I made a stop being hungry after doing some uber deliveries & the staff here was friendly & also the food fresh delicious i recommend this location to everyone !!!

This may be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Customer service was very rude and prices are higher than every other McDonald’s in the area.

This may possibly be the worst restaurant in the country. Nachos McDonald’s by the way all of them. If you see a good review…. It’s bc they Either work there or friends with somebody that works there. I suggest getting food ANYWHERE else.

This may be the worst meal I have EVER had. So bad, it’s almost comical. My fries wouldn’t be considered cooked, the sandwich looks like it sat in the rain for a few mins, it took 20 mins to even get our food, then to top it all off… they got the order wrong as usual. Worst meal, worst restaurant, and worse service. If you can avoid this place, I highly encourage you to waste your money elsewhere.

The prices are outrageous,the portions and sandwiches are ridiculously small!!! McDonald's has really gone downhill. The wait for fast food is 5 minutes +..... orders are never fast. Get some help and raise your standards, you won't last long serving our community this way!

I told my wife "this is the best fast food coffee I've ever had. She went and told the manager. A group of employees circled around. They proudly told my wife that they just got new equipment.

Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. They didn't bother to fill our order. After standing & waiting 10 min I had to yell from the counter to get anyone's attention. One girl obviously heard me but refused to turn around & acknowledge me. Manager said our food must've been given to someone else however there was no one else in the dining room. How do you just not fill an order? First & last visit.

The Ortonville McDonald's is absolutely the worst I have ever been to! I don't regularly eat McDonald's because the food in general is not good. Occasionally I find myself going when I am tired after work and want something quick. You aren't getting it quick at the Ortonville store, you are going to wait ten minutes or more. I always check my order bit this time I just gave it a quick glance, my fault I know but you shouldn't even have to. Well they missed the sandwich on my combo meal, a pretty big mistake. I. Going to take the loss because I will never go to the Ortonville McDonald's ever again. It's a simple job, just put whatever the receipt says into the bag! So to sum it up.... I had to pull ahead and wait for ten minutes for my low quality over priced food, and to top it off they didn't give one of the sandwiches for one of the combo meals. I really give the owner reads these because you have the worst McDonald's I and I am sure everyone else in the area have ever been to. Hopefully one day soon we will get a burger king and or taco bell in ortonville.

Check your food before leaving the drive through. It's about 50/50 if you get what you paid for and the phone never gets answered when you call to complain.

I don’t even have words for how awful this mcdonald’s is. Being in Ortonville it’s not like there are many options, so we keep going back. 95% of the time they forget to put any syrup in our coffee, so it tastes like cheap coffee with nothing in it. not to mention you need to be pulled up for anything and everything, most of the time they forget about you! Today was the last straw when i got my coffee it was disgusting as usual, but i pushed on and drank it. halfway through I started getting chewy chunks of who knows what in my mouth from the coffee. i’m just done it’s not even worth it anymore. Please just save your money. If you have the time go to davison or davisburg, they’re so much better.

Can’t get orders correct. Asked for a plain cheese burger. Specified Meat and cheese only. Got home opens my burger and all it was was mustard, ketchup, pickles, and onions on the bun Went back to complain. When I asked the manager they gave me the order wrong again and with a bad attitude. Would not recommend this McDonald to anyone.

Friendly heads-up! ☕? The Ortonville McDonald’s is currently out of Monopoly pieces on their large cups — and they’re not warning customers. I only found out after calling in to ask, since the Monopoly piece was the only reason I bought the coffee. So if you’re collecting, make sure to call ahead or speak up at the counter — you’re absolutely owed that Monopoly piece! ?️?

Service is slow and the self order kiosk shouldn't allow you to "pay at the counter" they never had a dedicated front counter person. It made our 2 orders, already slow, to come out 10 mins appart and my food was cold by the time my co-worker got his food.

I don't know what's going on at this location. It used to be a standard McDonald's - food was never great, nor was it ever bad. Just what you expect from this kind of restaurant. The last several months have see a serious decline in service and quality. It seldom takes less than 12-15 minutes to go through the drive-thru at 09:00 on weekdays. More often than not the food will be lukewarm or cold. Staff never offers an explanation for the delays, nor do they seem engaged or friendly. I thought maybe there'd been a lot of staff turnover recently and given time they'd get back up to speed. I thought wrong, the problem has been persisting for at least 6 months.

The negative reviews are right. This place sucks. The employees suck. The owner sucks. The food sucks. Horrible wait times. Orders are slapped together without an ounce of care. My ranch snack wrap tasted like old pizza rolls and took ten minutes. How? Stay away and save your money. This seems to be the norm for all fast food now. Overpriced garbage and crap service. Except Arby's.

Drive thru worker was horrible. Did not let you finish when you wanted before morning on to the next item and asking if we needed anything else before we were even done talking. Took my code and did something with it so the money did not come off but then expected us to wait 15 minutes to be active again. Can’t function without the computer telling them what to do to be able to figure out what a 20% discount is. They were going to hold our food for 15 minutes while it rebooted and expected us to take cold nasty food after that. No common sense whatsoever

The McDonald's in Ortinville Michigan is horrible. It is the most disorganized and poorly run McDonald's I've ever been in. As I watch them prepare and pass out orders I was taken back by how incredibly disorganized and slow they are. Add to that, when I finally did get my order it was wrong. I would avoid this McDonald's and eat at the local gas station.

Ordered online for pick up for drive thru. I waited 20 minutes in a side spot they told me to wait in before I went inside to ask where my FAST food is. It was 1 breakfast meal and took them over 20 mins to make it. Also they couldn't find my order when I went inside to see what was taking so long. Lines are always super long. Expect to take 30 mins or longer here!

Unfortunately this McDonald’s has been severely going downhill with the quality, food, and service within the last year. Before, this was one of the best McDonald’s you could go to. They always had provided over-the-top service and the food quality was excellent! But ever since new management came in & they lost all of their good employees, the location has gone to utter shambles. Today when I went inside to pick up an order that was marked as ready- it was not ready, and after waiting 10min I questioned them about it, to which they claimed they never received the order. Management was a bit sassy with me about it, and when I did receive the order it was incorrect. Every time within the past few months they get something incorrect.

Consistently one of the worst McDonald’s that I go to, but I keep trying to give it a chance as it is our local one and nothing changes. Consistently wait 10 to 15 minutes in the drive-through for a mobile order, and often times the order comes out wrong and I have to go back in and get the corrected items. I have never experienced wait times like this at other McDonald’s, and this one rarely has more than three cars waiting in the drive-through. I wish I could give it more than one star, because the employees are all generally very kind, but the inconsistencies and wait times are unlike any other McDonald’s I have ever experienced

This McDonald's never misses, always hot, always fresh everybody's always hustling to get the orders out fast and fresh. This is by far my favorite in Oakland county!

I’m utterly frustrated and appalled by my local McDonald’s. I was using my rewards to get a free mcchicken and on the app it says all locations participating in the points will allow you to make it a hot and spicy. First they kept refusing that they could. At the window I showed a manager on my phone and he was very nice and said they would make uphold their end of rewards deal. This is the hot and spicy they gave me. The wrapper was completely crinkled, the sticker, wrong might I add, was on the inside of the wrapper and everything was covered in mayo. When I called and spoke to the same manager and told him I whole heartedly felt like his crew messed with my food because of the audacity of their presentation. I was not mean, belligerent or rude- this man tells me that’s just how they wrap them sometimes, that people put the sticker on the inside of the wrapper and mayo on the bun. Like excuse me? This is how you guys treat your customers. Disrespectful. It was done deliberately.

We always have issues with this location and they are very unkind… today I had a super raw burger and almost every burger in the order was raw as well. Of course realized it halfway through…. Not good

I hope you like your breakfast burnt. I really truly appreciate and love the fact that this is obviously burnt to a crisp, the worker looked at it to assemble sandwich, decided “eh I’m not gonna give them a new top bun, screw it” and serves it like that. Please shut down and get replaced with a Culver’s for the love of god….

This place will mess up your order then make you drive 20 minutes all the way back so they can see their mess up then replace it cause they treat you like you trying to scam them. Can't distinguish a Biscuit from a McMuffin.

When they actually get my order correct. They will be rated higher. Service has went down hill along with the preceived "quality"

Very friendly staff and extremely clean location. My McChicken sandwich was made exactly as it appears on the menu which I appreciated. I think that is the first time I've ever had a perfectly made McChicken! It's my favorite sandwich they serve. Thank you for a great experience!
