I just want to take time to say please go use this business the tow guy Randy was a life saver I was having a rough time and he and his boss look out for me like no other would... thank you so much you was a life saver.
If I could rate this company a zero I would I broke down in the middle of telegraph and they made me pay $100 to move the car 5 feet off the road I didn’t even call them but they told me if I didn’t pay them $100. They were going to impound my car absolute highway robbery do not recommend
Update: still $100 dollars To move a car off the road 15 feet is highway robbery and using the sheriffs department to justify it is dirty. Somebody should look into that and threatening to impound the vehicle If I couldn’t pay it Is blackmail plain and simple
I couldn’t thank Larry enough today for helping me move my 55’ Chevy 3100. He was so respectful of my classic truck and truly went out of his way to make sure every aspect was correct.
Great service today. I got my bus towed and needed it in a very tight spot. The driver name was Tyler. He did such a great job. The guy that was with him was also great(forgot his name) definitely recommend.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Adlers Trailer and Towing for the delivery of our new garden shed to the Hess Hathaway Park & Rec Community Garden. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and incredibly efficient.
A huge shoutout to John and Jim for their amazing help—they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly in place. It’s always inspiring to see a local small business supporting a local community. The transition was seamless, and we’re so excited to have this new shed as part of our garden space.

my car was STOLEN out of lake orion and then dropped off in pontiac by the dude who stole who, police authorized a tow without my knowledge and had left it in their impound lot for 4 days. They charged me 500 dollars to retrieve my STOLEN car, and wouldn’t allow me to drive my property out of their lot.
These guys are awesome, especially Frank who helped me today after I blew out a tire on my Tesla. I was extremely nervous about towing my Tesla as there are a lot of intricate parts that I was worried about, but Frank completely made those worries go away with how calm and collected and knowledgeable he was about how to handle my car. Could not recommend them more

At one point they were a good business. They picked up my car without any issues.
Now, they refuse to ever come out. Always saying "they are busy. no trucks today". I mean, WTF? It's your job to tow, but you refuse to help anyone. Do you think I'm lying? Try calling them and tell them you need help. See what they say. I've called on two diffferent times and no luck. I don't call them anymore. I give other companies my money.

Straight up trash! Lucky they received one star. Dispatcher is a real peice of work. Lost out on money and plenty of future work.
Can't belive the mouth on the Dispatcher I spoke with. Customer service is non-existent.after explaining where I was, in several different ways, the smart remarks and comments kept coming! I Hung up because a person can only take so much disrespect. Called Clarkston towing, and from call to show up was less than 15 minutes. Sad society we live in nowadays
“Unfortunately, my friend locked his keys in his car when he came to visit, and we weren’t able to get in to retrieve them. Adlers was able to dispatch a driver promptly, and Andrew unlocked his car quickly and professionally. He had all the necessary tools to get in without damaging the door or window.” We were happy the price was so reasonable given the speed of service.

UPDATE:
The tow yard finally returned our car after 5 days and hundreds of dollars. We are the victims of a hit and run, and this process is actually worse than the accident itself.
The man who picked up our car after the hit and run (The police called Adler’s towing) offered to take our car to the tow yard for $275 and then move it to wherever we wanted the next day for about $6. He said all we would have to do is call and direct the car to its next location: no need to be in person, as we would be out of town for months.
When we called the next day, the woman on the phone let us know in no uncertain terms that we wouldn’t be getting our car back unless we were there in person with around $600 in cash. Until then, we would accrue a daily charge. Additionally, the tow to our place would cost us again.
She then kindly offered to take the title of our car and wipe the charges (how sweet!) The car is not totaled by the way. Just damaged.
The business obviously wants to force us into turning over the title to them in whatever manner possible.
After a lengthy process and notarized letter, our car has been returned.

I see that you have offered to contact us over the phone; however, you are well aware that we have been on the phone with you for hours over the past week as you have attempted to scam us at every turn. Your employees are some of the rudest people so have ever encountered, but again, i’m sure you already know that.

Can’t express enough how awesome Adlers Towing is. With the amount of times I needed them they never disappoint. Their tow pick up’s are super quick. Everyone that I have interacted with is always smiling and answers all of my questions. They are insanely kind and simply an amazing company all around. I share their info to anyone and everyone I know. I will always use Adlers!!
Update! November 11, 2023. Adler is my go to company ! My 2021 RAM died on me today. I called Adler and explained I needed a flat bed tow for my truck. They were on-site in 29 minutes and took it over to Belle Tire quickly enough for them to repair and get me my truck back today ! I can't recommend Adler enough ! These guys are unsung heroes ! Adler did another great job for me ! My insurance company failed to get me a tow after 3 hours while it was below freezing and snowing. I called Adler and they were there to help me ASAP. Matt was friendly, professional and knew what he was doing and made my horrible day a lot better. I highly recommend calling Adler / Matt foe all your towing needs ! Called, broke down side of the road.. guy who answered the phone… sloshed absolutely hammered… needed a tow 3 MILES away from there garage.. tells me “sorry can’t do it” “I’ve only got one guy posted up out in Pontiac and I’m not pulling him”
a simple “I’m short handed and backed up might be a few hours” would have been a 10 times better way to approach someone calling and offering you money…
Shame because adlers has helped me out many many times over the years as I also know a few of their drivers personally… I refer people to them EVERY chance I get. Drivers have always been fair and kind and professional but this dispatch guy was a crock.
Not to mention the guy who answered the phone slurred his words like a 21 year old who can’t hold their liquor.
Highly skilled and professional, we call Adlers because they know how to tow any vehicle. I’d trust them with any towable asset, their crew knows their stuff and are always happy to help. Randy was an expert and helped us through a rough patch, we’ll always use Adlers.
I had a very unfortunate experience with this company I’ve only known for a week about my car being impounded and this company is telling me it is going to cost 800$ to get my car back more than half of what I paid to buy the car. They told me that I did not respond in a timely fashion but I just received the letter a week ago. So they did not notify me in time. When I tried to call again to speak to someone the refused my call multiple times or kept me on hold for an hour then hung up. This is so outrageous I’ve never experienced this before. Please if you are getting your car towed DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s a scam.

Oh and zero customer service to boot, the entitlement just oozes from them with every single interaction. Don’t use these people unless you enjoy being lied to and ripped off. And you’re sorry I feel that way? That’s what you tell a disabled person when you tow their vehicle over an expired license plate when they’re on the way to register the vehicle? No compassion, no care for their fellow man. Just chasing the almighty dollar. Your greed is so plainly obvious.
Oh and I’ve already filed with BBB, and I’m in the process of filing a complaint with the county. I hope the investigation is worth the way you treated me today.
And just fyi it’s illegal to refuse to communicate with me in regards to the return of my vehicle. Keep refusing my phone calls and that’ll amount to theft. Maybe I need to report that too?

When I had an issue with my car Adlers showed up very quickly. The driver was very helpful, pleasant, and professional and knew exactly what to do to get my disabled vehicle on the flatbed. I highly recommend them!
Adlers was there to help when my classic car wouldn't start quite some distance from home. Evan was quick to arrive even though I was out of their normal service area. The truck arrived with all the specialty equipment necessary to transport my car without ever needing to touch more than the tires. I'm very pleased with the service and professionalism.
I received excellent service From Frankie D’Alessandro today. He arrived 30 min before the scheduled time, was very polite professional and took great care with the car. The company is very responsive. I definitely recommend Adlers towing Pontiac.
I recently went into a ditch on an exit ramp, making it a difficult job to pull out. Other towing companies said they wouldn't even do it. Adler's asked me to call them at a more low traffic time, and when I did, they got my car out before I even got there! It was an awesome sight to see my car ready to go, and the friendliness of the driver and the affordability of the job were stellar! I had a good experience with this company from start to finish!
Adlers towing is one of the worst in Oakland County. They will charge you hidden fees, cocky staff in office that don’t care about there customers except for overcharging you storage and flipping your car in the lot next door because the fees were to high, biggest scam artist around. The driver that hooked my car (nothing but a knocked off air box) refused after we told him not to hook the vehicle the business the accident happened at was across the street from a mechanic and the driver said it would be $200 to drop it there on the spot!! $175 to my house or $100 (lied $175) at the yard with $25 ($30 they lied) on storage per day. One of uncle sams finest scamming the American person. Nothing honest or trustworthy about them. Goto lakeside or metro towing instead or anyone except adlers.
We were still waiting on AAA to send A tow after 6 hours. I Called Adlers & they picked up phone immediately (15 min wait each time we called AAA). Were out to us in 30 min - their drive time We needed a flat bed- no problem. Great driver. Very happy with their reasonable price & they were my essential hero today.
I run a trucking company and I have worked with Adlers at least a dozen times and they have always treated us good and took care of us in a timely matter. I would recommend them to anyone. They even came over and moved our generator when another company wanted to charge us a ridiculous rate to move it 5 feet.
Terrible customer service. Pete ....the name that was provided whom is the ower or boss was very abrasive. He was very rude when asked to come look at the damage that was incurred by one of his drivers to my friends vehicle. Upon hooking her car up he was going to just pull off! When prior to him hooking up the vehicle we asked for his insurance information. After running toward the truck and asking for the information he said that he told us he was just moving it. He did no such thing because he took a phone call and walked off to his truck. He then stopped and returned to talk to us where he proceeded to be rude and presumptuous. I could only feel like this was because we were a group of three young African Americans. When looking for a towservice please do more research and find a comparable alternative.

Our "skoolie" converted school bus, broke down on Sunday afternoon. I tried 18 different heavy duty tow companies who were unable to help, and then called Adlers. They had a driver out right away, worked under very stressful conditions to get our bus out of the dangerous (no shoulder) area it was in, and towed it all the way back to our mechanic near our home. The price was very reasonable and the driver was professional. We were very happy with their service. Hopefully our bus does not break down again, but if it does, we would call Adlers!
