We were stuck in the middle of nowhere, and called these guys. Now initially the driver got the wrong location, but I was just glad to see the truck! The cost was a little daunting, but we were at the mercy of convenience.
Dave, Darren & Cloie saved my rainy stranded day. A blown tire in the rain and Dave had me assisted, to his shop and on my way home in under 3 hours. Top rate experience. Highly recommended
Very helpful people. I needed a specific tool for my snowmobile shocks. They spent a half hour looking and found it. They didn't want to charge me. Very strong service for the customer. Glad I met them!
Truck broke down in the Porcupines, Darin came and got me while Claudia set everything up behind the scenes. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable having my truck worked on out of state. I would recommend 906 Auto to my closest family and friends. If I could give more than 5⭐️’s I would! 906 is an honest shop with honest employees. They have helped me last minute with flat tires and tire repair. They have helped with towing, oil changes, maintenance, brakes, rotors, and more! We have recently purchased some firearms from the sporting goods side and ammo. All around such a great shop and great people!
Wife, 4 kids, and 2 dogs pulling a travel trailer with SOS for cell service and the truck transmission goes belly up leaving you stranded on the side of the road. What would you do? After a couple mile hike we were picked up by a local who dropped us at 906 Services. Chloe, Dave and their team were amazing! They were able to pick up our entire rig and the rest of the family in one trip. In no time, they had the truck at a transmission shop, helped us find lodging for the night and a rental car. (No small feat considering the size of our family on a late Friday afternoon). They turned this awful event into “no big deal” with their helpful, understanding, and kind actions on our behalf. Truly appreciate them. So, if you find yourself in need of towing, lockout, emergency roadside service in the Ontanagon area you would be in good hands to call them. They also have a great shop for light truck/ auto/small engine/snowmobile/ATV/UTV service and repair as well as Husqvarna saws and equipment for sale. Their new sporting goods section was a great distraction for my son who found it to be well stocked with a good selection.
On a birthday trip in the Porcupine Mountains with 2 dogs. Wife, and our 2 sons. Blew the lugs right off my tire. On a Friday at 520pm. They have the truck. They found a rental for us. Man they are life savers. Many many thanks. Couldn't send enough business their way.

And nobody has work shirts on ? So you really dont know whos an employee They dont have prices stickered on what they're selling at all so you literally have to go in and find some person to have them go find a ""spiral notebook" with the prices on things and ask???
I think thats shady.(I believe that is done so they can judge the guy/ woman whos buying) so they can get more from rich people.
So If your gonna buy something in there dont roll in in your Mercedes cuz then your paying top dollar they'll screw you over
It's an ok buisness but I feel that Its just as shady as Norm Pestka construction since all these folks see and know eachother and have done buisness so beware.
With covid and recession and limited tourism up here Im suprised to not see more care for customers and or PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS becuase in order to run a buisness the customers want to feel comfortable in returning. Not uneasy
I purchased a new Husqvarna riding lawn mower. The sales , service, and delivery were all outstanding. Great people with fair prices here. I give 5 stars all the way.
Had some engine bog trouble with my brand new sled and Scott from Scott’s superior Inn highly recommended this place. Spoke with the owner Matt and since my Polaris was brand new he didn’t have the proper diagnostic tool for it yet and sent me to another shop down the road. He could have easily taken my sled into the shop and taken my money but he was honest with me. In my personal experience this is extremely rare with shops. The locals in Ontonogan spoke highly of him and his shop and I was moved by his honesty. If I have any issues with any of my sleds during next years trip I’m going straight to his shop and I recommend you do too.
Our ATV tracks were completely out of alignment. They were great getting out machine in and fixed and went the extra mile to get it back to us before the weekend. Highly recommend.
What a great service! My husband and I were all packed up to head home from the cabin only to find our truck battery completely dead. I called 906 and they were there within 10 minutes so we could be on our way. Great people!
I had the battery cable broke off the starter. I started it with the clutch rope stopped by 906 service and they took the starter apart and put in a new ear to hook the cable to. All while I had lunch. Very impressed.
Went north for a weekend of snowmobiling. First night, the snowmobile died. Called when they opened and they got us in and had us back on the trail before the end of the day. Reasonably priced as well. We had water in our fuel line so it wasn't the smallest task.
We were on vacation and our battery/alternator suddenly died. No warning, nothing. We were stranded on the side of the road, looked up wreckers and they were the first place that showed up. They got to us quickly, we didn't wait long. When we got to the shop, they figured out what was wrong with the car quickly and figured out a way to get everything fixed and replaced the same day in as little as 3 hours. They were so great and we are so thankful we called them. Great service. Great customer service. Very friendly. Knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
I came in before closing when my sled had no brake light they fixed in 10 minutes and got me back on the trail awesome people and great service highly recommended
The work was good, but I do felt mislead due to them seeing me as a money sign with a thousand dollar budget . I was never given a physical quote, of charges broken down just on verbally that could be made up. My emblem on my car the paint is completely gone. I told then I was paying with a card before I got work done, was never told me their would be an 3.95% fee which was an extra 30 dollars I could have used for gas since these people used A lot of my gas up claiming they were doing all these test drives.
I purchased new tires for our daughter's vehicle. I received 3 quotes, chose the tires we wanted and not even a week later they were putting them on. They have great customer service! We will be ordering tires for our truck soon!
Came in to check battery that died while camping, they could have told me it needed replacing. Instead they told me it held full charge, only paid a minimal service fee. Honest and friendly!
The guys at 906 Services Inc. in Ontonagon, MI is the place to go! They clearly know what they are doing, and do their job in a very professional manner. Had a tire repair done at Napa next door, and they didn’t do it right. As soon as the guy at 906 looked at my tire, he could tell it was done poorly and as I watched, he did it the way it should have been done in the first place. Thanks again, 906! This Wisconsinite appreciates the excellent work.
