This place is trash tand the lady that answered the phone has a bug up her but they always hits you with the we will take your number down and call you back the gave me and my a family and friends a hard time ps if you decided to do business with them record your phone call and in in person cuz the lady is swiftly and will say you are lying They also do rip people they gave me four price quotes for the same car then a 5 quote when I got there and then tried to say my car that was a 2003 fleas worth 50 cash I quote 50 cash The car had no rust and 120000 miles on it beware of this company it’s not the first time they ripped some one off. The lady that answers the phone and runs the front counter is the absolute nicest person you will ever meet! The kind of person that makes your day better after talking to her.
We were stranded at 11at night in Owosso on a weekday. They came to our aide quickly. Not a long wait at all. Towed back to Chesaning to the dealership and put the key in the drop box for us so we did not have to make the extra trip the next day. It was quick and easy.
