got burned by them before for the same reason. I got to the facility 10:00 AM. The gentleman who was supposed to be dealing with was daydreaming for about 10 minutes before somebody told him I was waiting for him, after which he took payment for the part and told me it would be just a few minutes. After helping me out, I had overheard the gentleman he helped after me And knew what kind of part he ordered and what car he would be waiting in. This is gonna be important for later. After 30 minutes, my part still hasn’t arrived, my representative told me if there were a couple people before me that they were helping first which is totally fine and understandable. Then I couldn’t help but notice they walked the part out to the customer he had helped after me. Keep in mind, he had told me they were helping customers BEFORE me. I walked in and with the most blasé attitude, the guy looks at me unbothered and just says “yes?”, but I immediately followed up with questions regarding where my part was, and why the gentleman that they helped after me was being serviced before me. As if I were some sort of idiot who hasn’t been dealing with junkyards for over a decade now, this guy looks at me and says it’ll be any minute. I insist I need a timeframe, to what she responds any minute now again. And apparently only in situations like this are the outside staff helpful, I had somebody else behind the counter basically give me a whole song and dance on why my part wasn’t brought out first even though I was there first, and I had already paid for my part. All this while also under the impression that the part was physically there and guaranteed to be present and ready. After which they admit, the part wasn’t there it was at another facility and they were grabbing it. These people frankly shouldn’t be in business. They followed the wrong calling in life, these guys should have a junkyard in a broken down facility in an abandoned city. That’s what their skills are suited for. I don’t care if it’s the closest, I don’t care if it’s the cheapest, I don’t care if they’re the only person in the state with the part,I am never stepping foot in there again and I recommend to everybody personal use or business use to do the same.

Husband called to inquire about a BMW windshield that is POSTED FOR SALE on website for $95. He called to confirm the windshield’s availability, price, and hours of operation at Glen’s. Was told it was a cash only. We drove 1.5 hours from our home to pick up said windshield. Was told that they DO NOT PULL WINDSHIELDS! Worker was asked why he didn’t give that information on phone when we called to confirm price from online. Was told that we could have one the next day for four times the price. My husband is doing a windshield replacement on our vehicle to obviously save us money. If I had an endless supply of cash, like these guys have, I wouldn’t be CALLING TO price check. My windshield is not safe to drive with and police could pull me over and slap me with a big ticket. I was offered no apology, no explanation, and nothing to offer for my wasted time, and wasted premium gasoline. I’m very confused. Why post windshields for sale if you can’t pull them and sell them..?

This was by far the worst place I've ever done business with if I can keep just one person from doing business with these people then I have done my job. I know you take risk when buying used parts but when you buy a head and one of the valves is bent with the valve seat sticking out after they assured you it had been inspected by the mechanic and was "ready to go" then dealing with Walt on the customer service end was a complete joke I called multiple times with no help never any call backs. I knew I wouldn't get all of my money back but just something to show they actually cared a little. I worked for a salvage yard when I was younger the guy I worked for would have never treated someone like that especially since it was a visible defect.

Would be nice if your phone number said you were closed rather than putting me on hold for 15min and then telling me call volume is too high. I’ll move on to someplace that has their act together. *response to owner* - I didn’t get your number from google, I got it from facebook marketplace which had you number, but not the business name (or hours) so didn’t have a good way to look it up until after calling and here the recording over and over for 15min. It’s not that hard to change the message after you close, join us with 2005+ technology.

Had a great experience yesterday, buying replacement seats for my Gen 4 Firebird. I got lucky as they just got it in and it hadn't even been inventoried, buy Firebird parts, you got get 'em as soon as they're available. I'm not a mechanic, but Hannah talked me through the process, and then I drove over from the other side of the state and they guys got the seats out and I was on my way. Thanks for making it painless.

First, I wanna start off by saying they don’t even deserve a star this place sucks. It’s a crooked establishment. I’ve been dealing with these guys for 10 years because I was about 10 days late on a warranty that they sold me a rear axle that was all rusted out, and the guy came back and his car wasn’t working great and was mad needed help and these guys would not help was just going back in forth bullshit I would not recommend this place the used parts suck

Extremely disappointed with my experience buying a used motor from here. Was charged a large $600 core charge and they did not want to to refund the core charge do to the motor was locked up after driving 2 hours to take it back. They claim they verbally told me that it has to rotate, I only recall them saying the had to come back with all the parts that left on it. No where on the bill did it state the core had to be in rebuildable condition. At it said was core must be returned units exact purchased state. They said all they could do is give me $200 of my $600 core charge back. All I have to say is buyer beware if you are charged a core, you may not get it back.
