I have a business on my property, wanted a commercial dumpster rental. I also pay for trash service for my house. But because I live on the property they wont deliver a dumpster. But I can drive 2 miles down the road and find a waste management dumpster at a regular homestead. What waste of time. Don't waste yours.

They claim you didnt put your trash container out, and send their office a picture of someone else's house as proof. Had to talk to several customer service people. To finally get them to issue someone to do a pick up in the next 24 to 48 hours. Since they can't give me a actual day I just have to make sure its out both days during their pick up service times. No idea if theyre charging me for this pick up, but I would assume not as its their fault for lying.

Wants me to pay 70$ on top of my bill because I'm poor and in hard times and wasn't able to keep up with my trash. It's like yes let's charge someone who is clearly struggling to keep up a huge fee. Not a 5$ fee but a SEVENTY dollar fee. Yeah that makes total sense 👏 def switching services.

The price has changed (gone up) the last 3 bills I received. They said it is to offset the cost of fuel. That should already be apart of my bill. Canceling soon!!

Trash pick up was missed multiple times in a row. I was talking with a agent and they said oh ur container wasn't visible. Its in the open at the end of my drive way every week it's never been a issue before. Can't expect me to pay a bill for trash when it hasn't been picked up. That's insane. I'm switching companies I guess

We have had issues off and on for a year with waste Management. Spoke to a manager in January. Guaranteed me a rate of $102 for one year. This month my bill went up almost $30. They want the cans in a certain location but when they put them back they block. The driveway. Just has never been a great experience and am looking for new providers.

I do not recommend waste Management Service. They continuously raise their bills for no reason. They state it's because of the increase in gas prices but their bill is never lower. When gas prices fall again it's constantly going up for no reason. Every month they raise the bill

Changed how much they will pick up but still charging the same price. Also got a notice if my trash lid is not closed flat they will charge me a extra 5 dollars for pick up!

The driver is great. Helpfulness to help me when I had fallen a few weeks ago. Driver had walked in to drive so he could get my trash for me. Keep up your great service.

We have been a customer for years. WM is a quality company. We have always been very pleased with the drivers and when ever we have called the business office, we've never had a problem. Couldn't be happier.

Price has doubled, $315.00 a year? Ridiculous!! Tried to talk to someone, they said can't help me with cancellation, but can send me a new green garbage can. I do not want green garbage can, I have a beautiful garbage container that matches the house. I want to cancel she said would transfer me then left me limbo for 25 minuets before hanging up. (I guess that's WM way of keeping customers, because you can't just cancel) I will not be paying my yearly in invoice the next time. I will be changing companies!!

Would like them to update their number. Last week my new trash can was missing so I go and look at my camera to get an answer on what happen and when my trash was picked up by WM. They just throw the whole can away. Those are not cheap at all and would like to talk to someone please.

We use WM for our cottage in Lexington and I was shocked at how easy it was to set up service and manage everything from the WM website. We also used their feature to pause service in the winter months since we don't use it all year long and that was extremely easy to set up on the website as well. I get great communication and am notified if service is interrupted, resuming, or rescheduled. I highly recommend this service!

Service has been extremely reliable. Trash site is clean after trash removal. The automatic payments are easy to understand and use. When I have called for extra service for a remodeling project the people in the office have been quite knowledgeable and informative. The remodeling "bag" service isn't offered in my area, but would be nice to have.

Great service you have one Fabolous employee. He is so friendly great personality. He needs a pay raise. Monthly rate has increased so should his pay. Individual like him are hard to come by. Pay him well make him feel appreciated for his work ethic.

WM does an excellent job. Good communication. Well thought out web site. Billing and charges explanation clear and concise. Drivers always leave site clean. Never had any problems. Customer service representatives are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Their response made me feel like a valued customer.

They are terrible. GFL (Green For Live) a Canadian company was bought out by Waste Management. They bought out both of our local garbage companies, which thus had given them a monopoly (I thought this was illegal). They are now two days late on the first time they were supposed to pick up.

We have had no issues of any sort with Waste Management. We have had them as garbage service over 10 years. The drivers are friendly and if I do have questions and I call, the office responds quickly and professionally. Always a pleasure to do business with. Thankful for all of you!

Never been here before. The woman at window was very nice but when I looked up landfills nothing said you don't take money. So I drove 20 miles home got my card 20 miles back to unload a couple of items a lot of driving for just a couple of items. You should put this on your page so people don't waist their time and drive 60 miles for something that I could have burned in my pit

This place is beyond messed up. I've had to call multiple times now for them not picking up my trash I pay 70 some dollars for my trash not to be picked up they don't make it right then have an attitude when you tell them how unhappy you are and are about to go else where.

Called their customer service line with questions their main office couldnt answer. Asked if I could talk to the local office and was told no. Then asked what questions I had for them, and I told them that same ones you couldnt just answer. Very rude and unprofessional.

Waste Management company is so used to bullying their customers that even the customer service management rationalizes their terrible billing system by saying that "it is as good as anybody else in the industry", well you are wrong Waste Management. What happened to caring about your customers needs and not hooking them into contracts that have so much fine print you need 2 lawyers to read them. Our only regret is that we can not give them less than 1 star. Bullying a 25 year customer is a good way to lose customers. Very unhappy commercial customer! Warning to others, Read your contract thoroughly and beware!

I couldn't find a local phone number or hours. The only hours I could find was on Google which said they close at 5. I drove 45 minutes to get there at 4:03. I went up to the window the woman at the window wouldn't let me complete a sentence. Just kept saying we close at 4. Just an embarrassing representation for a company this large!
