What a delightful reminder of why people are moving to online shopping. The gentleman at the counter seemed deeply offended by the concept of questions, which is ironic for an auto parts store. Every answer was delivered with maximum rudeness and minimum patience, as if I had personally ruined his day by wanting to spend money there. I usually go out of my way to support local businesses instead of ordering online. Today was a great lesson in why online shopping is winning: parts arrive without attitude, sighs, or eye-rolling. Now this store has successfully achieved two things; lost a customer and earned a one-star review. And then people wonder why retail is going out of business. Truly a mystery. Thanks for the motivation to click “Add to Cart” next time
