Found this company online while rebuilding my track car after an unplanned physics lesson at Turn One of the Lake of the Ozarks Raceway. Needed a few parts to get her back together — saw what I needed, ordered it, and they shipped fast enough to beat my repair adrenaline. Great service, solid pricing, and everything showed up exactly as described.

I recently contacted Pacific Motors to inquire about a car part. The first time I called, I spoke to a gentleman who was incredibly knowledgeable. He provided detailed information about the make and model, what parts were available, and even which parts had already been sold. I was impressed and decided to double-check my numbers before calling back.
The next morning, I called again, but this time I spoke with someone named Bella. The experience was completely different. Bella was unhelpful, dismissive, and came across as rude. When I asked if the previous person I spoke with was available, she refused to transfer me or provide further assistance. Instead, she repeatedly cut me off with "Is there anything else I can help you with?" without actually helping.
When I asked specific questions about the engine part, she provided vague and unhelpful responses like, "Whatever you talked about is what you're getting" or "Whatever you paid for is what you'll get." This made it clear she had no knowledge about the car or its parts. Worse, she never offered to transfer me to someone more qualified.
If Bella doesn't have expertise in car parts—which was evident—why is she the one answering calls? A simple, polite acknowledgment of her limitations and a transfer to someone who could assist would have been much better than the curt, unprofessional responses I received.
Overall, my experience with Pacific Motors started off great, but the poor customer service from Bella left me extremely disappointed. If you're going to run a business like this, ensure that your staff are knowledgeable or, at the very least, know how to connect customers to someone who is.Nov 24, 2024 -
I was surprised to receive my item in just 3 days, quicker than expected. it was dirty since it came from a scrap yard, but it cleaned up just fine. I have used them before for things and I appreciate that they have some things that can be out of the ordinary as well.

Pacific Motors was able to ship the part in a timely manner at a reasonable price . Unfortunately the part was defective upon arrival. I reached out and was given an immediate refund. I will continue to use them when I need something just based on this one experience which was absolutely amazing. As a technician I know sometimes parts even new in a box can be defective but the fact that they immediately issued a refund no questions asked shows their integrity.

When purchasing products online, it is not uncommon to encounter issues involving the buyer, seller, and shipping company. In my case, I bought three Pacifica motors on eBay and faced some shipping problems right from the start. However, after some difficulty in picking up the item, I eventually received it.
Unfortunately, the item did not meet my expectations and was incompatible with my vehicle. As a result, I requested a refund and was even willing to cover the expensive shipping costs out of my refund.
On September 18, I received a bill of lading, which essentially served as a shipping label for the item to be picked up from my house. The email instructed me to have it returned by October 2.
Despite five failed attempts to have the driver come and pick up the pallet for shipping on September 27, they finally managed to collect my item. During this time, I contacted the shipping company multiple times, only to learn that they were experiencing difficulties due to a cyber attack, resulting in limited access to their computer system and other issues.
It is important to note that these difficulties were not the fault of the seller. However, after my item was finally picked up, I reached out to the seller several times to inquire about the status of my refund. To my dismay, they informed me that they would not issue a refund as it was past the allowed time frame.
The seller received my item, which cost approximately $950, on October 11 and it was signed for. They now possess a product they sold to me for $950, which they could potentially resell for the same price. However, they are unwilling to offer even a partial refund.
After not receiving a response, I decided to call them today. I was transferred to management, but our conversation was unproductive. The manager became angry, displayed no willingness to settle or work with me, and eventually hung up on me in a rude manner.
Throughout this entire transaction, I maintained a levelheaded approach and was willing to cooperate with the seller. I simply wanted some sort of credit or compensation, understanding that the issues were not their fault. However, the fact that the seller is now in possession of my item, unwilling to return it to me, and potentially making double the money by reselling it, frustrates me. Their unwillingness to listen to my concerns or offer any form of compensation, such as a credit at their store, has led me to write this review, highlighting the distasteful and unprofessional behavior of their management.

Tried to overcharge over website prices. Sent using the wrong shipping method to Europe causing months of delays. Did not answer over half a dozen emails. Refused to properly refund shipping. Parts finally arrived broken. Did get a refund on the broken parts, but after months of delays the entire shipment was useless. Refused to answer or any compensation. Zero responsibility. They don't respond to email, they don't care about you, and will not listen. Avoid.

Honestly speaking, I’ve literally looked EVERYWHERE for my 2013 Audi A7 lights...everyone was extremely over priced and the majority didn’t even a complete headlight. I found Pacific Motors on EBay, crossed my fingers and then called!! I received the most pleasant customer service ever! My Audi lights came Via UPS 2 days later on May 8th in EXCELLENT condition and fully functioning. I’d recommend them 1000%. They’re professional and communicative, two things that are extremely important when spending your money. Thank you Pacific Motors!
