Very good service. I went to fender benders. Needed a fusebox for my 04' silverado, but i needed all the plugs that plug into it also. I requested that I have enough wire left on the plugs, so that I could splice the plugs into my chevy. They delivered the part exactly as I requested. And at a very reasonable price.
I will definitely spend more of my money here.
We called this place to ask if they had a part for my car we needed, they told us yes and that we could come the following day to get it. Mind you we live an hour and 30 minutes from here. We made the drive, arrived and the guy working told us “we have to have money before we even take parts out of our vehicles, we can try and have this done by tomorrow or latest next week” (which is understandable, but couldn’t have mentioned that on the phone?). So we call next morning to check on the status of the situation and they told us “the part is damaged, we didn’t know that, you can come get your money back”. If we would have known right off the bat they needed payment before getting part out of the vehicle we would have paid over the phone, but now I’m making a SECOND trip here, to get the money back and without the part I needed that I was told they had… so now I’ve wasted, time, gas and wear and tear on somebody else’s vehicle… I’m sure For some people, this is a great experience because I’ve read the reviews and I’m one to ever leave bad review out, but I’m super disappointed and really counted on my car being fixed today.
Fender benders is my go to for used auto parts I bought 2 hard to find tires at a awesome price, the guy at the counter his name is Steve he is very knowledgeable doing his job I am extremely happy with the service I received so I will be back for parts.
Called for window switch for old chevy truck. 50 bucks I was told and had to prepay before they would pull. Then I get home and order new track with motor and new switch board for drivers and passenger for 47 brand new ac Delco. These guy are jow fleecing the public like the parts stores lol. Take a pass guys and save your hard earned money.
Brought 30 pounds of #1 insulated copper to them, all #12 thhn or larger. Was given romex price. When I asked for my wire back to take somewhere who would pay the correct price I was told no. At the end of the day I was scammed out of some money by this place, won’t be returning.
The worker randy, Steve and Josh are awesome people. The whole shop is down to earth and easy to get along with.

My husband went in to get parts, had questions about additional parts. Unfortunately the person helping him was quite rude and not interested in going back to look and show my husband the part he needed. My husband wanted to make sure it was right one, was told NO! Too far back to go and show him. Husband said he was just a crabby person in general, especially since we drove over an hour to do business with them.
I must say Josh and his crew are extremely great with their customer service and how they treat folks, I have had nothing but great service and great experience every time I had business with them, they have good prices on used parts and good prices on what they give you for your scrap, keep up the good work guys and I will see you in the near future, Happy Easter to you and your families,
Staff was extremely helpful, was able to give me a list of all the parts that were compatible with my vehicle. Pricing was very fair, lots of inventory but popular makes were slightly picked over.

Called around 9 in the morning, asked for my part I needed (which was a simple one) was told they had multiple matching vehicles but it would take 24-48 hours to verify the part. Then proceeded to encourage me to go to another junk yard to get what I needed. Needless to say I went to Roscommon Auto Recycler’s instead (not the one they suggested) and they had my part within 30 minutes and a decent price and their customer service was great.
Always willing to help find the parts you need, even if they don't have them on site. Scrap prices are fair, they take most everything from sheet iron steel to non ferrous items. They will even come and pick up items for you. Definitely recommend giving them a try, I'm sure you will be happy with the outcome.
Great pricing. Great staff. They will help you find what you need for an affordable price. I drove 2 hours to get here and was still completely satisfied. Far more helpful than my local yards.
Been dealing with Josh and the guys, and Lisa since they opened. I've found it to be one of the best yards I've ever been to. I drive a 1999 GMC Jimmy with over 300,000 miles over 100 mi. everyday and it still runs and drives great. When I do have problems I go to Fender Benders first, walk around the yard and usually leave with parts that are fairly new and way less expensive than new. If there is a problem, then Josh is right there to make it right. I recommend Fender Benders to anyone who needs quality parts at a excellent price.
Lisa knows what she's doing, needed a tail light for my car and she was able to find one super quickly and got me going on my way again! Will definitely return if I screw something up again on my car
I have a older 80s truck I pulled up not even knowing if he had anything my year or even the axle yoke and I walked in tould them what I needed and they pulled it and within 20 minutes or so I was on my way home great experience and service and great prices
I have taken several loads of sheet iron, stainless steel and painted aluminum to Fender Benders for Pennys Lumber. I have been pleased by the personal service and professionalism provided by Josh and his crew. They are always willing to "lend a hand" to unload the heavy materials.
One of THE BEST salvage yards in Michigan. Organized, clean, and friendly staff that doesn't treat you like you're wasting thier time. Dealt with Josh on all 3 visits and have ZERO complaints. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need more used parts.

Called on a friday at 315pm was told they had the part but wanted to make sure it was in working order very understandable. Gave gentleman my name and number didnt hear back from noone. Called saturday morning about 915am was told josh wanted to talk to me about it but he stepped out of the office to the gas station shouldnt be gone long still havent heard from anyone.

Great place to get parts for your car. I needed a blue fender for my 2004 Ford Crown Victoria and Fender Benders delivered a used fender that looked almost like a new part. Definitely a great place to do business!
