Wonderful Experience, exactly what I needed, the mechanic was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed actually scanned codes, checked the wiring actually opened the Hood and went under the truck even and found and fixed the problem. Thank you Very much, I was even able to make it to my delivery today. Definitely recommend this company fixed my def system and made it regen when other company couldn't even diagnose it told me they could call towing.. he actually found and fixed the problem and got paid for it. When my new crate engine was delivered on a pallet, my engine hoist couldn't reach it to get it on the stand. I tried wrecker companies, well drillers, lol and was scratching my head when Bill DeLand reached out to ME!! He happened to have other business nearby and a little time to kill and just decided to help. You just dont find people like this as much these days. I cant thank Bill @DeLands Roadside Service enough for his time (he was super fast!) and effort today. He seemed to drop from the sky with the one fisted superhero landing, lifted a 500lb engine with ease and flew off without any fanfare. Just a true professional with a kind soul. What a guy. ???
I called Billy told him I needed a diagnostics run on my truck, with in the hour he had figured out my problem. Got the parts & fixed it the very next day. I was very pleased with the work , he will be my first call from this point moving forward.
