one of the worst towings ever worked with. ashley was so rude, lier, cheating and threatening my driver. Giving estimate $900-1200 estimate and charging $2500 is crazy for just a winch out. Saw the pictures before coming and gave the estimate but was trying to cheat us. And they were telling it is their propery, how state road may be owned privately. Never recommend to anyone. was swearing at me and said that was the driver, however everything was clear on the phone. How just winch out from snow 2 trucks were needed. they pulled with just 1 truck and 10 feet and that's all for $2500, nobody would be happy with what they did. They don't even deserve 1 star. I hope somebody will cheat them too. Unfair and very very bad quality service, Never work with them
I can’t say enough good things about this tow truck company. They helped me in a situation where I was really stressed and stuck, and the customer service I received was honestly one of the best experiences of my life.
Ash who assisted me over the phone was absolutely incredible. I spent about 20 minutes talking with her, and she went above and beyond to make sure help was on the way. She personally confirmed that a tow truck was coming, called everyone she possibly could, and didn’t stop until she was 100% sure I was taken care of.
She was patient, kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me — something you don’t see often anymore. This company is extremely lucky to have someone like her. Because of her, what could have been a nightmare turned into a huge relief.

I wish I knew the gentleman’s name who helped me yesterday. Flat tire side of I96 during a busy time. I was prepping a AAA visit on my phone & he pulled up behind me, kindly knocked on my window. A separate caller had cancelled their tow & he saw my flashers on. Honestly said they don’t work with AAA but we could submit for reimbursement. Super nice, admitted this was only his second Tesla tow (my first so I forgot to put it into tow mode). Car honked a lot on the way to the tire place. I apologized & he said “no problem we’re learning together!” No charge for mileage because the Discount Tire was so close. As flat tire experiences go, this was “highly recommend!”
Great customer service throughout the whole process! Shaun was a great communicator from pick up to delivery. Very fair priced tow company compared to the other 3 local businesses I quoted for a long distance service. Very quick, professional, and reliable.

Awesome personnel. From Ash who arranged our tow, who calmed my nerves on getting my Jeep out of the garage with the brakes locked, to Ahmed our tow truck driver, who amazed my husband when he got the Jeep into neutral in seconds. Very nice people and if we ever need another tow, we will definitely be calling Magnum.

Shaun couldn't have been nicer. When he got to the car he was able to quickly adapt to the situation and get me back on the road. I was hung up on a snow bank and a rock.

You saved me!!! I waited on state farm road side assist for 2-5 hours called AAA reluctantly they claimed they would be 15 minutes nothing be lies. Feed up after waiting darn near 3 hour between the two, I called Magnum towing Shaun showed up in 3-5 minutes flat I was still on with the dispatcher. Thank you Magnum!!!
I had a flat tire and was stranded in the middle of the road. Ash was resourceful in pinpointing my location and sending the tow truck to the right spot. Shaun arrived within 20 minutes, loaded my SUV, and moved it to a parking lot across the street so he could work on the vehicle safely. Then he helped change the flat tire and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive.

From the moment I called to the moment, I had my car towed. It was an excellent experience. The receptionist was so Friendly Courteous and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long at all for the tow truck to arrive. He called called when he Arrived. He asked me if I needed to ride with him to where the car was going and I said no and he said well you’re all set then, but I stayed to watch him, hook up my car Assured me that it’s perfectly fine that I watch I didn’t feel uncomfortable about it. He said that if it he would do the same thing if it was His own car because he treats other peoples cars as if they were his own and those were not just words. He was being very careful did an excellent job. I’ve had a bad experience with other tow truck companies, but this was the best experience I’ve had. He was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tow.

Magnum towing (in particular Admed) helped my daughter out when her tire shredded on the expressway. Admed let her use their cell phone to call me and got her home safely. They were very good in making sure she was safe!

Ash’s communication was excellent. She knew exactly what was needed to tow a low profile sports car and got me a tow truck within 20 minutes of my call. She kept me updated throughout the whole process. Tyler was the tow truck driver who did an amazing job taking great care of my Lotus and safely delivered it to its destination. He obviously has a lot of experience towing low profile sports cars and does it with a smile.

I had classic car in a pole barn, where there was no paved or gravel approach, and needed it removed from the barn and transferred to a location where I could work on it. Zaid came out and expertly maneuvered a very difficult spot, got the car out, and delivered it exactly where I needed. Very friendly, great price, and expert work. Highly recommended!
