I went there to get a new battery and I got a battery from there tonight I said to him too bad you guys don't install them the manager said we do so she install it so thank you very much. She was very courteous and friendly and knowledgeable
First time there. Went in order my part that I needed. Reasonable price compare to the other auto stores I went to. Very friendly and respectful. Will go there again
I don't appreciate being told the store doesn't install rear windshield wipers because one employee doesn't know how. A big thank you to the other employee that did come out to help me. If you don't know how to do something that's okay, just point me in the direction of someone that does. Business ethics.
So called the store at about 9am this morning for a part to come to the store on Apple. They told me it will be there by 12 give or take. So get to the store at almost 1230 and they didn’t find my name in the System. Okay cool they like but if you called and order a part it should be here when the truck comes. So I wait in the car guy come out and says the truck is here your part should be on it. Hold time the part never got order. So we waited almost 20 minutes outside just for a part not to be on the truck. So we left and I called just to see if I could drive to Grand Rapids to pick it up just for them to tell me no and he like well yeah okay he really didn’t care that my part didn’t come or about the time I wasted to get there and the person time to try and fix my car today.. so Unprofessional..
Excellent, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service. I called and a service rep immediately answered and was able to quickly confirm that the bulbs I needed were in stock. When paying for the bulbs, a service rep (Braxton) provided pricing options. I have very limited mechanical knowledge which made me beyond grateful for Braxton's assistance with installing headlight bulbs. I highly recommend O'Reilly's
Had some tail light issues I came in and Conner told me which bulbs to replace on my Fusion and then offered to replace them for me. It was quick and easy and my experience was A1. I’ll always return to this location for parts!
Thay never answer there phone. Went in there one day and asked the manager said I don't answer the phone the customer in the store is more important. Than ppl calling we'll when u drive a super duty and fuel is 4$ a gallon I'm not driving 10 miles to just see if u have the Part in stock. Or a Part in stock for the other 5 cars I have
Tydus and Bill were venting about another worker (I think it was Mike) when I walked in. They didn't acknowledge me when I walked in (only person in the store) so I said good morning and the ignored me while they continued to complain about their co-worker, I approached the front counter and said "can you help me with this part?" And set a part on the counter, and Tydus replied "nah man, I ain't ready for you yet" and then continued to rant with Bill about one of their employees not knowing where to put stuff yesterday...
It was a frustrating and completely disrespectful moment, 7:55 a.m. Friday morning...
Terrible experience. I had a brake line lock up on my motorhome in Muskegon 4 hrs from home. I called Fri and they said they could order it (not in stock) and have it by 8 am Tommorrow. I gave them the exact part number. Next Day I called them in the morning and said this is Dan again and they said yes we have the part now. So u have my dad drive 35 min one way to bring me there. I show up and they don't have it and have no idea what I'm talking about. I confirmed w them the number I called and this was the right place. No I'm sorry etc just I don't know. They said well we have something ordered for Alex. I looked at it and said no it says ordered BY Alex. "Yes I know sir" Rude and a huge waste of time. I'm guessing this was the part but they ordered the wrong part since it was the right part for one year different.
Will put you on hold and never pick your call back up! On hold for ten straight minutes when asked if I “can hold for a sec” and now no one is manning the phones as I try calling back.
The employees are friendly and helpful, prices seem better than other auto parts stores in the area. They have a good supply of merchandise to cover what you need..
I had to stop by two locations in the city. Apple Avenue and Henry St. Locations. Both locations had very friendly service. Very helpful with finding the part that I needed for my vehicle. Thanks a lot!

I tend to favor Oreillys they always have clean stores and helpful employees. This was right on point for what I expect. The store is clean, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. It's close to Whitehall, maybe 2 miles from "downtown" and right off the expressway. If you are looking for parts you won't be disappointed.
To the guy that helped me with my wiper blade yesterday, just know that that act of kindness you showed will stay with me for a long time. I have been in a tight pinch for awhile now and that small gesture meant so very much to me and I just want you to know how appreciative I am. Thank you so much!
I walked in O'Reilly Auto Parts on Apple Ave. I was not acknowledged or greeted in any way. I then continued to walk around the store and search for my product while the workers had an ongoing conversation with each other. Never acknowledged I was even in the store. After about 5-7mins of me walking around; a another man walks in, and was immediately greeted and asked about what he was looking for. As a woman, I feel like that was rude and unprofessional. I will not be going back.
Really nice and clean inside, friendly workers and always willing to help a customer with finding anything or ordering special parts for their cars. They love to rotate the front displays so you can see things you didnt even think they had. And they have essential items at a decent price. Overall 4 outta 5
This location attempted to give me open, bent head bolts for $70 a box. The employee who handled the transaction was rude and it felt like he was rushing me out, so I am now operating on the assumption that this was done purposefully and maliciously. As such, I encourage everyone who chooses to buy from this location to make sure you actually have new parts before installing.
My father and I went in to buy a Driverside rear brake Caliper. The man helping us was named Brian and he was unreasonablepy rude to us. Apparently we didn’t have the complete core with us so he got angry or something. We could have just brought it back to him later sense I live 5 minutes away. They will never get my service again if this is how I will be treated.
Bought new AC pump yesterday and was bad. But went in today explained what was wrong and the guys took really good care of me. Fixed all issues, and replaced all freon also! Had good experience today. Wasn't there fault part was defective and resolved all problems better than they had too!!!!!!
This place is th best parts store I've been to. They have alot of resources to get parts and they will price match. Even most online price matching to a certain extent . Best auto place there behind Walgreens in the strip plaza .
The store is really nice, clean, and the people are friendly. However the employees that I talked to didn't seem to be very knowledgeable, and they sent me away with the wrong part. I ended up having to walk up to another auto parts store to get the part, then when I was done replacing it, I had to return the other part back at O'rielly's.
These people are incompetent they sold me the wrong oil filter twice I gave them the correct information about my vehicle and they did it twice! how pathetic anyways if you love your car stay away from this place! they don't deserve the one star I'm giving them just pitiful the manager got an attitude when i came and asked for a replacement they also sold someone I know junk wiper blades if you want quality parts look to autozone napa or auto parts plus stay away from this place! you been warned
