My brother needed a running board welded on his truck. Rodney took a look at it, took it off, and was able to weld the broken part and put it back on.
The service was excellent. We're very grateful to pay what they asked. My brother didn't have to buy a new set of running boards!

The guys at the shop were amazing! I was having an issue with a temp sensor that was causing hard shifting in my 2012 Hyundai Elantra that all the other shops were telling me they couldn't work on it and it had to be done at a dealership (which I do not want work done at).
So I called up Rodney at Outback and he was able to squeeze me in to their busy schedule and dig in to get me back up and running! Haven't had that issue since.
This is why I love working with the small, locally owned shops! Great work and honest people!

They did terrific work on Sybil my Subaru. Was thankfully referred by M37 Auto because they don't do transmission work of this sort.

They do a really good job to fix your car and care about answering your questions. They make you feel as if they care about what ever your issue is that you are having with your vehicles. You don't have that feeling ... Like you're being rushed out or they're talking terms that go over your head. They have patience to explain anything that you as a consumer needs to know about and you'll feel satisfied with their service.
I ran over a c clamp as I was on my way to work which put a big hole in my tire. My tire went flat as I pulled into the driveway of outback. They repaired my tire very quickly and I wasn't even late for work! Very fast, efficient and affordable!
Rodney and his employees are #1. I have tried several mechanics from grand haven to Pentwater finally found a home for my cars Outback. Jumped through hoops to help me out completed the work another repair shop struggled with.

I have and would travel 90 miles one way to have them work on my 1991 Corolla. If they had a downside it would be they are very very busy but I would think that is a testament to how good they are. I highly recommended them for all you auto repair needs and they have GREAT pricing on new tires. Both times I was there buying a set of tires they had in, out, and back on the road in no time flat.
