The gentleman inside there gave me some good tips on cleaning and restoring my headlights along with a special clearcoat that provides UV ray protection so that they do not get cloudy a year later
I have been a satisfied Saline CarQuest customer for better than 25 years. They've had some great staff come and go, but Rick (owner) and Renee (front counter heroine) are still there, and are some of the nicest folks you'd ever want to meet. When they say they have parts, they have parts. When they tell you they'll be in first thing in the morning, you'd can believe it. They know their stuff, and better yet, they know YOUR stuff!
Great first experience with this location, today! Needed a new set of wipers; a staff member confirmed the sizes of each right away, explained the replacement options, and made sure I knew how to install them. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff! The new wipers are excellent.
It’s repulsive to see such a long time established business openly support an animal abuser and very unprofessional for the employees to take sides in an argument that should’ve never been started in a place of business to begin with rather than just shut it down, or even tell the aggressor to take it outside. When something can be so easily proven, it really does show true colors if you choose to turn a blind eye because it’s a “friend” and to see what I thought was a decent business take sides in such a disgusting thing is such a disappointment.
Sound and knowledgeable staff. I ordered a battery online for in-store pickup. My order was ready quickly, and everyone there was helpful and friendly.
Friendly, personal service, and yet they really know their stuff and have found me parts a few times that I thought would be troublesome. Highly Recommend!
It's all about location, is the only reason why they stay in business. Theirs only one person who's on staff that knows what there doing. Bought a car battery there a year ago gold standard, when I got the battery checked up there it said the battery was bad! One year later? When I asked if they could look up my purchase they said I needed a receipt what are they still using dial up on the internet, save your time and money go to Orielys
Always liked this place untile today. I called like always to make sure they had a part. Found out they closed early so had to hurry. Showed up 10min before they closed and they locked the door as i was pulling in. When they came out i asked why they said i could pick up then close on my early and they preceded to curse me out. So to the manager this is exactly why autozone and oriellys is closing you down. Pathetic.
Went for paint they said they have or could be mixed as long as I was there before 5, I was there at 345 and was told cant do it, lol won't be back this place is a joke. Very poor customer service.
The people here are friendly and not intimidating. Feels more like walking in to a friendly diner or hardware store. If they don't have your part in stock many times they can get it later that day or early the following day. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. Good selection of chemicals and other parts . they sell snack size fudge at the counter....they really do.
Good quality parts from people who know what they're talking about. No kids with blank stares behind the counter. Locally owned. Thank you CQ for 20+ years of having what I need.
As always, the service and selection there is second to none. And, yesterday, I went in to get a rear wiper blade for my 2011 Equinox---not only did they have it readily in stock, but Renee, the Store Manager, took the time, without me asking, to go out and install it for me on the spot!
And, if you know what you are doing, it is an easy installation---however, I would have had no clue and likely struggled for an hour or so and would have had to buy a special tool.
