Felips is a family owned business and thats where i would prefer to do my business. All Big companies charge way to much and Felips was reasonable. They did a Great and timely service for me when i couldnt do it myself. Thank you so much!

This was my first experience with Felipe's. From my initial inquiring into their services to pick-up of the vehicle, communication was outstanding and speedy. They went above and beyond in diagnosing what the vehicle required, were ready with a quote, and finished the expert work in a timely manner. When I neglected to read the text message indicating that the vehicle was ready to be picked up, they offered to hang around past the close of business hours so that I could get the vehicle back before the weekend.
I highly recommend this business for auto repair and truly appreciate their professionalism!
We have a 2020 Honda CRV, which had all of the warning lights come on. I had personally replaced the battery and spark plugs which stopped the warning lights temporarily, but came on after a week or so. We brought it to Felips Garage on short notice. We shared what was going on. They looked at the vehicle anf scanned for codes. They felt the warning lights were coming on because the history of codes were not cleared. They inspected the car and pointed out various maintenance requirements, which I knew had to be addressed. They are a very honest service garage willing to work with you on any issue you may have.
I had an unexpected long trip coming up and took my car to Felip's to get a potential issue checked out. An unscrupulous business might well have sold me an unneeded repair, but Felip checked things out quickly, said the issue could wait, and wouldn't even take payment. Wow! I was very grateful and impressed. This seems like a great small business Saline is lucky to have.

I was able to make an appointment the same day and they fixed my brake issue within a couple hours. Great communication and I was very satisfied with the service.
Felip's came through for us big time! We were traveling, 1,700 miles from home. Our A/C compressor died during the hottest, most humid part of the Michigan summer. Felip's got us in, fixed us up, and we were back on our way instead of sweltering with no A/C. Felip's is awesome!!!
Had a pesky mouse chewing up our air filter on our van which ended up messing with the oxygen sensor. Our van stalled out and we had it towed to Felip’s as they could look at it that day. The inspection fee was fair and I really loved the pics and videos they texted me in the inspection report. They replaced the air filter. Next day, same problem. I didn’t know at the time, but the mouse had struck again that night!! I had it towed again to Felip’s and they let me know what happened. This time they just charged me the price of the air filter. I was VERY happy with their service and will use them from now on.
They’re great and always quick to communicate and complete repairs. I’ve been very impressed every time I’ve used them and they’ve been very accommodating with my schedule. I’m happy to have a trusted shop nearby that does a great job of diagnosis repair and follow up.
Felip’s did a major car repair for me. I appreciated their willingness to work with my third party warranty provider. I love the way they text complete diagnostics and invoices along with texting to approve repairs. Very efficient. Friendly and professional.

I called 7 different auto shops after being stuck on the side of 23 and needing a tow. Nobody wanted to work on a diesel. Delearships were a 30 day appointment, most auto repair shops turn diesel work away. Felip's was recommended to me by a local auto part distributor that I know personally. It was my last ditch effort before having it towed to my house and then having to order ANOTHER tow once I found somewhere to take it.
Got there about 10 minutes before closing luckily.
They use a great software system with text message updates and proposals, everything is clearly written out and understood.
They had fixed the truck and notified me within 2 business days, it was great!
Not only that, I recently asked Phillip his opinion about another truck I was looking at purchasing, and he gave me honest feedback. Instead of just texting, he asked me to call him and he gave me 10min of his time to explain his reasoning - without charge. Phillip was giving me advice that would result in him getting LESS business - but they're honest, caring, sincere people that do phenomenal work.
Phillip even reached out a week after picking up the vehicle to make sure I was happy and everything is running smooth...what?! I've NEVER had someone follow up personally.
I am so glad to have found Felip's Auto Service in Saline! And so happy they're so close to my house! I cannot say enough good things about them. I've had MANY poor experiences with mechanics, and this definitely ranks as my BEST experience.
So glad I was highly recommended from a family friend.. This place is also a very family friendly oriented business. Now there is a lot of auto shop repair places out there and they do make you feel like just the number, but this place did not! They sat down with me took the time explained everything to me and even showed me what they repaired. I've never been able to see the damage parts before and after. That was a nice added touch.
I came in needed to replace catalytic converters and they found something else that was going on so I am grateful this repair was done right and won't have to worry about any future damage.
They also change oil and do routine maintenance to vehicles so it looks like I'm no longer going to be going to the dealership for those types of services I'll be coming right back here to Felipe's.

I've been there about 4 times with 2 different cars since the new owners took over (2012?) They do very good work at reasonable cost. In my scheme of things, this is a "gem" of a shop that should be treasured for years to come. Philip the father has 30+ years of experience with Ford dealers. Felip has about 10+ years and is surprisingly knowledgeable, and he's also very good in dealing with customers.
