The boys got a good service over there. The boys got that Ford truck just pull anything out of there. It takes a Ford to pull one. The boys is two for two. Bad communication!!!!!parts put on with out my knowledge, first time when all was supposed to be “fixed” my steering wheel was all messed up ,they said nothing! Car broke down same day I got it back, second time time around , picked car up and was left on E just made it to gas station. All in all very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend !!
When working on vehicles, they don’t do the whole job and then when you called them out on it, they deny…after doing an engine swap they won’t hold to their end of the deal letting me grab parts from the vehicle I had them pull the engine from after the swap my vehicle has lights on the dash and a transmission shutter along with rear a/c been disconnected but they deny doing that while trying to confront them about the issue they threatened to call the cops on me for supposedly, raising my voice like none of them have ever raised there Voice ever in their lives. This is how they treat veterans who have put themselves on the line for people like this. Honestly I believe they just don’t want to own up to their mistakes and it just easier to kick out people claiming they are calling the cops giving those people no way to defend the issue other than in court than it is to just fix what they did.
My family and I were in the area on vacation 6 hrs away from home and my brake pads finally gave out on my way back from getting groceries.. I had metal on metal.. this amazing family owned business not only fixed my brake pads and rotors same day in just a few hours, but they had someone drive me back to my Airbnb and pick me up when the car was done so I could continue to spend my vacation with my family all for an affordable price we were so thankful I teared up. Amazing business, ran by amazing people ! they will treat you like family ❤️
I get used parts for my car, and I have been for years now. Never a problem. I remember buying a 1975 Plymouth 440 State police car from them in 1977 or 1978. I bought it knowing that it had a soft camshaft, and I rebuilt the top end of the engine. It ran good.
This shop is not it. My trans blew the rear adapter housing cost me a little over $2000 (the parts at most $700)I went to pick it up because it was "fixed" and it went into limp mode dropped it back off and then they randomly closed for a week I just picked it up today after everything being "fixed" and the whole trans in blown needs a total rebuild. Everytime I called them to ask what was up they told me they were waiting on some other transmission shop to tell them what to do because they had no idea what they were doing. They'll tell you they'll call you back(they won't even when your vehicle's fixed) it took a month and half for them to fix my truck even though everytime I went in there the shop was empty. This place is a scam just like every other shop up north they know you're not from around there and that you have no choice but now you know.
You'd be better off have you truck towed to Mexico to have it fixed I spent over $2000 for nothing
And now my “new” starter they also replaced is going out after a year everything that they did on my truck had to be redone by an actual shop this place is a joke and full of a bunch of losers they say their customer service is top notch but they never answer the phone or call back they don’t care once they get your money
This business is wonderful! Dylan and the staff there were super helpful to us when we needed an emergency tire replacement while on the road to the east coast of Canada. They were knowledgeable, calm, and efficient. Two new tires ordered, installed, balanced, and they had us on the road in less than 5 hours. Thanks a million for your expertise and help!!!
Awesome people. Gave extra effort to locate a battery that would fit my 1998 suburban. I was stranded and was looking at well over $200 for a "cheap" new battery! Well the young man at the counter found one that was an exact fit for the unbelievable price of $30! That was labor day weekend and my ride and the battery are doing great! Thank you!

Great place to go if your after some good quality used auto parts. But not only that.. These guys are always doing their best to find you what you need, and will work hard, and do a great job at getting your vehicle fixed and back on the road, if need be.
When in to buy a used radiator was informed by the young man that they pressure check every radiator before they sell them, hooked it up to my truck and coolant flushed into my transmission. Ended up having to completely rebuild my transmission. Terrible experience.

Bought a vehicle from them for $10,000 that they said they looked over and drove to Florida and back with a replaced engine in it. Within a month I've had the air conditioning fan quit working, the flex plate go bad and the starter go bad which required a tow.
Great work on older cars! Saved me money and time. Love my Buick LaCross . Best car ever I have owned. It sits outside in all seasons. W and W will keep me on the road until I die.
Knowledge staff! Needed a part for my older Jeep and called them on a Friday. It was during a winter storm and I was told they would locate and get the part for me on Monday. First thing Monday morning the part was ready for pickup! Easy place to get to and the staff had my part on the counter waiting for me. Very kind of them. Great experience. I recommend this business!
Made an appointment to have my Jeep looked at. They were able to diagnose the problem, fix it and get me back on the road the same day! Price was reasonable for the work they had to do. Staff was very courteous.
Jeremy and Tony are amazing. Very nice staff and good work from here. Great prices for the parts from the yard and they work with you on figuring out an issue if you have one. Highly recommend W&W for anything automotive.
