I’m done dealing with this auto zone, maybe even autozone in general. Been putting up with this autozone for years since it’s close to my house. The employees knew nothing about cars which made it frustrating trying to get help. But the last 2 experiences in the matter of one week, they gave me the wrong rotors. Then 2 days later, I bought a wheel hub assembly from a different autozone that says it should fit my car, correct part number but the diameter of the bore was not the same. Might not be the employees fault on that one BUT when I went to this specific autozone to return it, they couldn’t figure out how to return/refund it. Even when I pulled up my account on their website where you can view your purchases, there’s a link that says “in store return instructions” you can click it and it says “Need to make a return? Just show this barcode at any AutoZone location to process your return”. Well I showed them the barcode, they scanned it twice and still couldn’t figure out how to return/refund it. They just told me to try and take it back to the other location where I bought it from. And I also went across the street to O-Riley’s, purchased their wheel hub assembly which fit on the car and the employees could hold a conversation about what I was in the middle of working on. From now on I’m either waiting on shipping from Rock auto or if it’s an emergency, I’m driving past autozone and going to O-Riley’s. Giving this review 1 star for the few positive times I’ve had here.
This was the second store that I walked out on today. The first one didn't know how to use their card that they gave me for the discounts. You know the membership card the cashiers both of them couldn't figure it out so I walked out of that store and went to AutoZone thinking that I would have a better experience as I walked in the gentleman asked if you could help me. I gave him my information. He took it down. Was on his way to get me a filter. I was on my way to get the oil and additive that I needed for the oil change. He decided he's going to stop and answer the phone regardless that there's three people in the back. Just laughing and talking that could have answered the phone. So he stands there for 10 minutes on a phone call. Then he decides he's going to go get my filter. I sure did walk out. That is not customer service. First come first serve. This is why people do not like going to brick and mortars anymore. Customer service there sucks you're there for their convenience SMH
Mr. Kevin went above and beyond to help me with oil service. He is the best he took time and help me guide me.

I walked in the late evening closer to their closing time, after my driver side wiper blades flew off while driving in interstate and I had to get off. It was raining heavily and windy. It was almost impossible to drive with driver side wiper gone. I told them i have no clue how to fix it with so many adapters and they offered to help. The staffs were very kind and fixed it for me. Appreciate their willingness and kindness to help. God bless!
Omg Ryan help me get my light for the brake maintenance mode on a 2021 Lincoln Corsair off. Crazy part is the person that did the brakes watched the video 50 million times and couldn’t get it off and I watched the video and tried to do it myself and I couldn’t get it off. I want to thank Ryan at store 4352 so much and I will be back up there to tip you promise didn’t have any cash on me. Luv Ty
As soon as I walked in the door; “Welcome, sir. How can we help you today?” That was from Brian and Chris (nearly in harmony!) at this exemplary location of Auto Zone today. Amazing customer service from these gentleman and I so sincerely appreciate it.
Ironically enough, I had just walked in, and around an O’Reilly store not far away, where I was COMPLETELY ignored by the two salesmen there. I decided to put my small purchase back on the shelf and find a business that would appreciate my purchase in this day of skyrocketing prices and wages not keeping pace.

I was only in this store for 30 seconds. However, all thirty seconds was me standing at the counter with an attendant on the other side of the counter watching her phone.
I’m used to “we’ll be with you in a moment,” or “wait one second and we’ll be right with you.”
I’m not used to zero eye contact, zero greeting, and zero respect.
Picture you are driving in February at night and hour away from home. Imagine it is night time and it is a wintery mix of rain, sleet, snow, and ice as you drive on 94 freeway. My left windshield wiper starts loosing the rubber strip on the bottom half causing only half of my driver's side to clear. Then 5 minutes later my passenger side stops wiping altogether. I was taking my husband to pick up his truck from the dealership before they closed. It was so scary. He followed me to this Auto Zone and tried to fix the passenger wiper to no avail. Chris and Brian the two gentlemen working at the store stood out in the freezing rain for a solid 20 minutes tightening a bolt and then replacing both wipers for me. I thought for sure I was going to have to take it in to the dealership for a hefty repair bill but they got me back on the road with clear windows in no time. It really was a scary drive and I can't thank them enough. They were both really professional and after the sale they invested a ton of time in making sure I was driving safely home.
Wonderful team at this Autozone! Ran out of windshield wiper fluid during the recent snow storm and the guys were awesome, very kind and made sure that I had everything I needed while they were tending to another customer. Helped replace the windshield wipers and the fluid, then when my car got stuck in the snow, they all came out and helped push without being asked! Seriously great service, wish I had the names of the gentlemen who helped me but they were rockstars!
Came to purchase a dead brake light. Brian H. helped me to locate bulb on the aisle and also replaced it at no additional labor cost and no time. He is really awesome. Overall it was far cheaper than Honda dealer and also with great customer service. I will visit again for sure. Thank you.

I was looking for clear floor mats for my new vehicle. I reached out to the Auto Zone located on Grand River and Drake in Farmington Hills. I engaged with Aaron M., a new manager in training. Aaron was so kind and patient with me. He said that he had a set of clear floor mats in stock and would set them aside for me. When I arrived at the store location, Aaron not only showed the identified set to me, but physically demonstrated that the selected set fit my vehicle perfectly. Upon purchase, Aaron trimmed the front mats and placed them in my car. The mats for the rear were kept intact and used as a protective cover for my trunk. The experience just doesn’t get any better than the personal attention and care I received during this experience. Very pleased with the purchased product and the service!
I stopped in to get my battery replaced and got amazing service Krystle and Brian who changed my battery for me and ran A starting system test. I was extremely happy and satisfied with my overall experience! Would recommend!
Great experience. We went in today for a battery replacement. The correct battery was in stock and was installed free of charge! In all, it took 10 minutes. They even interacted very nicely with my four-year-old :). Highly recommended.
On Monday, Oct. 8 my car battery died in a vacant lot. I called Autozone which was, according to Google, 496 feet away. The gentleman walked over and charged my battery. I offered to pay and he said, "No, it's OK. I like to help people". A big thank you to the kind gentleman (sorry forgot to get his name).

I had the best experience with AutoZone, Brian H saved the day, it was 30 minutes to closing time, The battery of my car died and he was able to change it for me and no matter of time with his helper Keisha. Best customer service, also the nicest people that I have ever dealt with thank you 🙏

I ordered and paid for a battery online and it went very nicely. The nice people at the counter took care of my order and saw me on my way in a just a couple minutes. When I came back later in the afternoon with my old battery for the $20 core refund they got a cart for me to bring it into the store. I have a very bad hip and the good folks there were very kind. The store is brightly lit so reading the print on packages is easy. It's clean and I saw no empty spots on any shelf throughout the store. A+ store and A+ employees.
