I would give them a 0 star if I could. Had 4 tires put on and new lug posts suposidly put on our jeep. Found out they never put the new posts on and just said they did. They charged us 820, wont be back. Do better ppl.
Worked on my car twice both times they said your car is fixed. Nope won’t return my calls. Guess i was wrong thought it was a honest business Very disappointing. I allowed the owner a chance to fix it as he promised but when they couldn’t and I already paid $1000 they refused to give me any refund and so far owner was supposed to call me but did not.
Had leaky tire because of screw id run over. Shop was very busy but they took care of me right away. Fair price as well. I'll be back in the future. Thanks guys.
I worked with Preston and Matt on swapping out some low profile tires for my golf cart. I knew this was a challenging task going into the project. As expected one of the tires got damaged during installation but they guys at R&R tried to fix the issue and when that didn't work they acknowledged that they damaged the tire and bought me a replacement tire. They even payed extra to expedite the shipping. This is the kind of integrity and honesty that is so hard to find now-a-days! Thanks guys!
Yes my wife took her car in their for a repair on replacing front struts on a Escape they had to re do them and then finally went to Nester's Auto they took pics of the knuckle bolt hole all stripped out this has been a ongoing nitemare while she has to do her job with this vehicle safely as a Home Health Care worker they should be liable for this I wonder if they even have a license mechanic working on customers vehicles 1800 dollars we've spent on this I guess we need a Lawyer because we shouldn't have to accept this kind of workmanship I have photo but this site won't let me post it
I called this place two weeks ago and they said they could come pick up my car and take it to their shop to look at it. It couldn't be driven.
Mind you, my home is less than 5 minutes down the road from this shop. I had called at 11:15am and spoke with Jason, he said they could come get it, no problem. 3:30pm rolls around and my car was still in the parking lot. So, I called again, spoke with Preston and he said he had no idea what I was talking about, that there was no note from Jason regarding my car. He said they would come get it before they closed, at 4:30pm and let me know in the morning what's wrong. Nobody came to get my car that evening, and they didn't call. Next day, I called up there to see what happened and they didn't have an explanation as to why they didn't get my car. He apologized and said they would get it later that day. Hours went by, my fiance called up there twice to see what was going on. All they kept saying was they would come to get my car before their end of day. Needless to say, they never came to help me get my car fixed, they never called. Worst communication, worst customer service ever, these people do not care about their potential customers. Can only imagine their quality of work. Call Wilson's automotive, they had my car issue fixed in an hour after I called Phil's towing service to get it there.
If I could give this place zero stars I would, they don't even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give.
Don’t trust this shop!!! I found out they had used used parts and messed up my air conditioning and had to go to a different shop after the fact for them to fix what they messed up. Cost me an extra $500!!!!! Scammers!!!!!!!

They always look for other problems , like rotted out frames before they do any work and give you a heads up, the prices are very reasonable and they get me in and out.
My husband and I work on the road and had a problem with our work van. I used Google to find a shop, and this came up. The best thing I did was bring it in. Preston and Mark and the other guy (sorry didn't get his name). I didn't have an appointment, and they took me without any questions. If you have any car problems bring your car here you won't regret it. If I could give 10 stars I would. Keep up the good work guys

I made a call to Phills towing, and they helped me get to a great place for repairs!!
The guys at R&R diagnosed my old truck, and at first said I would be a week out for repairs... when I explained my situation, they made calls and had my parts(new heads) the next day!!! Two days later I was back on the road!!
During that time, they let me stay park my camper in their back lot, and were very decent and Tom, at the front desk did the repairs, and let me use his private vehicle to do a couple errands.
So if you are in the Houghton Lake area,and need your vehicle fixed, I highly recommend you go to R&R!!!
Came in this morning and they got me in right then and there and the price was very appropriate and surprisingly low for how quickly they got me in and on my way!!

"FINALLY" An auto repair facility that gets you right in, gets the job done right, and gets you back on the road in a very quick turn around time. They know what they are doing and don't overcharge you for exploring and isolating the repairs needed.
I will definitely be keeping them as my primary auto repair facility from here on out.
They were willing to stay open after hours to help mount 2 tires on our camper so we could continue on our way. We purchased 4 tires at Top Tire and they wouldn't stay open to mount 2 of the tires. R&R went above and beyond. Great bunch of guys. Thank you.

Have called twice about getting work done on my vehicles. Said they would call me back in 15 minutes both times. Still waiting on call back. Once about 3 months ago and once today. Still no call back.
What a wonderful experience! I own a business and one of my technicians had a brake fluid leak when he was doing work up in the Houghton Lake area. Our office is in Grand Rapids over 2hrs away. I called several local auto repair shops and R&R answered right away, they were kind, honest and helpful. They were able to get us in right away and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Very professional, and got our van back on the road less than 5hrs later (would have been even less but they were waiting on a parts delivery). Their prices were more than fair - they could have jacked up the price because I requested an emergency appointment, but they didn't. What a great experience. If you're in need of auto repair in the Houghton Lake area, hands down this is the place to go!

i needed help badly and it was my only vehicle. These guys went beyond what was expected. They took me home so they could do the extra miles of work to our family vehicle, and brought me back to my vehicle. I am truly blessed for there way beyond customer service and how much they care for there community and just the people they take care of. I 100% highly recommend them
