The guy that had working behind the counter is very rude and don't even smile if he's not happy with his job he should quit or stay in the back he doesn't know how to greet people
Took forever, driver had a real bad attitude, only reason I gave him a "tip" was because he conveniently didnt have change for a 20. Change your attitude or change your profession, you obviously don't need to be dealing with people.
Had to get our car towed, initially was told 30 minute eta. After about an hour we tried calling back to both the companies main line and the phone number we were called from, couldn’t get anyone to answer on either of them. Eventually, received a call saying it was going to be longer because the driver didn’t receive the call, told another 30 minutes. Finally, after about 3 hours of waiting a driver showed up. He was a cool . not sure who in the line this falls on but not very impressed.
The guys were absolutely great ! They had to drag the vehicle about 10 feet onto concrete to bed it. The vehicle of course drug some dirt and grass from the yard. They did there best to repair the damage! Was a tight spot and they got it out! I highly recommend

One of the drivers saw my son watching him tow a car.. so he ( very safely ) let him get involved in it and help. My son was bragging about it for days. I appreciate seeing them include the kids and community in this kinda stuff ....They are kind, professional and proficient in their work as well. Keep up the great work guys.
Santiago, my tow driver was a great help, he was quick attentive and genial, man knew his stuff, made pleasant conversation and even helped me push my car once we reached my home, I'd rate 10/10 if I could. He also made sure to send me a proper invoice for insurance.
Excellent! Very satisfied, Aaron responded quickly with flat bed trailer to haul our beautiful 1960 corvette home. Hopefully we will never need this service again, but if we do Tim's towing will be our first choice.
Took awhile to get some one, but the dispatcher, John Reed, actually returned my call quickly.
Guy they sent was supposed to drag my truck out of the garage that was apart of my house that burned down. He had no idea what he was doing and only dragged it half way out before I left. Two days later I had to climb into a burned truck and drive it out the rest of the way. Joke and a half.
Santiago from Tim's Towing was so very nice and very respectful. And arrived quickly I definitely would recommend Tim's Towing if I can get Santiago everytime. Pricey yes but gas prices are high so it goes hand in hand I won't complain
Staff was awesome and very helpful and responsive. Recently needed them after an accident and they responded within 20 min. They patiently answered my questions and gave helpful suggestions on how to handle my situation. Highly recommend!
We had a wreck and Tims Towing came for the car. They were super nice to deal with and let us get our things out of the car. They gave us options on what to do now with the car and have been nothing but patient. I highly recommend this towing service.

I had already waited for three hours in snow emergency weather just to not be able to find a towing company that wouldn't make me wait three more hours until after 8:00.
But that's when I found Tim's Towing Inc. They were there WAY before the "after 8:00," availability. They were there 30 minutes earlier than predicted. He was very helpful and knew what he was doing.

My car wouldn’t start this morning because of a bad starter. Within 20 minutes of calling they showed up. The guys were super nice and tried their best to jump it first before towing so I do appreciate that. Thank you!
Was going to have Santiago from tims tow my truck because the shifter got stuck in reverse, but he was able to help me out and get the truck out of reverse so I didn't even need the tow anymore. Not to mention he did it all with a smile on his face. Nothing better than receiving positivity during a tough time. Santiago you are my favorite tow driver I've ever had the privelage to work with. Great experience overall, timely and professional! Driver was newer and it was his first time towing a motorcycle - another employee accompanied the tow to show him how to properly maneuver, load, and strap the bike safely. Will absolutely use Tims for any towing service again!

Super busy day, but they still got to me in 30 mins. Helped me try to remove my tire (not even the shop could get it off), and then prioritized helping me over their profit.
Suggested other options apart from getting a tow, and took no payment from me for their help. These guys care about their customers even more than their money.
I believe his name was Jarrod. I appreciate him not making me feel silly for locking my FOB in my Dodge. Super nice and super fast. I don't think I even waited 20 minutes for him to show up. It took longer for him to get out of his truck than it did for him to bust into my truck. I use bust because it sounds hilarious. Thank you Jarrod!!
I actually tried to go through insurance first to use this towing place, it was cheaper just to call Tim’s Towing. I was answered swiftly by a real dispatcher who asked just a few questions, sent someone out, and gave me a fast and accurate time of towing. Miles came with his professional tuck, mature and skilled handling, and put my car exactly where I wanted it. Tim’s is awesome, cost effective, and timely. Miles, the employee, was a gentleman and flawlessly executed the unloading. (If he isn’t union he deserves a raise) 10/10 if I have any issues I’ll be sure to call again.
Alex provided excellent services changing my flat tire this afternoon. This was my first time in need of tow service in the Holland area, and I wasn't sure which company to call. I'm so thankful that I chose Tim's Towing. They were very prompt. Alex worked hard to get the lug nuts off of my 12 yr old Audi. He had to try a few different tools and techniques, but he was successful and courteous managing the challenge. I was thrilled and went on my way with a smile. I highly recommend this company.
During the snowstorm Wednesday, I damaged my rear tire that I couldn't drive my car home. I called Tim's towing and had great service from start to finish. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and said the truck would be sent right out. Not long after the tow truck showed up and the driver was so helpful, did fast work, talked me through the whole process and towed my car to my home. I HIGHLY recommend using them in time of need!
I needed a tow from holland to Grand Rapids. I called Tim’s Towing. I want to start by saying how blown away I am with the service I received. I was able to schedule a time for a pick up. The driver Andrew was incredibly punctual. Upon speaking with him I was greeted with a smile and kindness that I was blown away by. We had small talk as he was getting ready to get my vehicle on the truck. Andrew is an exceptional employee and person. This towing experience was fantastic.
After my insurance company messed up and had to call another company after an hour and a half of waiting for another company that “never got the request” - they called Tim’s towing. They gave me an ETA of 45 minutes, and arrived in 15-20. Excellent and professional service, even snapped a picture of the vehicle at the drop off location, 10/10 recommend Tim’s towing. Quick and professional.
Fantastic service! Tahoe died and Tim's was there within 20 min. They were prepared to tow it in case it wasn't the battery. Thankfully, it was a completely dead battery and I was on my way to get a new one within 10 min. Thanks so much for great service!
