Told me that the truck was rust free and it had rust holes in the bed and leaked transfer case fluid and leaked tranny fluid and the stabilizer link was welded onto the frame.
Ad posted online for a vehicle touting it's great shape. Pictures looked good, called and setup a test drive for the following day. Fully prepared to pay full (and top of market value) price for what looked like a pristine Jeep Wrangler Sahara edition. Reconfirmed the vehicle was in the condition stated in ad over the phone as it was far away. Complete 180 degrees when I arrived after driving more than two and a half hours to buy it. Rotten rusted through frame, radio falling out of it, punctured tire, failing universal joints, transmission mounts broke, cab mounts rusted through, all rust spray painted black so it didn't show up in photos, hood dented. When I told him it wasn't as described he told me it "is what it is". Waste of time, only reason I'm not giving no stars is because it won't let me.
Just stopped by 3 years later. They’re still pulling this stuff.
Don't buy from here. They buy smashed, totalled vehicles & won't disclose the information to you upfront. I purchased a truck from them, apparently it had no problems, with a green title.
Weeks later every dash light come on. I tried to trade it in a year later to find out it had a salvage title ( being totalled out 2 months before I bought it, with multiple other accidents ) and wasn't even worth a fraction of the value that I payed for it. It was my first time financing a vehicle and didn't think to ask for a car fax. I learned my lesson, don't make the same one!
I brought the issue to their attention, and it was no longer their problem & they couldn't help me. Very rude & unprofessional!
Not sure what they did on their end to make it have a green title while selling a previously totalled vehicle.
Great quality used vehicles at reasonable prices. They where great with communication and upfront about all information. An issue became evident after purchase no fault of theirs. They helped to correct the issue when they had no obligation to what so ever as the vehicle was purchased as is.
Would give zero stars if that was an option. This dealership is disrespectful and dishonest. We had been talking to the dealership regarding a used subaru, they were aware we were driving from 2 hours away. Came to look at the vehicle, exterior photos didn't clearly show the sketchy paint job, the vehicle was clearly in an accident at one point. When asking about the accident, I was lied to by the salesman stating he told my husband about the accident and replacement of parts. The part replacement was not done correctly and in my opinion not professionally. When asking why the dealership wasn't upfront they responded with "we dont tell people unless they ask and not until they get to the dealership". What a waste of our time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Great experience overall Purchased our Subaru from them and we love it they were upfront about the one minor accident it had and what they fixed on it. They were the best priced and lowest miles around town.
Sold us a used Mercedes at fair KBB value. Have liked the vehicle. Driven it for 2 years. They produced a carfax when we bought it "never had an issue" - went to trade in to Mercedes and upgrade recently....it has a salvaged title and we were clueless. No one reputable will take it on trade. Beware.
I have purchased two cars here in the past and have to say that my experience was wonderful. They were very easy to deal with and answered all questions I had for them, even after the purchase. Would definitely recommend if you don't want the hassle of being scammed by the typical "car salesman".

The sales guys here have no desire to serve customers. Making a profit is the only thing that matters - they won’t even make you a counter offer if yours is too low. They simply laugh and tell you “sorry.”
I’d recommend checking out an actual dealership that will work to serve you and your needs. Don’t waste your time and money with this place.
We've bought two vehicles from Auto World in the past three years and have had a great experience. Very nice people and we've gotten two very dependable vehicles at a great price.
My vehicle buying experience has been and continues to be a nightmare. I was sold an unsafe vehicle that has been in a shop longer then I've owned it. Had to bring it back for repairs after 1 wk and then completely ignored when asking for any documentation on service or parts. Absolutely the worst experience buying a used car. Thankful my son and I didn't have a car accident on our long commute. In my experience they would rather make a sale then keep their costumers safe.
Seem like very nice people, but can't we get an honest car salesman? They lied to me about where a vehicle I was looking at came from. Like I'm not going to carfax it before spending thousands. Told me it was the third vehicle they sold to a customer, I looked it up and it came from halfway across the state. I don't appreciate being lied to.
At first the experience was great. HOWEVER, 5 months after owning it the timing chain went out in the vehicle on top of numerous things needing to be fixed. The Owner said that the AC Seal needs to be replaced but funny how now I am going to replace it is going to cost me over $1100 to fix that. I have spent over $4k in replacing items on a SUV that has 60K miles on it!! That is INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Edit-- after only this vehicle for less than a year I traded and got something new as if I kept putting money into it would have cost me over $10k to fix it. This vehicle should have never been sold and should have went to scrap.

We bought our Saturn vue from Autoworld , about a year ago. We are very very happy with it. Low miles , very clean interior (granddaughter thought it was brand new ), and the price was great . The owners were wonderful . Our mechanic was impressed. Thankyou Autoworld . We will be repeat customers.
They sell crashed vehicles. Buyer beware.. Typical shady used car dealer non-sense. Ad said no rust, drove over an hr, truck had multiple rust bubbles. Gas cap had paint overspray on it. He didnt know if it had any body work done.. He owns a bodyshop.. He couldn't remember where he got the truck.. Neglected to tell me it had been in an accident. Funny, he bought a crashed vehicle from a place he dosen't remember, did a bunch of bodywork that he couldn't recall, then forgot to tell me it had a salvage title. Sleeeeeezzy.
Can I give negative stars? Chris didn’t know his inventory. Told me they had a vehicle, but turned out they didn’t have it. Scheduled a test drive and everything and still didn’t have the vehicle. Also gave me false information on the vehicle. Unorganized and unprofessional.
Unorganized, unprofessional. We drove 2 hours round trip to buy a used a truck that we had our eye on. We made an appointment and called the day before to be sure that the truck was still available. We got to the dealership and the owner laughed in our face and told us that his dad had decided to drive the truck to the UP for a family vacation the morning of our appointment...and we could come back in 2 weeks to look at it. Thanks, but no thanks.
Their trucks are rust free and low mileage. I usually can't stand dealing with sales people, but these guys were actually helpful and not pushy at all.
Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. Drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle that wasn't was it was advertised as. The pictures online were completely different. The Interior of the car was completely different then what was pictured online. The paper in the window of the car even advertised features and things the car didn't even have. I would not recommend this place at all.
Awful dealership. Called and was wanting to check out a car and have my shop check it out. Told me I couldn't cause the shop I wanted to take it to was too far away. The had the honchos to tell me someone else is actually outside looking at it right now. Told me he has lost deals because of not letting people take it to their trusted shop for an inspection. Like well you just lost another deal due to trying to scam me. DO NOT waste your time here!
They held onto a trade in that was newly listed for a couple of days until I could get out of work and look at it.
Pretty sure they could have sold it for twice what I got it for.
I've already put a thousand miles on it with no problem.

I had a great car buying experience with these guys! Not only did they have the car I wanted at a great price but they stood by what they sold to me. I would absolutely buy from them again! After being in business for more than 30 years, they know what they're doing and how to treat their customers. They are very courteous and helpful!
Chip in windshield covered with dealer sticker..... told by Chris to "put some super glue in the dent and sand it off." Or something legally close enough to these words. This was the 3rd day that we had the JEEP. If it were up to me, our new to us JEEP would be back on their lot!! When questioned about the chip via my wife, she was told, "Honey, that is what you get when you buy used car....."
DO NOT TRUST THIS AUTO WORLD. We drove 2 hours to look at a car and then asked them to hold the car until we returned the next day. We got the money, got the insurance and they SOLD THE CAR out from underneath us. Don't trust them- dealers who would do this aren't trustworthy about anything.
Worse experience I've ever had for my first real car. My car was declared a total loss before I purchased it and I am now still paying for the car that I purchased 2 years and 4 months ago at almost $8,000.
