I needed a new starter for my truck. I called to see if they had it in stock and the lady I spoke with said they did but put me on a very brief hold to confirm that they had it. They had it. I appreciated her taking the moment to confirm it so I didn't waste a trip.
Also, every person I dealt with in the store was pleasant and friendly.
Great group running the place. the young man and lady were very polite and helped tremendously and went above and beyond from knowledge to customer service this is a great locally owned business I will be in for all my needs Everytime I am up north thanks again.
Terrible!! Beware and be watchful! Mark makes Far too many mistakes! Starter was $120! Double the price from 3 yrs. Ago. It was broken, bad wiring, so it was returned. Instead of Refunding our money the guy Took it out Again(tying up two seniors' socialsecurityincome)! Then he argued with us, saying he did it right. No he didn't! My husband took both receipts to him. After arguing, Ray's tried to hand my husband the Wrong check! Another mistake he won't admit. Update- Now Ray's called and wants the core for a starter that was returned that we were charged twice for! This guy doesn't do good business at all! To top it off when I called to remind him what took place the little man cut me off and kept repeating what a sweetheart! Yes, I am, but not to this guy! Fyi...my husband recently died from metastatic cancer, which he had (and in pain) while dealing with an idiot. So now the grieving widow gets to rehash this Crap!
I didn't find what i wanted. But the guy running the register not only searched the computer for what i was looking for a few minutes, he gave me other local businesses to check out, and i didn't know about them before. So even though i didnt find my part yet, this location was able to look and send me on to other prospects. Great service and worth my time.
Every time I’ve come in they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations. The last two visits they looked up the parts I needed, called the place where I get my oil change to make sure I got the correct Lucas product and today the gentleman working was kind enough to install my wipers for me outside in the rain. Id highly recommend this auto parts store if you’re looking for great service, the right parts and a knowledgeable staff!
I've been using Ray's fo years. They help me with parts when I'm not sure what to get. They are friendly and have even put on my new wipers for me. I recommend them to everyone.
10 minutes before the store closed, I was treated as if I was the most important call of the day. I needed a battery for my kids snowmobile. RAYs had the correct battery and they waited for me to Arrive. Extremely professional and great price. Thank you. When I got home, the family was riding all over on the snowmobile. FIVE STARS !!!
Very helpful! Knowledge beyond years! The whole staff is kind,and friendly..if they don't have what you need ,they will go out of their way to get it for you.usually within 24 hers.quick and dependable.
I was having issues with loose steering after driving in from Sault Ste. Marie and the staff was very helpful with finding the tools I needed to do the job and get me on my way.
