Went into a ditch and called for service and the roads were horrible and they were obviously busy . But Cooper got to me quickly and took a good look at the situation and retrieved us out
Do not recommend. Left a customers car in the middle of the street and now they are getting tickets. When asked about it, they were rude and said the customer could pay for an additional tow.
Brock towed my jeep. He was very professional and on top of that positive and supportive. He made us laugh when we were having a terrible day. Great job.
Last week I had to have my car towed because my upper ball joint broke. One tow truck came and was going to have me sign some damage waiver because they didnt know what they were doing. Brock from Jeremy's towing came and knew exactly what to do. He was fast, safe, and did not damage my car any further. He was also THE nicest guy. Thank you to both Brock and Jeremy's towing for saving me a bunch of money, and saving my car. You guys are the best! I highly recommend this company!
Mario did an amazing job. My car wouldn't start at a store, i had parked in a less than ideal location to get a tow. But he managed it with ease, he got me and my car home safely!
I called AAA they recommended this place. I waited all day. They never showed up. They kept saying they’re on their way and I heard from the towing Company that actually picked me up he told me that Jeremy‘s towing does that to people all the time they say they’re coming and they never show up they want AAA to send someone else out. They should’ve told AAA they didn’t want to do the job not jerk me around.
Used Jeremy’s via AAA. Austin was our tow truck driver and his response was fast and he was friendly through out the entire experience. My vehicle was disabled in a very remote part of Michigan and Austin was able to follow direction with ease and found us with no issues. We are grateful for the amazing service we received from Jeremy’s Towing and specifically Austin, I absolutely recommend utilizing Jeremy’s Towing for all of your hauling needs, I’ve no doubt that their quality service will continue to knock it out of the park.

I went through Statefarm roadside assistance. The two first services were canceled, which was a bummer, but Jeremys Towing came to the rescue. My car was in a full parking garage with some tight corners, and I was sure it would be canceled too. Brock got in and out like a true professional! Thanks again for making this experience a lot less stressful. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
My tow truck driver was obviously so helpful as I was stuck in a not great spot to run out of gas, but he was incredibly friendly and efficient. Can’t thank him enough for saving my day.
They were there and prompt. The only issue I had was my driver and I couldn't go with the vehicle as well. The tow truck driver said there was no request for passengers, etc. When I did the roadside claim, it asked me if I was going to be with the vehicle. I said yes. No where did it ask if I needed a ride. In the past using roadside, I was able to go with my vehicle. I was a half hr away from home and no one local to come and get me and my driver/friend. Does this happen often?
Was stranded, but Brock came out quickly, was professional, helpful and handled our vehicle with care. He got our vehicle to the dealership and even helped us find the drop box & paperwork forms so we could leave our van after hours at the dealership. Above and beyond. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Great job 👍.
Excellent, fast, and friendly service. The crew at Jeremy's was quick to communicate updates en route to our broken down vehicle and arrived quickly to pull our vehicle off the interstate. Special thank you to Tom for keeping us in good spirits during our tow to the mechanic.
Had a camper brought to our property and our friends truck got stuck because our ground is really soft. Cooper did a fantastic job getting the truck almost all the way out of the mud! Unfortunately, the tow truck got stuck also, because the yard was just too soft. Aaron came out and gave him a hand and they got the job wrapped up in no time. We are extremely appreciative of the help and assistance.
Aaron did a great job towing my truck, he was very responsive on the phone, and did great loading and unloading our Excursion. It had to be towed out of the GM Tech Center and the security is very tough to deal with there sometimes. Aaron worked through that and communicated with me, and we were able to get it all taken care of. Alex the dispatcher was also easy to work with, and got the job lined up without me having to contact the insurance company another time. Thanks again Jeremy’s Towing

David was on time and did an impeccable job. Identified the construction tack in the tire and let me know that it was too close to the side wall to be fixed. Made sure i was aware of the fact that i cant go over 50mph and 50 miles on my spare doughnut. Very friendly, helpful, professional and easy on the eyes. If i ever have another car emergency in the area he will be the first and only one ill call. Many thanks from a greatful lady.
Was having my truck towed to the scrap yard, the driver informed me their garage could fix it for a portion of what other garages were quoting me, he said it wouldn’t be wise to scrap then I was short on my out of pocket, he said don’t worry about it for now and pay when you could. His name was Arron. He was fast and super nice. Thank you Arron and Jeremy’s towing for the amazing business you do. 10/10 best tow company I have ever used

My husband and I were stuck in the snow and every other towing company we called said they were not going out until morning. Jeremy's towing came out without hesitation and got us out. Super fast. Eddie was amazing! I would use them any time!! Highly recommend.

Had a late night towing service due to tire damage from a road hazard. They picked the vehicle up in a ridiculously quick amount of time. When I arrived at the shop on Saturday morning to have the spare tire put on, they discovered it was damaged. They worked with me and were able to search their lot and find one that worked for the vehicle to get me home safe! The shop guys were so friendly, accommodating, and made me feel at ease during a stressful situation. Great job! I appreciate you all!
