Dispatch lady told me wrong price so upon tow trucks arrival to my house the price was more….. she couldn’t hear me at all on the phone call the whole time cause her kids were screaming in the background, isn’t her first time doing this she should be exterminated. Not cool at all and honestly a little bit disrespectful. Tow truck driver was an awesome guy very sincere and apologized on her behalf!
My vehicle was town bout 4.5 over 800 dollars to get out of tow yard was there not even a week. They say family company of crook's. I asked officer who was towing my vehicle to use company located in allegan but he said he was from round there and they have reasonable prices. Im not sure but I’m thinking they got some kind of racket going the cops and this tow yard. It would have tripled the distance of tow and they told me it would have been bout 425 to get from them. Now I see why they are not accredited business I will be going and filling complaint with police department also on officer for not using tow company I asked for. If u want shafted use this company
Dispatch Zach was an amazing help. He found a creative solution that best served my needs. His communication was amazing. They had to change drivers for my pickup and they had no issues completing all steps of the original plan, all while keeping me updated. This is the second time I’ve had an amazing experience. The first time I had a driver make sure I was safe hoping in the truck on a busy highway and then waited 30min with me until my ride showed up to take me home from the carshop. These guys have good vibes and naturally go above and beyond. Car issues are the worst and these guys take pride in making sure ur safe at a crazy low rate.
Zach was amazing helping us out after my teenager experienced his first slide off into a deep ditch. Got us out, changed a tire, gave us a jump all with a good sense of humor during a stressful situation.
Our trip home was stopped by a blown rad hose on the interstate. This team responded immediately to get us (truck/boat trailer). Off the road as safely and quickly as possible. 100% recommendation

My son was forced off the road to avoid a wreck less driver during a blizzard. The Jeep went down deep embankment and stuck in 3 to 4ft of snow with -31 windchill.
LKM tried to get him out with a standard tow but it was too buried. Their heavy duty trucks were all busy getting larger trucks and semi's out of the ditches. I spoke with Dave who is the dispatcher and asked if he could get my son and take him to the tow company because thete was no one locally that could pick him up from the frigid cold.
We live two states away and could not get there in time. Dave personally drove in that bad weather and got my son out of the car and drove my son to his college room location. We went far above & Beyond.
When the large tow trucks were available Dave got the Jeep pulled and delivered it to the location that I requested. In actuality they are a 10 star company because they have a family oriented philosophy. People first over policy. Thankyou Dave and LKM team.
Fantastic service! My truck died at work and I tried everything to get it going. I called at 4 am in the morning and setup a tow to my dealership but the gentleman who came got my truck started so I could drive myself to have it serviced. Saving me some money and time. Very friendly and personable. Hunter came out to tow our completely dead electric vehicle. Extremely professional took the time to figure out how to manually open up the hood and get the car a charge with a remote charger so that he could drive it up onto the flatbed rather than drag it. Couldn’t I’ve had a better experience.
Today I locked myself out of my car .I learned right away that it was going to be hard to find someone to come out that late in the evening on a Friday . After calling nearly a dozen other local numbers in a parking lot (with my 4 very upset little ones) they answered right away , were very friendly and sent a very kind gentleman out within 20 minutes ! Everything about this service was perfect and I am beyond grateful! As much as I hope to never need this service again , I know if I need it I’m calling them ! Thank you guys so much ! So I ran out of gas today. My insurance company couldn’t get me someone to come give me gas. So they called this place. LKM towing. Amazing they towed me to the gas station for free. When I was told I would have to pay $100 I didn’t have the money so he did it anyway.. this place is the best company I have delt with.
Hunter was the sweetest man. He was so professional and after he towed us we found out geico screwed him over and he still was just so kind after apparently not getting paid. Geico told me call police on him if he tried take my truck back. He did not do that and was still just a kind young man. I highly recommend this company. We called Ray's first and they were so rude and didn't care one bit. Lkm is way to go in Saugatuck. Thank you so much Hunter.

Excellent service! Friendly staff! After an extremely bad accident, they gave insightful tips and helped with the final transition of our demolished vehicle. It was hard letting Charlie go, but it was his time to be laid to rest in the vehicle boneyard. He gave us several dedicated years of reliable service. Called them at noon. Told me 10mins to pick up my vehicle. Waited til 4:00pm on my birthday just to be told they won’t take my insurance and to just give them my credit card over the phone. Hung up and called a different towing shop and they were actually here in 10mins.
They were incredibly skilled at pulling my car out of a tough spot. At first it didn’t look terribly stuck off the side of a steep drive but it was not coming out. Keenan strategized and took great care to maneuver it loose… Awesome service!

Charged my kid $150 for a tow. Pulled him out off the side of the highway and there was no tow. Changed the price on the bill from $50 to $150. The mileage was seperate but $150 for 10-15 minutes. 13 miles charged and no end time recorded on the bill. Keanan was the name. $174.05 total…wow
I was very happy with the service. I got a blow out on the highway and called LKM for help. Keanan was very prompt and although it gave him some trouble he was able to get the spare on I was on my way. Keanan was a great young man and very professional. I recommend them to anyone that needs any roadside service.
My boyfriend and I locked our keys in our semi at Love's tonight and spent hours trying to get back in. The Love's mechanic kindly called LKM towing and recovery to help us out. The job was a pain, and LKM's guy was super friendly and professional. He was able to get to us and get the tricky door open really fast. We're immensely thankful for the help- prevented us from spending the night in the truckers' lounge with our dog stuck in the truck.
