Dan is literally the best, super knowledgeable, super friendly, great advice, great customer service. I feel like I'm being treated like family every time I come in. He makes the business more than just a large chain.

Came in here Wen night and they had a loose pit bull roaming around in the store with no leash walking up to random customers and barking at them, very unprofessional and BIG LIABILITY

I walked in and there was no sign of an employee. The phone started ringing, so I thought that would draw someone out, but it didn't. A few minutes pass a guy came in to help me. I showed him the exact item I needed in their website that another O'Reilly's said this store had. He seemed very confused about what it was, then questioned if I even needed it. I replied yes, so he started looking for it in the system. Meanwhile another person surfaced. Both people vocalized that they didn't want to answer the phone call that had been ringing for that duration. They answered the phone and got an attitude with the person who mentioned that they had been waiting for someone to answer for a while. They said "I don't know anything about that how can I help you?" The guy them goes to the back for awhile then comes and looks on the sales floor and says yeah we don't have it and offered no more help than that. I usually have a great experience at O'Reilly's, but this location needs some work 👎🏽 ! Find another hub store or have them ship the party to the one you're at. These guys are rude and not very helpful

If I could leave a lower star I would , the new manager should get sued for defimation, she accused me of fraud by bringing a part back that was original in the box, was very rude , I will never do business here again, also I have a commercial account with 8 yrs of continuous business her name is Keri and she will run this store into the ground.. I will be calling corporate and soaking with the regional manager Brayden ... Keri you will not get away with disrespecting people ..

Excellent auto parts store, offering a wide range of parts with high quality and reasonable prices. The staff is helpful and helps you find the right piece quickly. Great shopping experience, I recommend visiting it.

Very bad customer service at the Van Born O’Reilly location. There is an older man working there who acts like he’s the boss and gets upset when customers ask about warranty refunds. When I asked for my warranty refund, he spoke to me from “above” — like I was guilty or did something wrong — and even recommended I should “change my car” instead. Very unprofessional attitude.

They tried to sell me a part for $66 that was not even a genuine GM part. Went to Rock Auto and got the genuine GM part for $24

Pulled in at exactly 10 o'clock to return a simple item to buy a spark plug wire and they said they was closed and turned the open to midnight sign off as we were getting back in Our vehicle what a shame that the workers don't want to work and follow simple directions from a corporate standby id fire the workers for closing early and doing what ever they want to do against Company policy's

I don’t go to this location anymore because I went in a bit ago for wiper fluid and the cashier man looked at my mobility aid (elbow crutch) and asked me if it was a weapon to protect myself..? It weirded me out- both what he said and the way he said it. That being said, it made me so uncomfortable I don’t want to go back there and I just go to other stores in the area.

The atmosphere in this place is horrible they don't welcome you in the store needed wiper blade they just walking around not asking do i need help and then sold me the wrong part after ask her was this the right part stay away from here at all cost not going back here any time soon

Not sure about prices or selections, but I had limited assistance from the limited staff. Various encounters with various staff and locations have been a mix of good and mediocre personalities, people, helpfulness, knowledge and skills. The tool loan program is helpful, testing is good when available if the equipment or staff is available. I found a number of shops saying they have gone to O'Reilly for all the parts that they use and are avoiding the competition businesses due to lower quality prices, warranty issues, and more. I will go to the most convenient place for things I need now like a bulb that is out on the vehicle and could be a ticket if not fixed or fluids like oil, steering or break fluid. I go to O'Reilly for the parts of repairs like condenser, stabilizer components, and such.

Every time I go up there, everybody is super rude. Went up there today. One guy says I don’t know nothing about automotive. I just work here. I’m a cashier so I can’t help you on anything go up to another guy just as rude. Every time I go to that place I get nothing but rudeness from everybody in fact, I think the one time that somebody wasn’t rude to me. It was a female. My family, and I will never go back to that establishment ever again!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I needed a battery and came here for a second opinion since the first auto place could not do an install. As Dan was installing my battery, he was complaining about how I should have done this months ago and of course I needed a battery today when it was so cold out. I wasn’t sure how to respond so I let out a nervous laugh, to which he replied, “you think it’s funny but it’s not”. I said, “I’m sorry I do not find it funny at all, however I did just purchase this vehicle a month ago and I did not know it needed a battery until this morning when it didn’t want to start so I came here to do so. I don’t know too much about cars like that.” And he says “it shows”. I told him there was no need to be rude and he said he was “just stating facts”. That was just extremely rude and unprofessional when I was looking for help to make sure it was the right battery for my car.

DO NOT GO HERE. I called this store after 7 mins of the phone ringing a rude lady named Rhonda , with Zero customer service skills rudely yelled "Hold" then proceeded to leave me on hold for 20mins. I DROVE UP to the store and was still on hold. I ask to speak to a manager and ask why im being ignored and the Store manager tells me to bad and then refuses service and then walked off the sales floor, this entire staff needs to be fired, zero professionalism, zero clue what their OWN S.O.P. states for phone call interactions. Why is corporate O reillys allowing their buisness to be represented so poorly??

I love Murphy's. Well it's O'Reilly's now but and I'll tell you the people are just phenomenal at this one. I've been to some I'm not real impressed with but everybody here is kind and courteous if I need something ordered. I put custom finishes on guns. I use the U-Pol Raptor two-part epoxy finish and they ordered for me hands down. I don't have to come and pay for it. They are just a wonderful crew that works there. The store is clean. It's well stocked. I don't know if they have a restroom. I'm sure they do and I'm sure they would let you use it. They're really really nice people. You can't go wrong going here and Mrs big Murray sign though 🤣😂🤣 O' Reilly's kicks butt & I really enjoy Being able to work on cars again after my accident. I have to say everyone O'Reilly's is always treating me like a human being with my disability. Not everybody does believe it or not. God bless it and all cuz they rock doc

I gave 1 star cause there is no way to give 0. Employees are extremely rude. They let it be known you are bothering them by asking a question about the thing you're spending money on. After that had to deal with. a cashier named Ronda. The customer in front of me ran back to grab more things and I put my antifreeze on the counter she said rudely with sarcasm "well I was trying to help that guy but sure I'll take of you" when asked if I wanted a reciept she mumbled "of course you do" look I kinda hate my job too sometimes but I've never took it out on a paying customer afterall they are a huge part why I have the job and the place had maybe 2 other customers in it with plenty other employees. Can't imagine spending money here again

Very disrespectful manager, the old guy needs to reconsider his life decisions and maybe not have such an attitude with paying customers. Will not be coming back to oriellys again because of this man, parts have horrible quality as well anyway, many times at my job have I had to warranty parts less than a week old.

Not a bad store. Usually you really need and organized sales floor and register area. Within the past week or two I was in and noticed that they were redoing the floors so fairly they definitely keep the building and retail floor and nice shape. I really hate leaving negative reviews and rarely do. This time however after seeing an experiencing concerning issues regarding and employee I feel it is necessary to bring this to the attention of the company. As someone who works on cars quite a bit I frequently visit this location as it's closest to my home. I have since started driving a little further because every time I do come in, one of the employees I believe named Dan is absolutely horrendous in the area of customer service. He's displayed some very concerning behaviors, and as someone who is worked and management and customer service I can say without a doubt this employee would greatly venison and in turn the customers as well from some intensive training on customer service and particularly how to speak respectfully to other people. Recently I actually witnessed him being extremely rude, yelling as well as using profanity towards other customers. He slammef down an item very aggressively during this incident that the customer was either purchasing or returning on the counter. And this customer had a child with them that witnessed and heard the absurd behavior of the employee. I was truly shocked to see that display of behavior, and it takes quite a bit to shock me. Having to go to another location to avoid dealing with possibility of encountering Dan and not knowing if he's going to freak out and snap on me or another customer is inconvenient. Plus it's obviously unprofessional and for people who aren't used to shop talk the profanity is likely offensive and especially inappropriate if there are children in the store. Haven't read any other reviews just yet, however between my experiences and seeing him be rude to some woman with her child and another man that may have been with the woman and child but I'm not sure. There is an employee who might be named Krista or something but she is very nice and knowledgeable every time I go in. Hopefully this can be resolved so I can resume shopping there once again.

I had called at about 9:45 pm and Jay answered. Told him my situation and needed a lock kit asap and they were the closest to have one. I told him I'd be there close to closing (I was 15 minutes from the store) but he told not to worry, just get here asap and he'll be waiting. Got there with a minute to spare and he already had it at the counter waiting. Really saved my whole night. Would highly recommend them!

They have friendly employees. However, not too helpful w/meeting & definitely not beating any other competitors prices. They sell warranties you don't ask for amd will not do a price adjustment because the parts already on your car although it's from the same day and you have receipt/proof of competitors price in hand. Good luck finding a manager in the store,ever. If you want great customer service (because we all do deserve it!) I wouldn't recommend this place.
