I managed to get a flat tire on my way home from work and was able to call and get service in a reasonable time. The guy (didn’t get a name) who came to switch my tire to the spare was very polite and answered any questions I had. Very highly recommend this roadside assistance if needed near the Holland location.

Had my tires changed there a few days ago and I had great service by Jonah Vanderpol. Was in and out in a half hour, by far the best service I’ve had compared to any other tire shop!
Jonah was the one that came out for the service call. Very professional. And respectful. Seeing that we were having problems, he didn't add to the stress. That was very appreciated. If in the area again and I have any problems this will be the place that I call. And they were much faster than love's. Loves had a 4-hour wait. Jonah was here in 20 minutes had everything done within 45.
Bill was an amazing help when my car died this midnight. Saved me a headache and kept me from getting in trouble with the police. Nice guy. Would definitely recommend

Reliable Road Service serves their name on reliability. I had to get towed down to IN and they did a great job. If I'm ever stuck up in Michigan again they'll be the first place I'll call.
Van broke down on Sunday afternoon, ugh! Roadside contacted Reliable and was told they would be there within the hour. About half an hour later, they showed up. Just needed towed across the road less than 50 yards. Great service!
Our only company truck was down and needed to be towed to repair facility in Grand Rapids. Time was important as the sooner it could be at the repair facility, the sooner it would be back on the road making us money.
We called Reliable and they had a heavy-duty Wrecker at our facility within an hour and the truck delivered within two and a half hours.

While my sister and I were returning home to Wisconsin on 196 yesterday (12/27)., we hit a patch of ice and slid off the road. The tow truck driver eventually had to tow the car to a Honda dealer in Holland. He was so nice and reassuring and made sure we were in good hands before he left for his next call. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful for the wonderful service we received.
