Had a power steering hose leak. Dropped my vehicle off and it sat for 8 days until it got in the building. Parts were ordered the day it was dropped off. On the 8th day it was looked at and I was advised the wrong part(s) were ordered. And, also that my serpentine belt needed replacement, that also had to be ordered. So now wait longer. Received several reasons for the delay from multiple service advisors and staff. On the 10th day I was advised my vehicle was ready to pick up. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I asked to see the parts that were replaced (per Michigan Law) and the representative said he had to go get them out of the trash. Not a good way to do business.
We got an appointment to get in for an oil change quickly. Our vehicle was taken into the bay as soon as we arrived for the appointment. The employees are professional and friendly.
You did great work but I had to call to get an update on my car but you did great work putting on the wiper blade motor but then to find out someone dident screw in the nut tight enough but other then that you did great work
First time there… My tire pressure sensor warning light came on. they diagnosed the problem replace two tires sensors And said the other two sensorsr were fine. All that was done in a couple hours under $300. these guys were fast efficient and I was very pleased with the work they did.
Two months ago I took my vehicle to LaFontaine Chevy for the same problem… The tire pressure indicator warning light came on. They kept my car for two days charged me almost $500 so they can replace one tire sensor. I won’t be going back to La Fontaine even though I’ve been going there for over 25 years.
I blew out a tire on 94. Marysville Tire was able to replace that tire that day ( New Year’sEve). I was very appreciative. Very polite, very professional and a reasonable price.

The dealership was going to charge me over $100 for an oil change and tire rotation; Goodyear did it for $72 out the door. The dealership was going to charge me over $100 for a differential fluid change on a car with 17,000 miles; Goodyear checked the differential fluid and it didn’t need to be changed. Thank you, Goodyear!

Outstanding customer service! A valve stem tore during my travels on my vehicle. I called this establishment around 3pm NO appointment at all and they had me back on the road in under an hour! Most garages would have charged a pretty penny for saving the day, not this place. No charge, back kn the road! I highly recommend calling them for your auto needs.

Stopped in for a nail in left front, which had been needing air every 2 days. I found a nail... Marysville Auto found 2, too close to patch! Spare was put on and Kevin ordered a new tire that arrived next day. Was called to schedule time to make the exchange. Very friendly staff and quick, qualified service.
