Awesome service, I would definitely recommend! They’re straightforward and don’t talk down to you if you aren't a "car person." I recently came in with a slow leak from a nail in my tire, and even though they were clearly slammed, they managed to squeeze me in so I wouldn’t be stuck over the weekend. They also do a solid job with the "Lifetime Alignment" service—it's definitely paid for itself given how many potholes are around here.

My service here is always great! The store is clean, the atmosphere is positive, and the morale of the team really shows. Terrance always takes great care of me and makes sure I have a good experience every time. Highly recommend!

Scott at Firestone was extremely polite and knowledgeable about what my car needed. He explained the issues with my car and gave me details on each repair that needed to be done. There was a sale on tires so he suggested I wait a week to bring my car in so I could take advantage of the tire sale which was amazing and helped me save a couple hundred dollars on the total bill.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’m leaving this review to warn other customers, especially anyone who has experienced pressure to approve unnecessary repairs. About six months ago, I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced on my 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe LT at this Firestone location. At that appointment, the manager (Scott Phillips) told me after the fact that it was “corporate policy” that brakes and rotors must always be replaced together. That claim felt questionable, and I later researched Firestone’s policy and learned this is not universally required. On 1/31/26, I returned for a front brake inspection. I clearly stated I only wanted front brake pads replaced and did not want rotors unless they were truly out of specification. My vehicle has only 50,018 miles, and I drive about 8,000 miles per year locally. Scott insisted I needed both front brakes and rotors and claimed I only had “4mm left” on the pads. When I declined rotors, he refused to perform the brake service at all. He also refused to provide rotor measurements when I asked. The service report contained no objective specs — only vague notes like “Technician Recommended Based on Experience.” This location appears to rely on upselling and pressure tactics rather than transparent, documented assessments. I went to another shop immediately afterward. They confirmed I did not need rotors, only brake pads — and that Firestone’s brake measurement was not accurate. They also confirmed I needed an oil change and coolant, but no air filter, contrary to Firestone’s recommendation. After this experience, I looked up Firestone through the Better Business Bureau. The Northville location is not BBB accredited and carries an F rating. The BBB also notes thousands of complaints filed at the corporate level in recent years, with many involving failure to respond or unresolved issues. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle ANYWHERE but here.

Don't bring your car here for an oil change. I called 4 days in advance and made an appointment. 2 hours after my appointment began the car hasn't even been looked at. The manager was rude and suggested if I was in a hurry to reschedule! I've been sitting here for w hours and he cant tell me how much longer. Never again.

I would highly recommend coming to this Firestone. Scott has always taken great care of me. This is one if not the only shop around Northville opened on Sundays. These guys are super quick to get a repair done and are priced very fair.

I went to Firestone on Haggerty last week for a simple nail in my tire. They charged me $60 and told me it was fixed. Two days later, my car alerts me that the SAME tire is losing air. I went back today, and suddenly they tell me the tire is “non-repairable” and that I need a new tire for $500. So let me get this straight — it was repairable when you took my $60, but now it magically isn’t unless I spend $500? I left and went straight to Discount Tire, where the staff literally laughed when I told them what Firestone said. They confirmed the tire WAS repairable, removed the nail, and fixed it with no issue. Firestone either has no idea what they’re doing or they’re straight-up trying to scam people. Either way, this location cannot be trusted. I will never come back and I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere unless you enjoy wasting money and being lied to :) SHAME SHAME SHAME

I had a tire go flat while traveling to see family for the holidays. I had to put the spare on and drive to this location to get the tire fixed. They quickly replaced my tire and put everything back the way it should be stored in the vehicle. I appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail.

Jordan was super helpful in choosing new tires for my vehicle. Staff also replaced the battery and cabin air filter, as well as turn signal bulb. Friendly service!

Came in on a Sunday to get a tire fixed. Only shop in the area open and they got to me same day. Carson was the only guy working- didn’t see him sit down. Thanks to Scott on helping with option.

Kept the car for one full day. Made me postpone my trip twice. Handed me my car back after 24 hours and no tire change was done after a proper scheduled appointment and wait. Costed me extra $300 for a car rental because they couldn't do a simple tire change. Costco did it in couple of hours the next week.

I came in to the Northville location to check my tire that was leaking air. The technician, Scott, checked the tire, and after a thorough inspection determined that both my front tires were defective from the manufacturer and were eligible for replacement. He ordered the tires and was able to replace the tires the next day. He was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of.

The place is clean for a tire shop. The staff is friendly. Bonus the place is open on Sunday where most places are closed. I definitely recommend this place, Scott keeps you informed all way.

I purchased a set of tires from this Firestone location a couple of months ago, and ever since, my rear left tire has been losing air pressure every week. It took a while to bring the vehicle back because the shop kept telling me they were fully booked. When my son finally took the car in, we were told the pressure loss was “because of the weather.” If that were true, it wouldn’t be happening to only one tire every single week. This morning, I tried calling the shop for over an hour. I was repeatedly placed on hold and then disconnected. I still haven’t been able to reach anyone. When I do go there in person, there’s usually one customer in the lobby and no one at the service desk for long periods of time. The last time I visited, I waited while the service advisor sat in his office on a personal call. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I expected better service after purchasing a full set of tires, and I still don’t have a resolution for the ongoing tire pressure.

I previously came to depend on Firestone for being honest, competent and prompt. They're still prompt, but they really lost my confidence on my last visit. I needed new tires and an alignment, and that's exactly what the work order said. So when they called me and told me they recommended that I get an oil change, a cabin air filter change, and an alignment, I realized they were just trying to pad the bill. My oil had literally been changed two days prior. My cabin air filter was replaced 4,000 miles ago, and I had already requested an alignment. It was on the work order! The frosting on the cake was that the car's alignment was in spec before they did any work on it. Their own printout says so. So I think it was unfair to charge the full $129.00 for the alignment. A good shop would have changed a lesser amount because no work was needed. A great shop would have said I didn't need an alignment and not charged because they were already making money on the new tires I bought. A poor showing for Firestone.

Scott and his technician were AMAZING! I had an unexpected screw in my tire coming from work and they fit me in before closing. They saved the day and my work schedule for the next day. Will definitely return!

Scott Engel quickly wrote the vehicle up and got vehicle in. Josh found the tire issue and repaired. This location has been my go to dealership for years. All family members bring their vehicles here. Kudos to Scott and crew.

I brought my truck in for an appointment I made the day before because I needed breaks and wheel bearings. I made the appointment for those things on Wed, i brought my vehicle in on thursday for my appointment to get my breaks and wheel bearings done. 3.5 hours later I get a call that they found other stuff wrong and they did not even start on my breaks or bearings. Keep in mind I was taking my youngest child in for surgery at 5am on Friday. They were removing part of his skull and shaving down the top vertebrae to allow room for his brain. I told them I just need the breaks and bearings done so I could safely transport him and that I would do the rest afterwards. But they insisted on trying to get me to spend more money with them. I asked them to put my vehicle back together so I could take it somewhere else to get the work done. i get it back from Firestone and the check engine light is on, it was not on before. I take it to Belle Tire and they did what I asked and got it done for me. But now my check engine light is still on for O2 sensors, my truck is running horrible and Firestone won't correct. All the manager kept asking was did you approve the services, I told him yes that I brought it in for breaks and bearings and after 3.5 hours your tech was still looking for more ways to make more money. I walked in and asked for breaks and bearings, what is there to approve? Duh, they were approved. Do not take your vehicle here, Belle tire is in the same shopping lot and they are nicer and much more professional.

My car started having problems on my way to work, so when I got there I called and made an appointment to drop it off after work. Everyone was so friendly and started on it first thing in the morning. The shop manager Scott kept me apprised of everything that was going on. I am a senior citizen, and the store manager Terrance went above and beyond to keep me informed and make sure that I got any discounts that were available. I will always use this shop for my vehicle. They have become like family to me.

⭐️ 0/5 — Never visiting this store again! I had a terrible experience with this location. I booked an appointment a day in advance for a complete inspection, but when I arrived, they told me to leave my car until the next day because they prioritize “high-ticket customers.” My service was pushed to the end without any valid reason. When I called to discuss this with the store manager, his response was rude and unprofessional. I’ll never return to this store and strongly recommend others to avoid it — especially if you’re in an urgent situation and expect fair treatment.

I always leave this location satisfied! An employee there, Terrance in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I got my tires replaced in a timely manner. thanks so much! not to mention i got a great deal :)

Charged me 10.50 for a “free” road hazard fix (nail in tire), then had to return 20 minutes after I left because the tire warning light was on. I do have the road hazard protection that I was charged 200.00 for 2 months ago on my new tires. Said it was a mandatory charge…,,,.never will shop here again.

I had a tire pressure sensor issue, stopped here (thank you for having weekend hours available!) to get it checked. Jordan in the front of the shop and (didn’t get his name) guy in the back had my car back quickly, did a check on all 4, replaced the faulty one, and I had my keys back in under an hour. Price was very reasonable to. I’ll be bringing my car back should anything else happen. They were great!

Terrance was excellent. Kind and attentive. My car broke down next door, I got it back on, and he let me roll it right into a bay for immediate service. Saved me from the heat. They were done with a solution in a couple hours, and it was great service and advice from all parties. One to this Firestone for fair pricing, good service, and personal touch that has died in the modern day.

Went here to get one tire replaced because it was flat. Was quoted $200 to replace the single tire and about two hours. Went home to wait, received no phone call or notification. Went back up there to pick up the vehicle two hours later as discussed, and found they had stripped one bolt (previously was fine; not stripped at all) and performed no other work on the vehicle. Told us that it would now be $550 to replace a single tire because THEY had stripped the bolt and the vehicle would now not be available to pick up until the following day. We took our vehicle, filled the tire and took it home instead. Half a grand is insane to replace one tire that they had damaged. Just go somewhere else. There’s a Belle Tire in the same plaza.

I had a really good experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care! Last night, I got a flat tire, and after calling around to a few places, this Firestone shop gave me the best price on four high-quality new tires—and they got me in the same day for installation. Other shops were quoting me higher prices and pushing appointments days out. The team was quick, efficient, and really friendly. Scott, the manager, was especially great—genuine, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. Great communication all around. It's rare to get this kind of service these days, and I really appreciated it. Highly recommend!
