Amazing service, you always get nervous to call a tow because you don’t know what you’re going to get. But the tow service was great and very good customer service. Highly would recommend.
Professional, good at communicating what is going on and how long it is going to be before they get there. Driver was personable and easy to get along with. Honked the horn and made my 4 year old have the biggest smile. 10/10

I was stuck in the snow and on several inches of ice with bad tires that I had been desperately trying to dig and spin my way out of. I was not good at it and a crying mess after an hour and a half of trying. I ended up calling for a tow truck. Not only did Joe the tow truck driver make me feel much better about my abilities as a human having a drivers license, but my dogs liked him so he had to be a great person. I was out and on my happy way in no time. Professional understanding and kind. Highly recommend.

Phil’s towing was quick to respond on my need to get my Mercedes Benz taken to the dealership in Traverse City. They were able to accommodate the pick up time for the vehicle and the driver was careful and professional in loading my car on the flat bed. Devin who came to tow us was an incredible guy. He just went way above and beyond what would be expected from someone. He helped us out he was cheerful. He got us out of a big jam delivered us to where the car need to be and on top of it all took us to the hotel since we were stranded. Excellent service. Would highly recommend to anyone. Because Devin really made this all a very great experience.

Good service. Car died, and after a great deal and agony on hold with my insurance company's third party provider, almost five hours total, when they finally answered they connected me with Phil's Towing. Finally things went smoothly and Phil's was here in respectable time and were great to work with. They were the highlight of an otherwise bad day.
Great service once he arrived. I truly believe he was late due to AAA. When AAA finally communicated with Phil, he came quickly and did a great job. He knew exactly what to do and went to work to get the job done so I didn't have to wait in the extreme cold. I would highly recommend Phil's Towing.

These are some of the finest people to deal with, right on down from the young lady taking the phone call to the young gentleman who pulled me out of a tough spot all the while chatting as he worked that gave me reassurance that things weren’t as bad as I thought they were. The price was reasonable considering what complications he had and I cant say enough good about this company. This is the Towing’s company you want to go with people, trust me!
