DO NOT take anything to Olivieri's Auto in Fremont MI. We took my sons car to him and wanted him to replace the engine cause it has high miles and a blown head gasket and asked him to please check this car over and make it safe for my son. We was told it needed all new front and back breaks along with break lines, calipers rotors and ball joints. We said fix it all, we pick it up fairly fast and get about half way home and the caliper locked up. I call the owner and said were stranded on the side of the road...I thought you said you changed all that stuff and he started yelling at me saying he never said he was gonna fix that....ok i guess i bite that bullet! Then not even 200 miles later the car starts smoking the engine starts knocking, oil leaking like crazy and its murky. My son calls the owner cause we were told that it was under warranty even though we had to argue about that as well and finally seems how were family he guesses he will honor that warranty...this time we left marks on the engine cause my son said this engine that he was supposed to change looks the same as the engine as he brought to him in the first place other then the engine numbers were grinded off. So after almost 2 months of our phone calls being ignored were finally able to pick the car back up and guess what? Not even another 200 miles later and the engine is leaking oil is murky and rattling AGAIN!!!! Also this engine has the same marks on the engine block as when we dropped it off to him to begin with!!! We gave you a chance even though we shouldn't have specially when you screwed our pastor over. That was the most expensive oil change that i have ever paid for and the crappiest auto experience I have ever dealt with. You will NOT save money going through him!!!! Were out $3000 and still no car that he can drive. Don't make the same mistake as we did not to mention he drives your vehicles as if he owns it and a lot of these reviews on this page are his buddies and his girlfriend!
Carlos was super understanding, easy to work with, upfront and honest with me about what needed to be done, and very fair pricing. I would easily recommend him to ANYONE and I highly do! Will definitely be continuing to use his services in the future...Thank you Again Carlos!
Never will bring anything back to him was supposed to put a new motor in my truck well he cut my cats off never called and asked then get my truck back and it's a junk motor that jumped time and will not answer and has not called back will never bring another vehicle to this garage he got me for about 5 grand and thinks it's OK
Absolutely great service I call them about a junk car The price they offered me over the phone was more than everybody else I called they ended up giving me even more when I got there highly suggest great costumer service.
