Every time I have spoken with them, they have been kind and helpful. Not needed services yet, but based on previous interactions, would anticipate quality service.
This place did great work. I was tired of getting poor quality work from other auto body shops so my son's friend suggested Northern. I consider myself to be very particular about the details and have high expectations concerning quality. Dan did a lot of work on my truck. He was very attentive to the details and didn't take shortcuts. It's refreshing to get someone that cares enough to do a thorough job. My truck still looks just as good two years later!
The gentleman here do a great job! Fixing up your car or truck after it has been damaged is one thing. Making sure the person is ok, is another! They work on both!
I took my truck here and spent a lot of money to have the box and doors, fenders and rocker panels, windshield replaced and a full two tone paint job. The day I picked it up we found dirt in the paint and had to leave it to be wet sanded. After picking it up the 2nd time - all the plastic trim, door hndles, etc are caked with compound that I cannot remove. I have had the truck back for about 2 weeks, and the pain t is cracking on the roof, there are scratches all over the roof, dings that were never fixed, the hood and box are both crooked, the seals were never replaced on the doors, causing everything to get inside the truck, the rearview mirror fell off, the new doors would not open, and my husband had to take them apart to fix them. When the sun shines on it, all you can see is buff marks. There is paint run all over, uneven pinstriping, and all the owner could tell me was "I dont know what you expect" I told him I wanted the money to have it fixed properly after getting quotes from other, REPUTABLE shops, or I would be taking him to court, at which point he told me to take him to court, and walked away. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE unless you want to pay twice for repairs.
