This company is an absolute joke their so called “customer service” is nothing but attitude and excuses. I’ve never dealt with a business this sloppy and careless. Save yourself the stress and money avoid this place like the plague.

I recently faced an unfortunate situation with this shop. I was out of town for a period, and another person unexpectedly managed the shop in my absence. It appears that oil filtration products were sourced from an unfamiliar supplier, and I later learned that Mighty Auto Parts became involved due to concerns about the supplies used. As a result, my account was canceled and I was stopped from receiving service.
We've been using mighty for years now to supply our shop sufficiently and with every curve ball and problem thrown Joes way he has always and continued to rise to the occasion and give the best service that can be provided. He has been a joy to work with and will continue to get and earn our business for years to come. Thank you Joe for being the rock star you are!
Quite possible the worst company to deal with. After Paul left they really went downhill fast. You can not trust them. They don't honor the warranty and they do not take care of you as a business owner and 20 years + of business with them (Paul was the only one to ever come in here from them) I will never give them a dollar again.
The people that make this company helped us every step of the way in buying our business. They made everything work out with orders as best as they could throughout tough (pandemic) ordering times. They are friendly, helpful and beyond efficiant:) it feels that they have a sincere desire for us to prosper. And we do for them as well.
Was on a merging road, I was already going 5mph over the speed limit. The driver of this Mighty vehicle was behind me and sped up only enough to get in front to cut me off.
