Wow was off to a really rough start this morning, but, chris called quickly and let me know he was on his way to help, and went the extra mile to assure me id be ok, i would definitely recommend these guys to my friends, thank you guys you Rock🤝

I was lucky enough by god meeting Christopher and having his help today… I broke down in the middle of M-59 during a rush hour traffic stop in the middle of the road because my car died I couldn’t get it into neutral and push it to the side. It was a right timing moment he was driving down and saw me broken down and pulled over to help. He truly went above and beyond I was on the way to a doctors appointment that was a very stressful one as is… he not only helped tow my car to a shop, he dropped me off at my appointment so I wouldn’t miss it. He also provided me an auto shop to help repair my car. I couldn’t have been more grateful to be able to have the help I did. To find someone so nice and caring to pull over when I was having the worst day ever. Thank you so much for your day today.

Forgot to write a review. This company helped tow my boyfriend’s truck back in February. Service was quick and easy, and gave the cheapest price around. Thank you for the very quick & last minute help! Would definitely recommend.

AAA contacted them to winch out our truck and trailer stuck in soft ground. Chris came out pretty quickly, which was great, and was informative and helpful with what was involved with the process, and got our truck and trailer pulled out in no time.

This company is awesome called him on the phone he gave a a time and price and was the most re assuring and excited to actually help me! He hasn’t even picked my truck up yet only because it’s not scheduled time but he literally made my day and probably week better just from the re assuring phone call. Very quick and professional!! We had our truck break down, needed it towed home and had a hard time getting anyone to call us back. Our friend recommended this company and it was handled extremely fast and Christopher was very professional. He had no issues, got it in the perfect spot in our driveway. We absolutely will call him again if we ever need a tow. We will also recommend him to anyone who needs his services. We are very happy!

This Company is TOP SHELF 5 star class act. AAA left me stranded on the side of the road for over 4 hours, Chris and his son came out and scooped my truck up from Lakeport Mi to tow it home to Erie Mi after midnight. His trip included being detoured off the highway and THEN he gets a flat tire and strands him for over 2 hours. He was in contact with me the entire time and continued to finish the job. After a miserable, very long and hot day for me, Chris kept going and MADE the difference and the entire time he was totally cool and completed the job. WELL DONE sir and thank you very much!! 1000% Recommend Northern Michigan Towing.

I had a flat tire on my small camper coming home by myself on Saturday afternoon. I had originally called someone else and they referred me to Northern Michigan towing. Chris came right out and change the tire and follow me the gas station to make sure I had enough air in the tire. I'd read the reviews while waiting and he certainly lived up to the praise. He was very nice and you could tell he really cared. I would recommend them to anyone. You really got me out of a jam. Thank you!!

My daughter locked my car keys in my vehicle and I only have one key fob for it. Therefore, I called this business and the guy was so nice. Chris and his son were awesome! I had my truck and living quarters horse trailer buried as I slid off my driveway. I was close to the busy road and they unstucked my truck and help me hook up again to the gooseneck trailer and slowly guided me out to the road without falling back into the holes that I created trying to get out. Without their help, I would of never been able to do this on my own. I am sure most towing assistance services would not of done this. Thank you again! Your the best!

Would recommend them to everyone and their grandma! Chris was an angel in disguise. Chris was completely transparent about everything from start to finish. When he couldn't change my tire I was so lost, my phone was dead and I was just sitting in the car waiting for next steps. He came back and advised me he arranged a drop off at a mechanic shop that is open and could help me and he would get me towed that way (had many more calls and I was just supposed to be a tire change)... I feel i don't need to say more. They care!!!!!!!

I unfortunately got my RAM stuck in my front yard. I called the towing service to get pulled out. Chris showed up in 15 minutes and had me ready to go in another 15 minutes. Well def use service again if needed.

I was stranded in a bad spot on I-94 after getting a flat tire and Northern Michigan Towing happened to be driving by, stopped, towed me across the road where it was safer, and changed my tire for me. Thankful they came to my rescue!! In less than 20 minutes I was back on the road!
