I've had a few tows in my life, and Eli's is right there at the TOP! Shortly after I put in a call for help, I was contacted by Leo, a driver at Eli's. "I'll be there in fifteen mniutes" he said and next thing I knew a brand-new huge Ford flatbed was out front. My car is a vintage Land Rover, and I'm a vintage senior age 75 living alone in a crisis. Not to worry, Leo said, and he took great pains to ease my concerns and get my 'baby' up on his vehicle. I rode in the cab w/him to Milfrod Motors, and found out alot about the company and how things were going in their business. Next thing I know we're there, my car has been gently rolled off, and Leo was gone. Now I understand why they have a perfect 5-STAR rating!! Many thank to Eli's Towing and to Leo for your professionalism, your expertise, and your genuine concern for your cusomer as well as the vehicle. I recommend Eli's Towing to everyoe w/o reservation. Ali kept me well-informed in a friendly, professional manner. We upped the challenge for him by not being on site, but he worked with the gas station attendant we left keys with for a seamless pickup and drop off at our service destination without us being anywhere nearby - very helpful!
After the first driver was not 100% certain on how to replace or repair the tire the company resent a tire repair crew to assist me and avoid having to get my tire replaced. Thank you for your commitment to customer service. JD was awesome

Joe was great! Came and grabbed my truck, took it to the shop and then drove me home. Was quick and easy! Definitely recommend! I’ll be calling him again if I ever need a tow.
After contacting AAA, tow truck driver arrived quickly. He also called me saying he was on his way. Once he arrived he was concerned with my well being first before he did any work or assessment of the damage. He took care of everything. He towed my vehicle 30 miles to the dealership where I usually have it serviced at. Once at the dealership he also helped me there too with paperwork. God bless him. I know he told me his name, but I'm sorry I can't remember it. I'm grateful for his help and service. It's deeply appreciated.
AAA called Eli’s Towing and they sent Loay. He was polite, friendly, fast and kind. He arrived quickly, helped me climb up into his truck and then loaded my car and away we went. What could have been an ordeal turned out to be pleasant because Loay is a wonderful person and great at his job. I am so thankful and very impressed. THANK YOU, LOAY!!!
Loay was hands down the best Town truck drive I have had an experience with ! We are beyond satisfied! His communication was top notch as well as his customer service! He went above and beyond to make a hectic situation the best it could be given the circumstances! I am very happy with how helpful Haroon was today. He loaded up my truck and drove it 45 minutes and perfectly dropped it off in my garage! He arrived within 15 minutes of calling for a tow which I can say is record breaking time! Super fast and professional. Thank you Haroon for your help today :) A+++
This was my second experience with Eli’s towing in the same week(bad car luck) but both trips were absolutely great my first tow was with Haroon. And today I had Ali. Both were professional and quick. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

We had a great experience with Haroon today. We needed our car taken to a shop He arrived earlier than expected and we were not home yet, but he was still able to pick it up and take it to our preferred destination, which was great! He was very communicative and trustworthy.
Loay from Eli’s towing was by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and efficient rescue worker I have encountered in 30 years.
My car was ditched on my own complex driveway on a major snow day, and Loay was there in 20 minutes. The equipment was state of the art. His expertise was outstanding. He knew the terrain, ice vs snow, and tow dynamics.
He walked me up my ⅛ of a mile driveway after wenching my car. I’m a nurse and I had slippery clogs on. Not only could my car not make it up my drive, neither could I!

Super fast response time, and the driver Haroon was incredibly understanding and patient as I had very little information for him to work with. Car was successfully towed and dropped off with care! Would definitely recommend for others who find themselves in a pinch and need a tow!
Haroon was timely, knowledgeable, and compassionate as I was shaken up. I am very thankful to have had help with dropping my car at the body shop. I also had no one to give me a ride home and he drove me the extra bit to my house!
I had Joe for a driver and let me tell you this man has this skills to pay the bills for sure. He picked up my 6200lbs dead bobcat from behind 10-15ft of concrete chunks about 30 or so feet into a backyard. He then snuck the truck up my super tight driveway to drop it off in my driveway so my code enforcement lady doesnt loose her mind lmao. Dude was great to work with and definitely knows what hes doing with that truck. Yall will definitely be the first tow company I call next time I super appreciate the service.
Joe came to my home to tow my vehicle in good time. He was very helpful, quick service and towed my vehicle safely to my dealership. Transaction easy with phone receipt. Also took a picture of my vehicle once it reached the destination. Highly recommend!
I had a flat tire and called AAA service. Someone called right away n came within minutes. The technicians named was Hooran that helped me. He was very polite and got to work right away. He was done, gave me some advice and said thank you. It couldn't have gone any smoother. Great experience.
Haroon is an Excellent tow truck driver. Very kind and considerate. I like that he sent a pictures of the truck after it was dropped off and the keys in the Box. We've had bad experiences with other companies in the past and the pictures he sent were reassuring.

I had to get my car towed and called Eli‘s based off of reviews. This is the quickest I have ever had a Tow Truck show up. They were here within 20 minutes of the phone call. Haroon was awesome and dropped my car off promptly. I would not hesitate to use them as our go-to Tow Truck company going forward. Highly recommend.
My X5. Wouldn’t start and I called Liberty Mutual and they sent out Eli towing in Wixom. X5’s can’t go into gear and be pushed but Joe knew what to do and had it on the trailer and at the shop quickly and sent me a picture. If you are in need of a tow Eli needs to be your first choice and Joe is the best. He communicated from start to finish including pictures. I will use them to tow my classic car as well! Thanks Joe
