GREATEST PLACE- not just for an awesome new car but also for service! I have bought cars from here and have always had amazing experience. I found out they will service any vehicle, not just ones they sell. They are fast at getting your vehicle looked at, they let you know what it needs and don’t try to sell you things you don’t. I had other places trying to find the issue with my Jeep, this place found the issue right away. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic anymore. I will be bringing all my vehicles here from now on.

Priced Right Auto turned a bad day into a very good one. Our brakes went out on our way to Cleveland, OH, so we pulled off at the Marne exit. When we stopped at Price Right, we were greeted by a smile and positive young man who said he could squeeze us in for a look and possible repair. Within a few hours, they had us on our way. He even found us a loaner to go to the local restaurant for lunch while we waited. Hope we never have this happen again, but if we do in this area, Priced Right Auto is where we will go. Thank you 🙂
Alex was my contact person for a situation that came up with my new car purchase. He got the car towed, serviced and delivered back to my home within one day. Very impressed with the expeditious timeline and overall communication, with what was a nerve-wrecking misadventure that turned around to a positive experience.
