Gaffner Towing & Recovery has been there for our family more times than we can count, and they’re the first call we make every time.

I can’t say enough good things about the friendly, professional driver that came to our rescue tonight Sunday 12/13/25 in the Little Caeser’s parking lot We couldn’t get a tow from the warranty company after 2 hours. I made one call and he was there in about 10-15 minutes! What a great guy! I just wish I would have gotten his name. Whoever you were - my sincerest thanks!!

I would highly recommend this towing service if anyone was to ask me who I would recommend. Kind, friendly service, was willing to stay open late for me so I could get my personal belongings out of my totaled vehicle. I had car issues and had reached out to the insurance company which was auto owners. Auto owners has a towing service although they were unavailable for at least an hour. When I finally got through they said it would be two hours before they were able to assist. I reached out to Gaffner Towing IN Owosso MI at 8 PM by 8:30 PM they arrived with a flatbed to tow the vehicle to the repair shop of my choice. The service gentleman was friendly and said he would handle everything. This company will be number one in my directory for towing services moving forward! Gaffner Towing gets an A++ for speed of service, efficient & friendly!!!!
Gaffner towing Helped me move a old street light. Driver was very careful loading and unloading. I had them come back when I was ready to install. With two people and a different type of wrecker they help me put it in place. They took there time and were very careful. The two employees were polite and very helpful.They were experienced and knew what they were doing. I would definitely use the company again and will recommend to my friends and family.
Dean and Dylan made my morning so much better! My truck wouldn't start after my shift. I called Gaffner and Dean asked me how fast I could be back to the truck. I told him I could be there with the keys in 10 minutes and his response was "then I'll have a truck there in 10 minutes." Dylan was quick and and efficient getting it loaded up and was pleasant to chat with on the road. He was friendly and understanding about my frazzled nerves.? From the time my truck wouldn't start for me to the time I was standing in the mechanics shop was just a little more than an hour! This was my first experience using Gaffner Towing and they will for sure be my first call next time... which hopefully won't be any time soon... sorry guys!?
I was able to get help in the middle of the night after hitting a deer on the highway fairly quickly. They also worked with my insurance company to handle the billing without me having to do anything.
I slid into a ditch near my home after the recent snow storm. I tried to call several companies and found several would not answer their phones and other were too busy to come out. I called Gaffner’s and he was working a few miles from my house. He came over promptly and pulled my car out of the ditch.
He was very professional, and his fees were reasonable.

My family and I were travelling to Canada for Christmas on the 24th and before we hit the border, our tire went out leaving us stranded on the side of the road. Roadside assistance couldn't get anyone out to us for 5 hours so we waited and waited until a state trooper eventually stopped to check on us. He got ahold of Gaffner Towing and Dean was at the scene within minutes. By this time it was late christmas Eve. Instead of us going back home and missing Christmas with the relatives, he towed us to his shop, changed the tire and got us on our way! I can't begin to tell you how thankful we all are that you took the time away from your family/Christmas Eve to be able to help ours come together. <3
They came out and bump started my semi. It was less then 1hr from when I called and very professional and courteous. Rate was more than fair. I would call them first if I ever needed anything again.
They didn't answer the phone and then they took too long to get there it's like they didn't care oh and they were absolutely not going to pull me out unless I could pay them first which I could not it was late I didn't have money in my pocket but I have plenty in the bank and on my cards so to me it was rude. I mean really it's not like you have a choice there's only so many towing companies so make your own opinion try them out it's only like 100 and a quarter

I cannot day enough nice things about them!! I took off on my solo cross country trip and my rv broke down 100 miles into it, I had no clue what to do or where I was!! They towed me to a wonderful shop and I was fixed and on my way back across the country! Thank you so much!!
