If I wanted to argue with a grown man about car parts, I'd call my dad. It's sad how quickly men try to take advantage of a young woman in a bad situation. Don't quote people a certain amount & then lie because your driver doesn't have enough money on them to pay it. Also, if you push parking blocks into a parking lot trying to go over them instead of driving around the block, maybe push them back in place after? Just food for thought!

Quoted me 500 for my car then the dude got here and said “you only have 2 out of the 3 converters on your car”. I said “I’m supposed to have 3 so someone stole it?” He said no they normally only come with 2 but I can only give you 400. More than likely it was because I was a female. Stiffed me out of 100 bucks would not recommend seems like this in their MO.
Very unprofessional. I was in tears by time i was done with these people. I called and was told to text a pickup time. They didn't show up until 2 hours after they said they would come, then they get to my house and the tow driver called his boss and I was told they didn't want my junk car. I was told on the phone they pay $400. Then the truck driver said I'll take it for $300. He didn't want to talk to me at all because I'm a female.
Fast service! Was at the house within 1/2 hour. Picked up the car from a difficult location - narrow side yard with a tree partially in the way and the brakes locked. In and out in 15 minutes - Thank You!
BECAREFULL when doing business with this company .
Long story short: we called last week and ask how much would they pay if I sold a ( and we provide the full description of the car) . The man on the other side of the phone promised one amount and at the time of the sell he paid a different amount claiming my car iwas not a six Cylinder car just four. This man works with cars all the time, I’m sure he knows VW Jettas are powered by an efficient 1.5L turbocharged four-cylinder engine. I suspect this Arabic man either: Lied when my oldest son called to get an estimate to make sure he could get the car or he decided to change the deal when he saw me (woman) as the only person present to make the deal. It was 3:00pm and I had to go with it because: my car was at the mechanic shop not at my house and because I was running late to pick up my son from school.
I’m sorry but this is my honest opinion about what happened and I’m not trying to just discredit this company.
He told me he’d get the car and then just stopped responding after he “didn’t want it” terrible communication. It’s a junk place but I was waiting for money for food so they could’ve at least said they didn’t want it so I could’ve looked else where.
If you’re a female make sure you have someone with you they will try to give you was less than was is offered!! I called at 9:21am to ask how much would it be to junk my car with title in hand. I was offered $250 and they will pick up/tow my car from my house. Then the guy tells me he would be at my address in 20 minutes. No one shows up until noon. I was asked twice if my car still had the Cadillac converter and both times I said yes. The guy gets here checks under my car and tells me the line to the Cadillac converter has been tampered with and wants to offer me $150!! I told him no I was not offered that and he kept going back and forth and decided to give me $220. I believe he thought or he did get over on me because I am a female. I lost out on $30 and the whole experience was unprofessional!! If you’re a female, make sure you have a guy with you so they don’t get over on you!
