The customer service that they showed me and the work done to my truck were superb. They explained things clearly and went above and beyond in letting me bring my truck in early and pick it up when convenient for me. I would recommend to anyone needing work on their frame, since people to do so are few and far between in my experience. I was also very pleased with the cost too!

Can't go into the details here but they were able to help me out with a very unique situation that turned into more of a headache than I had planned. They went way above any beyond and were incredibly helpful.

Fantastic service and staff! Had work that needed their and other shops’ expertise, which they coordinated and had to rush at times. Got it back quick and I’ll be using them again for my next repair!

Had a great experience with Neeley’s. They replaced a Y-Pipe on my 2012 Ford Raptor and did a great job. Chris was great to work with.

I am so pleased to have worked with Neeley's Restoration to bring my 1993 golf cart back to life! They did an awesome job with every detail and handled everything in a very professional manner. Communications were prompt and the photos showing progression of the restoration were so helpful to understand the process. I highly recommend this company, thanks Tristen and Dan!

A few weeks ago I was searching Google for shop to restore my upper lift gate of my prized 2002 Lexus Lx470 that I've had since new. The bottom of the liftgate had rusted out and after a few noble attempts to restore it by other shops it rusted out again. Today I picked up my truck with the totally fabricated liftgate restored to original condition. Their metal fabrication skills are incredible. Their paint match was awesome. Better yet was their entire TEAM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM FOR ANYTHING BODY RELATED.

I took my 1994 Jeep wrangler here for a transmission rebuild back in October of 23. And I didn't get it back until January of this year. Although there was maybe 3 weeks or so were I had to wait to get paid so I could put money down upfront. That’s obviously way longer than the two weeks I was told it would take to get it done. Not only did it take way longer than quoted but it was 600 dollars over. I was also told I would be charged for a diagnosis. They asked if it ran before I brought it in and I told them that there isn’t a crankshaft sensor in it (which you’d think they would have noticed when they did the reinstall) and since they had to ask me about it they classify that as a diagnosis. Now some of that is simple little stuff but one of the biggest problems I had was lack of communication in the worst way. I was told multiple times to show up to pick it up and the jeep didn’t even have a transmission in it or there was a massive puddle of trans fluid under the Jeep. I didn’t get the Jeep back until less than a week before I had to leave to boot camp which they did know I was on a tight schedule. I got the Jeep back and it continued to leak but they assure me there was not an issue because it is normal for it to leak when they overflow with fluid. Fast forward 3 months after boot camp, the transmission is leaked completely dry on fluid and I’ve got no response for the request I made on their website or a message back from their number. It’s quite disappointing since I’ve had a lot of interaction with this company including my club sponsoring them at some point and myself even helping out at the shop. I hope that the Neeleys team sees this and reaches out. I know they are capable of being better but they decide not to.

Great service and very knowledgeable about Jeeps! Everyone there is professional, treats you right, and prices are always fair.

Overall one of my best experiences for getting a car serviced. Prices were better than I expected and the guys were all super friendly and upfront about what I would need done and how much it would cost, unlike other shops I have been to that hit you with surprise fees. I would absolutely bring another car here

Stay FAR away from Neeleys Restoration. I brought my 1999 Jeep Cherokee here for 4.10 gears in both axles and they messed up something in the rear end and can't figure out what they did or just aren't willing to properly diagnose (vibrations and grinding from the rear axle). They also removed a piece from my tie rod end which is causing steering issues now and proceeded to lie to me saying they didn't touch any of my steering components (tie rod removal is required to replace the carrier properly). I brought it back to them on 3 separate occasions. The first time they only sat in the passenger seat while I drove it pointing out the issues then instead of properly diagnosing they tell me to throw random parts at it. After speaking with another mechanic the parts they claim are bad are perfectly fine. I brought it back again and they checked their work and sent me videos but used incorrect backlash specs (I had to provide them with the correct specs) and they checked the pinion incorrectly with the carrier and tires still installed on the vehicle. They still did not fix any issue other than correcting the backlash which did nothing noticeable. After that I waited until it was time for the 500 mile inspection and when the time came they were avoiding all of my attempts to contact them for a week straight. They finally did the inspection yesterday and left a bolt loose on the front diff cover. I told them the issues are still present and stressed to them that everyone I talked to is saying the issue is pinion related and pointed out exactly what they did wrong in the video but they still aren't willing to properly diagnose and said there's nothing they can do. So now I'm out over $2,000 and my vehicle is in worse condition than before I brought it to them. Update: I took my Jeep to 4byfours in Nunica for proper diagnosis and they found that the gear pattern and backlash were out of spec and pinion was not shimmed correctly. I now have to pay to have both axles re-geared a 2nd time.

Don't walk, RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. I am shocked at the suggestion that to fix my bump steer, the solution was "we will drill into the frame to stabilize it" oddly enough my jeep required new ball joints which totally cured the issue (this work was done by another shop) After giving 3 grand of my money, they absolutely JACKED my suspension system. Kept telling me it needed more & more work. Had to have the suspension system re-done at another shop because it was so messed up. They did work to my vehicle without contacting me then demanded I pay the amount I didn't approve. Don't let me forget to remind you about the cup koozie that they jammed in my dash to mess with my heat system so I'd have to go back for more work, which would have required removing the dash for the low cost of $3000.... Why do I know they did this? Because it was a cup koozie from a company down the road from them.... Not to mention when I called and asked for a reciept of the work done, their initial question was "why are you going to sue us, because some liar is on the facebook groups trying to sue us, if you're gonna sue us, we need to know" Go to all of the local jeep groups & you will find many people with horror stories of using this place. Never again. Don't let them touch your vehicle.

It’s not easy finding places to trust but they did a great job on my passenger side frame and back driver/passenger side. When I needed a new converter they did amazing job fixing it, let me bring my own parts. they help me with getting new tires. I’ll be bringing my 03 Chevy trailblazer and other vehicle here

Very knowledgeable, professional and listened to all my concerns. All services met or exceeded my expectations. Offered many suggestions that I had not considered previously. Ended up leaving the vehicle there for additional work I had intended to have done later in the spring. Prices were very reasonable. Work was exceptional.

Gregg and Dan are great! They have helped me diagnose an electrical no run issue, Fluid filmed the Jeep, and did a real fast transmission swap for me.

I’m 58 and have never experienced a more awful business transaction in my life. From setting a realistic timeline for project completion, quality of workmanship and a SIGNIFICANTLY higher bill than we initially agreed to. I will NEVER do business with this company again! I hired them for a “light restoration” of my Wrangler. Was told they would get to it soon after I dropped it off in Early December 0f 2021. I finally picked it up in November of 2022 and noticed many things wrong that should have been repaired for the amount I paid. BTW, my final bill was nearly $14,000. When the tub was Rhinolined, they simply sprayed it over wire lume, door latches, Velcro, brake and gas pedals and then missed spraying in the nooks and crannies. Zero prep work. The exterior paint job was almost as terrible. The hardware used for reassembly looked like a hodgepodge from their junk drawer and they also re-used the rusty old bolts from my Jeep. If I could them a zero star rating, I would. They earned it.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a company, was told work would be done in 1 month and it ended up getting done 10 months later with 75% of the work done that they said they would do. Ended up going $3000 over the quote. Whenever I asked when it would be done, I was always told a few more weeks and they always gave excuses of why it wasn’t done. Communication throughout the project was a big joke, never texted or called back when I asked them to and never any updates. Very unprofessional and went over my budget without telling me and threw away or scrapped parts from my jeep without telling me. Did not have one good experience here, Would never recommend this place to anyone.

A great shop, my jeep seems to be coming out really well, the best part is, is the vision I had of the outcome was greatly improved by the experience and knowledge of his crew. Not quite done yet. Sure looking forward to it

Outstanding service. I own several antique cars and I am always in the process of purchasing vehicles that need restoration. I have entrusted Neeley's with everyone of them. They are professional, reasonable and above all they are HONEST and they stand behind their work. Each project I have is over $5K and I have never been ask for a single penny deposit before the work was completed. The staff is great friendly. I highly recommend them. If you are doing a restoration project, whether it is a Jeep or any other vehicle, allow for plenty of time. These are not weekend projects like you see on TV.

Showed up to Neeley's after being a long-time sufferer of not having the A/C work on one half of my Jeep. I had a co-worker say great things about this place and recommended it. Dropped off my Jeep one week to get looked at and explained the half A/C situation which I knew what the root cause was (blend door actuator). They took it in and did a FULL diagnosis on it. Come to find out my Jeep has been slowly leaking oil. Nothing to major (also kind of new about this as well). They suggested and quoted me for the oil upgrade and parts, as well as a bad temp sensor. They threw in the A/C fix as well. When I dropped off my Jeep on the scheduled day they greeted me with a smile and go the Jeep mostly squared away on Day 1. Everything except the A/C... They worked with me to have the Jeep dropped off the very next day and they had the motor to the blend doors (on the driver side) replaced and had me on the road later that day. A well-rounded shop with some straight shooters. They will look at your vehicles woes and go the extra mile (like most shops), and get the job done right versus getting it done just to get it done. 10/10 would recommend this place for mechanic work! (2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 190,300)
