I absolutely can’t thank these guys enough for their courteous staff and help , I unfortunately slipped into a ditch tonight and a Milford police officer checked on me and got in touch with lakeside , from the get go it was a great experience from their fair pricing and they kept me updated on the driver , I’m beyond blessed and will only call those guys when I need help . My wife called Farm Bureau Insurance, who connected us with Lakeside Towing. Their representative lied, claiming it’s “standard practice” not to change flat tires on a Ford Expedition because it’s “too complicated,” pushing for a tow instead. This felt like a tactic to inflate the bill. We called Farm Bureau back, and Waterford Towing, shocked by Lakeside’s response, promptly fixed our tire. I highly recommend Waterford Towing for their excellent service. Avoid Lakeside.
Had a vehicle crash and they responded. They were so polite and accommodating for me. What was a very hard situation to deal with, they made much easier. The office person allowed me to access my vehicle to retrieve my belongings I needed for work. If I ever need a tow service again it would be this company. A+++

I have called Lakeside Towing twice in the last few months and both times they did a great job. They estimated time of arrival in 30 minutes, but arrived in half of that and both times were in bad weather - no complaints from the drivers. I highly recommend them!
My son came to visit from Indy for the weekend. His car broke down about a mile from home. I called and the dispatch was very friendly and helpful. The tow truck driver arrived and was very friendly and helpful. He even found out what the problem was and told my son how to fix it. My son is going into diesel mechanics and he had changed out his caliper and didn't have the bolt tight enough. It came loose and locked up his breaks. Highly recommend Lakeside Towing.
The guy who picked us up was super professional and knew exactly what he was doing. The car was positioned sideways on the road and he was able to get it onto his truck. After 2.5 hours of AAA not showing up we called these guys and they were there in 10 minutes.

My go to for Tows. Best experience. Broke down on busy Sunday Afternoon and They told me it could take 45mins. I said no problem and a Driver named Tom was their in 20mins, he was very efficient and knowledgeable about cars and gave solid advice on what to do next. I will always call lakeside 1st from now on. I woke up to a dead car yesterday morning. My dashboard said it was my push start that needed to be replaced. I called my car mechanic and recommended me lakeside towing. They got to my car about an hour or so after calling them, he ended up doing some testing on my vehicle and found out it was a very dirty terminal and a dead battery. Very thankful they went above and beyond and saved me alot of money and time. I got a new battery and my terminal all clean; my cat runs smooth now. Highly recommend! Saved the number in my phone for the future:)
I was waiting for AAA after an accident and they have a contract with the White Lake police, so they loaded my car up without even giving me an option or an estimate. They charged me an insane amount to tow my car less than 3 miles to their yard. I spoke with them on the phone the next day and they agreed to let me sign over the title as payment and specifically said it would be good the next day. The next day comes and suddenly they want an extra $200 despite what was said the day before. And then they claim they are giving me a good price because they jack the prices up for people with full coverage. An absolute nightmare.
Arrived super fast. Great to deal with and the driver was absolutely phenomenal. We had 5 people on our car and his big truck held all of us! Great personality he def lightened the mood :) 10/10 absolutely recommend.
Called Lakeside after waiting 8 hours for a tow from AAA that never came. Said theyd be there in half an hour, and actually got there 5 minutes early! Definitely want to commend Ben for coming out and getting my truck. Such a good dude and was clearly very experienced and good at what he does. Impressive to say the least. Very appreciative of his time. He was very helpful, and solidified future business and recommendations from here on out. I will definitely go this route for now on.
Lakeside Towing has been so great since they towed my truck after I got into an accident last week. They showed up very quickly to get the vehicles off the road. Mark was especially helpful today! He went above and beyond to help me uninstall a piece of equipment on my truck that my husband wanted to keep. I highly recommend this company. They came to my location in less time than they estimated. Chris was a joy to work with... cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable, & efficient. Tire was swapped out for my spare in record time, lug nuts were secured properly, and I was on my way. We always try to use Lakeside any time we need roadside help - their guys are good, quick, and friendly! Prices are fair too!!
I wish I could give this company more then 6 stars!!! In the past I have not had great luck with towing companies. As soon as Lakeside received my request they were at my home right away (less then 15 minute wait) Ben (tow truck driver) was very professional and friendly. Majority of the time we get the drivers that make it obvious they are annoyed you called for help. Lakeside is above the rest by far. I needed service from Lakeside at midnight they didn’t make me wait no time at all. Driver Ben showed up in a great mood and ready to help. Lakeside made me feel comfortable as a women calling them for help and I didn’t feel criticized or judged by them. I’ve been treated very unprofessionally and talked down to before from other companies for no reason other then being a women. The Farmer family in White Lake will never use another towing company besides Lakeside. Thanks again for getting us in our car so prompty so our Monday morning won’t be as bad 😃
Great company! These guys went above and beyond for my wife after she was in an accident. Not only did they respond to the call in a Very Short amount of time; but they went out of their way to make the situation better! Tommy, the driver, drove my wife to our house, helped her unload the groceries that were in the vehicle, and waited to confirm which repair shop we wanted to take our car. We will definitely use them again and/or recommend them to anyone!
Great service! Lakeside was very responsive, courteous, and genius in getting my Corvette out of a sticky situation. Brad, especially took great care of my car and even called to tell me it was safe at Paul's Auto, who I also highly recommend. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
I would highly recommend Lakeside Towing! They arrived to my son’s car within 20 minutes and Eric was very courteous, friendly and helpful. He did a great job delivering the car without a scratch and took a lot of care getting my son’s car, with a busted wheel, off the bed of the tow truck. Very reasonably priced and we will definitely give them a call when the time is needed. Thank you Eric for your time and patience!!!
