Great team at Automark, everyone is really friendly! Victor took care of me the same day I brought my car in to have some branding decals replaced. The shop made sure to bring me back a few times to weigh in on options so that everything would be exactly how I wanted it before they finished up.
The customer service and attention to detail at Automark Collision is top notch. I have had the unfortunate luck of needing my vehicle repaired less than 6 months apart. The owner assisted me getting my vehicle in, making sure all the repairs were done correctly and got it done within the the alloted rental car coverage time. Best experience I've ever had with a car repair -- body, mechanical, even regular service at my dealership -- Automark beats them all. While no one "likes" to be inconvenienced by a car repair (least of all when it's the result of a no fault, parked at a gas station, fender bender) if you need service, this is your spot. From the honest and fair quote provided by Victor to the seamless facilitation of insurance payments and rental car delivery and pickup to the expert craftsmanship of the work (including a FULL detail of the interior of my car at no charge) to the final billing and delivery of my car, the experience was really exceptional. On top of all of that Tom and Christina were super professional and customer oriented. Going so far as to order a second bumper and redoing all the work a second time just to make sure it was exactly right. Customer service, perhaps, isn't dead afterall. I took my BMW to AutoMark Collision Center after being struck by another Car. They were professional and helpful as soon as I got there. At a very stressful time, they helped me with car rental, dealing with the insurance issues. They kept me updated with how things were going and the status of the car. Dropped off my AMG C63s for a bumper repair and I was worried about color matching. I just picked up the car today and let me tell u it was beyond my expectations. I could not be happier with the work that was done on my Cadillac XT5! I was the victim of a hit and run and was left with a crunched lift gate, bumper and busted lights. If you looked at my car today, you would never know anything happened. PLUS they detailed the INSIDE of my car before returning it to me. It truly looks better than when I purchased it. The staff was incredibly helpful and kept me notified of the progress during the entirety of the the repair. I happily and highly recommend Automark in Farmington Hills and will be back should the need arise!

Automark was fantastic! Our Rivian was in the shop for 4 months waiting on a part, and the communication from Automark was consistent, thorough, and very professional. Our Rivian looked brand new when we finally got it back. I highly recommend Automark!
10/10 would recommend. It took a bit to get into but it was 100% worth the wait. They kept me informed on what was going on with my car and the quality of work was exceptional! They worked with Enterprise to ensure I had a rental vehicle waiting when I dropped my car off. They even detailed the inside of my car and made it look pristine!
I've had three vehicles in at Automark Collision for body repairs and have always been impressed by their unmatched quality of work and customer service! The whole team truly cares and ensures every concern is addressed. Regular status updates are provided during repairs, with the end result being my vehicles looking untouched. The paint is matched exactly, even down to the orange peel, panel gaps are consistent, door alignments are flawless, no new rattles are left from the interior being apart, repair procedures are followed with zero shortcuts... Being very particular with the quality of work, I can only trust Automark to handle collision repairs.

I recently had an incident with my car. My car was taken to automate for body repair and parts. Everyone there was very nice to me kept me updated per week about the progress of the repair. Especially Emily is the best. Never fail to let me know per week about my car. Also Tom went over the details of the work that was done. I’m well please with their work. I’ve been using Automark for my body shop needs and they have been absolutely amazing! Not only have they done amazing work on my vehicle but they also managed the back and forth with the insurance and pushed back when the insurance was trying not yo pay for certain things. Everyone there is very professional and friendly and always kept me informed and updated me regularly. I will continue to go take my vehicles there!

I am a "car" person and I love my vehicle which I keep in pristine condition. When someone backed into me, I was really worried about finding a top quality repair shop that does excellent work. I was thrilled to find Automark and they certainly exceeded my high expectations. The staff in the office were fantastic. I loved that they gave me weekly updates and handled all the insurance "things" including my rental car. SUPER kind and professional people which is hard to find these days. When I went to pick up my car (AMG GLE 53 Coupe) it looked as good as the day I picked it up from the MB dealership. The detailing they do after the repair work is super impressive. I also had to travel to IL a week and a half after I dropped off my vehicle for repair. The shop staff not only made my car look brand new BUT they also made sure it was done before my trip to IL. I so appreciate the hustle and quality work. Thanks again!!! I will continue to refer this business to many friends and family.
I really appreciate the quality of the work done on my new Subaru Forester which got rear ended by trucks only months after I bought it. The team at Automark was exceedingly communicative sending me weekly status reports and answering questions. When I went to pick it up, Ian, who was responsible for repairs came out to meet me and explained to me exactly what was done. He took a lot of time with me, and they all did. This is excellent high quality body work facility on automobiles by an expert team with excellent customer service!

Awesome place! A large rock was thrown off an overpass and hit the underside of my bumper. My bumper was damaged, radiator leaking, and had banged up the underside of the car. Called my insurance company and request Automark as they are the BMW certified body shop. Very thorough evaluation and great communication throughout the process. Sent a bunch of pictures showing what was damaged as a result of the rock (as well as showing damage unrelated to the rock). Used OE BMW parts and insurance gave no issues despite not being in their network. Results look better than new! Would definitely go back for any future body work
I brought my NSX here after several recommendations from friends of mine.
Unfortunately my experience was lackluster. The customer service was extremely poor and I was strung along for close to 4.5 months on my car. Automark was never able to provide a completion date after much back and forth, until the literal day the car was done.
The team did help me out with some extra work on the car as we had some opportunities when money was saved on some parts. However, the replacement radiator fins were smashed up so bad I was asked later if I tracked the car - I unfortunately didn’t notice this during the pickup of the car.
The only saving grace was the quality of the work, the folks in the back did an amazing job on the car and for that I am grateful.
A little communication, honesty, and transparency goes a long way. Hopefully Automark took some lessons away from this experience.
My car; 2016 BMW 340 X-Drive was hit in the back while it was parked. My friend David Vdx -auto detailing recommended AutoMark Collision Center. These guys are the professionals, if you want your car repaired correctly. From the minute I dropped of the car, the Technician will explain what they intend to do, to the Administration who keeps you posted on parts arrival, and the progress of the car is going through repair process. So I had my 2016 Range Rover Sport in there for some detailed painting. I wanted to Black out all my trim pieces that were silver.
So after working with Alan with being specific on what I wanted he went to work on what I wanted done! Alan has an eye for detail and understands my eye for detail and has done a great job!
We have a couple things to finish up on and when that's done the Rover will be what I wanted!! Thanks Alan
Nick and the dudes at the Bloomfield Hills Automark location are the BEST! After I totaled my 08 e92 335xi, Nick worked with me to figure out the best plan of action in terms of buying the car back and fixing vs. cutting my losses and moving on. He didn't charge a dime for the diagnosis and expertise, even though the car was on a hoist for multiple days at a time. Fast forward to my next car, another 08 e92 335xi, that needed a windshield replacement. Nicolette worked with my insurance to get me the best parts possible (yes, OEM Saint Gobain glass) and Nick was able to get my car in and out in a day, even though the shop was busy and low on man power. He even ordered a new a-pillar trim piece free of charge after a tiny speck of adhesive got onto the edge of it. Also, this is the cleanest body shop (or vehicle repair shop of any kind) you've ever seen. Thanks guys!
