Was at croads today and caught a screw nail in my tire and the owner paul croad refused to fix it for free even saying I could have caught it any where when I know for a fact I caught it at croads in onaway mi then wanted to charge me $25 to fix own up to your mistakes
Great prices on used/ recycled auto parts. Google Maps placed it on the wrong side of the street but it still helped us find the place. I will be calling them again.
I'm torn on reviewing croads...on one hand there the cheapest around and usually have what your looking for in the junk yard. But when I can't afford to get a new tire I reluctantly use croads tire service which is always a toss up....you could get a decent tire for cheap or u can get a cheap tire for cheap. I will say this...every single time I've had a tire done there there's alway a problem that comes with it. Either its leaking from the rim or something else because all my tires from there start to lose pressure within a couple days and twice they've broken my lug nut bolts without replacing them sooooooo.........
I am glad they had the part I needed, only place in Michigan with my part. The fast and efficient order, processing, cost and shipping took less than two day. The module solved all my electrical problems on my 2001 dakota. Thank you Herb!!!!
There great in person, but to get someone on the phone is longer than it would be to just drive up there! That very discourteous!! Makes a person want to buy on line brand new and not locally!
These are the meanest people i have ever met in michigan, they said we could look around yard for parts they said sure be here by 12 so we get there at 11:33 and they said we were late and that we should have gotten up earlier just absolutely rude and not helpful i would strongly ask that u dont go there for any parts unless u want to be disrespected.
Helpfull employees. But hard to maneuver a trailer in the yard. Narrow roads to travel. But still a good place to go. The guy running the scale helped back my trailer on to the scale for me.
This place is a wonderful place to go if you need help with your vehicle the men up there treat you with respect and will help you with your problems I had an issue with my tire didn't realize it had a hole in it they got me a new one and put it on and no time very friendly people and I thank them
Cool place. Large inventory of used auto parts and late model cars. They had a rim for my 2002 Ford truck that no other junk yards around here had. I will call them first the next time I need something.
