Magnum towing (in particular Admed) helped my daughter out when her tire shredded on the expressway. Admed let her use their cell phone to call me and got her home safely. They were very good in making sure she was safe!

Ash’s communication was excellent. She knew exactly what was needed to tow a low profile sports car and got me a tow truck within 20 minutes of my call. She kept me updated throughout the whole process. Tyler was the tow truck driver who did an amazing job taking great care of my Lotus and safely delivered it to its destination. He obviously has a lot of experience towing low profile sports cars and does it with a smile.
Everyone was so friendly, understanding and considerate. They went above and beyond to make this towing experience a great one. I would highly recommend them for future tows, and I’ll be saving their number in my phone!

I am deeply disappointed with the professional person handling my dispatch due to my disability as a veteran. When I called, I was informed that they don’t get paid to find me, and the driver is getting upset because he can’t find me. I tried calling the driver, but there was no answer. I then called customer service, but he told me I had an attitude and that he had told his driver to move on. As a result, I will be late for a VA appointment, and I can’t stand for a certain amount of time. I kindly request that you provide the best service possible to resolve this issue.

Highly recommend! Their team provided fast, friendly service in a pinch. I called Magnum towing when my battery died and I was stranded. The dispatcher, Ash, went above and beyond to intercept one of her nearby drivers and sent them my way immediately. Magnum towing and Diesel specialist are a gift from God. I went through hell to find a diesel pro workshop for my Ford transit with lots of crazy unrealistic diagnostic from other shop, they just told me to go and they will call me. With series of problems that other mechanics were guessing on and gave me false diagnosis. they were able to nail it like in the spot. I am very happy with the pricing and I was happy for the professional services they rendered to me. It’s a must go to shop for towing , mechanical and diesel services. Ash was amazing. She was extremely nice, knew where every tow truck in her fleet was, and replied within 2 rings to every call I made to the company. I had to keep calling back because someone was at my location trying to help fix the vehicle with no success. She was calling me by name when she answered. Employees like her are what makes all companies great. This company got a truck to me in 20 minutes, delivered it to my mechanic, and I had new starter installed within an hour. I got my car back for the weekend thanks to her. The shop would have closed if the tow wasn't so fast and I wouldn't have any way to get around all wekend.

My BMW would not start due to a programming issue. Charlie and Ahmed used a dealer level diagnostic tool to resolve the issue and start my car. Instead of towing it, they then said it would be more cost effective for me to just drive it to the dealership. They were very knowledgeable about typical BMW malfunctions.

Magnum came out immediately and handled my flat tire. They even showed me what caused the flat so that I knew whether or not to replace the tire. Everyone at Magnum was helpful and easy to work with. I had classic car in a pole barn, where there was no paved or gravel approach, and needed it removed from the barn and transferred to a location where I could work on it. Zaid came out and expertly maneuvered a very difficult spot, got the car out, and delivered it exactly where I needed. Very friendly, great price, and expert work. Highly recommended!

Called Magnum to flatbed my 1977 Pro Street Corvette, they came in 15min.
