the store manager is a hard worker great guy and the commercial department is very quick and knowledgeable to chase down hard parts and they have in no time.
These guys are always friendly, personal and very helpful. They carry the batteries out to my car for me and switched out my windshield wipers. Thanks guys! They printed out a computer reading on my van that clearly states what's going on with my issue. That's great service. After my mechanic recommended "the auto part place across the street" they acted like i was bothering them even after i told them i was sent there by one of their clients. They were condescending and dismissive and acted like i didn't belong there... They serviced two men who walked in after me before they even acknowledged my presence. I suppose since im a woman they couldn't be bothered. Ugh. So i drove across the street and gave several hundred dollars worth of business to Oh Oh OReilly's... And will continue to do so. (And btw my mechanic pulled his account. FRAP, your loss fellas!)

Was starting on our trip for a week /half long vacation and shy of an hour in, had a blinking CEL. Stopped by to have the CEL code checked. Cory, super nice, super helpful guy, helped us scan the car for a cylinder 3 misfire. Enjoyable conversation and was able to help with borrowing tools and helpful insight. Was able to get the job done and back on the road again.

Have shopped O'Reilly's since first Murray's on Plymouth..am disappointed in webpage when looking for a price..Too much work and steers me towards competitors. Change this!

Great staff and great store. Very clean and organized. Snow and ice was removed greatly for entrance and parking lot. Got help with everything I needed and even got good suggestions for better items and brand for the things I was getting. Would for sure come back! Thank you
Easy to get into, things are easy to find and the associates were easy to talk to. Great service, reasonable prices, clean and well stocked also. Employees knew exactly what was needed without much explanation and checkout was so easy
These guys have saved my butt a couple times now. The nice thing is they are open later than anyone else and they have a surprisingly good inventory - or at least I have had luck with it. One night I was fixing a leak on the dega bottle for my 05 F250 with the 6.0. Anyways, I was moving the degas bottle and this collant y-pipe under it ripped in half. Its like 9pm and my wife it hauling some horses to a show tomorrow morning. I got to Orielly's thinking I would try and jerry-rig something. No luck. The guy asks me the year, make and model. I thought this would be a dealer part. Nope, they had one in stock. Sure it was more expensive than you can find online, but I couldn't get one online that night and thats what you pay for. So they got me out of a jam. Overall the staff is pretty friendly and the store is in good shape.
These guys and gals always have the parts I'm looking for. If it's not in stock, it's there hours later or the next morning bright and early. Whether it's bikes, cars, or things for that dang lawnmower again they'll get get you what you need for the best price. Never found a more helpful parts shop.
Everyone that we met at O'Reilly Auto Parts was fast friendly and efficient in helping with whatever we needed. We stopped in to get some new wiper blades and they showed us where the ones that had a special price were.
Very Helpful. Went in to get windshield wipers. Figured I would search for them and install myself. They jumped in to make sure I purchased the right ones, put the right connector on, then installed them for me. I wasn't looking for all that help but was glad I got it.
I needed a new battery installed on a bitter-cold, snowy day. The worker fought with my old, corroded battery for 20 minutes to remove it in these miserable conditions. He was pleasant throughout the entire ordeal. Thanks O’Reilly’s!
Went in to buy a gas cap and quart of oil for my grandsons car and asked for a paper funnel to put the oil in and the young man said I can sell you one for a dollar and I came unglued on him. There is no way I am going to pay a dollar to put a quart of oil in a car. I gave the oil and gas cap back and went to auto zone down the street and spent my hard earned money there and they gave me the funnel that I needed. Over $7:00 for a quart of oil you should get a paper funnel. It was not the young mans fault but I guess that won't be the last time that happens. I will not be back
Called for help on a lawn mower battery. The guy,(dakota)) seemed reluctant to help. Gave him the info on the machine, but he said i needed to have the numbers on the old battery in order for him to help me. Wow just wow! Went to meijers. No problem.
