Picks and chooses whose vehicles he wants to work on… mostly taking advantage of the Hispanic community…. Told me my breaks would cost double because digital… all that meant was pushing a button in the vehicle to put into service mode… 10 seconds and that makes the job twice the price…

This guy armando stole 880 from a check light it pop up and suposibbly fix it but after 20 minutes from getting the car from his shop the engine light came on again and scanned it and told me I need it a o2 sensor I was okay let’s do it but don’t charge me labor and he said he couldn’t do that .was in shock cause I pay $880 for my car to be the same and then charge 200 after that this guy is a money stealer .i stopped going to him and now I go to a profesional auto mechanic that charges me good money and not a street guy learner like Armando
I had 2 tires put on my 2010 Tahoe August 4th 2023 so my son could take my 2 granddaughters on a camping trip the next day. 30 minutes into his trip the Tahoe was shaking so he had pulled over to see what was going on ? It was the 2 back tires AV towing put on , they didnt tighten up the luggnuts , they were all loose. So if you go there you might want to watch them do your tires because it is you life in their hands and they suck.
Have brought my car here multiple times. Armando and his crew do excellent work in great time, at fair prices! He stands by his work and I recommend this shop to anyone in the area that wants a reliable mechanic! I will continue to support this local business
Love these guys! Good prices on used tires ND I've bought upwards of 10 without a single bad tire yet. The lady who runs the office is cordial, cheery, and very receptive the moment you walk in the door.
We brought our Jeep for an alignment and the mechanic called us back a few hours later saying we it would be almost $500 for something else before (tie-rod pins) he can do alignment. Brought to another shop and then said there’s absolutely no issues with anything like that and did the alignment!
Be careful, and always get a second opinion!!
Got 4 tires mounted and an alignment. Cheapest and quickest in town. I called all over and kept getting a week out. Called here, had my tires mounted 30 minutes later. Got an alignment the next morning at 9am. I don't even know why I bothered calling anywhere else.
Sold me 1 tire, ended up going back 3 times, every used tire they gave me went flat within 1 day, all 3 tires USED full of nails, my family and family have went to u since u were opened at first, NEVER AGAIN....##They then went and tries turning it back on me.....never ever again! Got pics, scamm!!!! Every tire they gave me ........BEWARE!
This is one of very very few places I recommend for work done or new and used tires. Most places have tried to take advantage of me as a female and this place has always been more than fair and really been willing to help me out when I've been in a pinch with time and money.
This place was by far the lowest price for new tires in the city. Plus they quote you the out the door price instead of the price without additional fees. If they don't have the tire you need they can get it within a day or two usually. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants tires!
Went here to have my muffler secured to my frame. My car had been slightly leaking oil from the oil pressure regulator switch and I had purchased an OEM part directly from my dealership to replace it with. I inquired how difficult it would be for me, (myself) to do the swap out. The owner said oh no problem I’ll do it. It will take five minutes. You need a special tool. He swapped it out. I paid and started to drive out of the parking lot when all I noticed my car was smoking so I quickly turned around and brought it back. The owner proceeds to tell me that it had been dripping so long it was just a mess. They cleaned it up at no charge and I proceed to drive away again when I notice it’s smoking so I bring it back. And they say the part is defective. I go to AutoZone grab a new part and they put it on. This time they only clean up the area around the part. Tell me there’s no leak and as soon as I hit the gas oil is everywhere again. At this point, it’s been hours and after completely wrecking my car the owner says he doesn’t have time for this, sets 3 quarts of oil on the ground, locks up his shop and walks off. I do not recommend using this shop for any kind of service. They don’t even do an oil pressure check a vehicle before handing it off to a customer. Seems like they cut corners and apparently do not know much about keeping oil inside an engine.
I called to check on availability of a used tire for one of our vehicles, and I was told I would receive a call back after checking the trailer for this specific size. I never received a call back. I have used AV for other needs in the past, and have been satisfied with the services I have received, which is why I am still giving them 3 stars!
Great service and prices. I went to 3 other tire shops before and Noone had a used tire to fit my 19 inch wheels nor would put a new one on for me because it's an awd car. I get it but I needed a tire no matter what! AV came in clutch with a "used" tire that looks brand new and almost $100 cheaper than anywhere else!! Thank you, will definitely be back
I have been using AV Towing for many years. I have had cars towed, and repairs made to radiators, alternators, batteries, fuel pump, spark plugs, ball joints, wheel bearings, belts, exhaust system, heating unit and air conditioning.
I regularly have them fix my brakes, change the oil and of course new tires.
I recommend this business because it is family owned, local, and trustworthy people who have the best pricing in town.
I always come here to get my tires and wheels mounted and balanced. They do a great job and they’re very fast to get you in and out. Good prices too. Shout out to Armando!

I called to ask if they could fix a problem I was having and the Rude Guy that got on the phone was mad because I told him that I was a little knowledgeable about cars. So he asked if I could fix myself and I replied “if I could fix it then I wouldn’t have called you”. He told me well I don’t have time so go somewhere else. Just Rude and Unprofessional.
Bought 2 used tires from them and had them mounted and balanced and I put them in the back of my truck. Got home with them I could hear a leak coming from both tires (I’ve put zero miles on.)Both tires ended up having nail in both tires. I ended up plugging it myself and vow to never go back.
