Great job on the tow. Had to leave the key and have my car picked up w out me being around, or available for calls. I thought I might get a call or two w questions etc., no sir! When I got out of my meetings, it was done! I didn't have to repeat anything, they grabbed up my car, got it to my mechanic, locked it up...

A big joke they sold me a ford flex for 5383$ drove it home it started smoking white out the pipes then put oil in it the oil was black! They sold me a car and did not disclose the engine was cracked it spilled all of the oil I just put in it onto my driveway and they are refusing to give my money back this is the very first day my kids had to breath the fumes in of the smoke thank god I got it home! They didn’t care that they put our life’s in danger they didn’t care they sold me a lemon car not to mention I told them I had three babies and haven’t had a car since October then they say let us take a look at it after they just scammed me completely they are at fault and that was illegal I am going to take legal action on Monday if they still won’t pay me back just completely terrible people for doing this to my family
Super helpful and fast turn around, as a girl with limited car knowledge it's so common for people to try to get me to spend unnecessary money or talk to me like I'm stupid and this place did not do that, my car broke down Friday and I had it by Monday, super helpful, great work and great customer service
I can’t even believe how great these people treated me! Extremely patient, and helpful! Really went out of their way to accommodate me, even stayed past hrs, not to mention at least half the price of everyone else I’ve used!
Got my car stuck in a ditch on an icy road. They were polite and thoughtful on the phone and in person and quick to respond and pull me out without any damage. Reasonable prices too.
Did a great job at a great price. Fixed what needed to be done immediately and let me know some other things I need to get done soon. Professional staff, had my old parts waiting for me to inspect if I wanted to. I highly recommend Adolph's, they've been around as long as I can remember.

Needed a jump but was short on cash. They helped me out anyway. They've done work on my car before and they are fast, affordable and dependable. I ONLY go to them for my car issues
My car died in the middle of a busy intersection and the owner just so happened to be driving by. He stopped and helped me no questions asked and was very kind to my kids and me. Without his help we could have easily gotten hit by another car. He was kind and speedy and I really appreciated his help.
Couple years ago I needed a tow, had these guys come out. I also needed a new starter installed and I allowed them to do the job. They kept it for a day and called me the following day with 15 minutes left until they close to come pick it up. When I got there they were closing up shop and handed me my keys, got in their cars and left. When I got in my car and started it up It was extremely loud. Exhaust pipe was hanging and they swapped my catalytic converter for an after market one. I do not recommend this dishonest, run down buisness, if you even want to call it that. It's ashame, hard to find honest quality work these days, they are not the only ones.
Listen….this guy had my car for a day. Quote was a little more than the actual price. He was so easygoing & helpful. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll take my vehicle anywhere else again!
Super professional and quick. Had a bad squeaking noise after every tire rotation and belle tire on Allen rd tried to scam me out of 1500 dollars for random stuff saying that they didn’t hear the squeaking. The guys at adolf’s quoted me at 592, ended up paying 533 for brakes/rotors and a couple other necessities and the squeaking is totally resolved. A great place to get repairs from :)
I've had an unusual couple of weeks where I consistently keep locking my keys in the trunk of my car? Sometimes I have a spare on me but on Thursday I didn't and I was panicking because I had work that afternoon. Terry quoted me an accurate time, showed up promptly, and opened my car in under 2 minutes. Super friendly man and very professional! I was so upset when he pulled up but he put me right at ease. Thanks Terry! Your kindness helped to make a stressful situation a lot less frustrating!

From the dispatch woman all the way to actual tow I had an amazing interaction. When I called in initially needing a tow to a repair shop, the woman on the phone went above and beyond to comfort me and reassure me that everything would be okay. She was efficient and absolutely wonderful. It only took 30 minutes for the tow truck to arrive. The gentleman who towed my suv was completely understanding, quick, efficient, and informative. I found out he was actually the owner! Such a humble man. He explained to me how the whole process works (first time needing a tow) while he anchored my vehicle up on the bed. He even made sure to make sure I had someone coming to pick me up, and he waited for this ride, all to make sure I was safe and comfortable. I would recommend this service to anyone needing a tow. Hands down the most comfortable interaction I’ve ever had in a situation that would normally cause my anxiety to go wild. I appreciate this company for their professionalism, adherence to COVID regulations, quickness, and over all consideration for their clientele.
Even with the after effects of the recent snow storm, they had the time to replace, a difficult to get to, car battery for me. Friendly staff and professional service. I highly recommend.

This place is a joke. Spoke to someone face-to-face about picking up my classic car the next day. Said they'd have the "owner" do it so there were no issues and they would call me 15 minute prior to pickup. Well it's been 24 hrs PAST the scheduled pickup time and no one has ever called me... I was told they are the new owners in process of buying the business. As a business owner myself, I can already tell that they will be unsuccessful. Look elsewhere for a tow.
I came in to have a headlight bulb(s) replaced. I made an appointment. The mechanic had the parts, did the work, and I was out the door....at a fair price. Awesome friendly people work there. The work was perfect. All good! 5 stars. Yes, I would recommend them. They are my "go to" guys for car repairs.
The BEST. There's a stigma about Towing companies... But once you deal with this company you will wonder why. Total professionalism. Fair and courteous, I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Adolph's!
I was driving down west road at 1130 at night, i hit a pothole, lost both passenger side tires. Adolphs towing was there within 30 minutes. He was really friendly and helped us out big time
I will not be calling Adolphs towing again ever - and I would not recommend anyone else to call them if you need someone to help you.
I called them to simply tow my newer Journey to the Dodge dealership in Taylor - my cars battery was dead and would not start - after waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for the driver to show up he (the tow truck driver) was in a terrible mood and did not want to do his job.
He made a few excuses that he could not jump start the SUV to move it and he could not tow it where the SUV was parked.
After supplying the driver with my own tools to try and jump start the SUV he got pissed off when his jumper cables would not do what he wanted them to do - He slammed the hood of the journey and stated I can not do this - I don't know what to tell you but I can not do this and left.
After standing there with a puzzled look on my face as the expert I called for help drove away I went inside and looked up the information on Google myself.
Google of course knows everything - after looking at a youtube video on how to jump start my SUV
I got my own jumper cables out hooked them up to my other truck and in 2 minutes jump started the SUV myself and drove it to the dealership
If I can find this info on youtube I am sure an expert that does this everyday should know exactly how to do this simple job of jump starting a SUV

Adolph's was great. Within 1 or 2 minutes of hanging up with AAA, they were on the phone verifying information to arrive as quickly as possible. We were told a 45 minute wait by AAA, and they arrived in 15. The driver was calm, professional, and very personable. Definitely helped to ease the stress of having just been in an accident.
This place is GREAT! When they come to tow your vehicle they are always earlier than the given AAA timeframe, and less waiting for a tow is ALWAYS a good thing. When they worked on a car for us, they saved us $800 from what the dealership wanted to fix the same problem, which was not even accurately diagnosed by the dealership! This is the first place since I moved back downriver 8 years ago that I trust when it comes to our cars. Thanks Adolph's for restoring my faith in the automotive repair industry.
