This place is great. I'm a owner op and was in the area and had major issues with my truck. The gentleman at the service counter, Austin i believe. was helpful and informative! Also got me the updates and info I needed without me needing to ask which we all know as truck drivers is very rare! The head foreman in the shop was fast and efficient. Made me feel like I didn't need to second guess the diag and repairs made to my truck. Helped me work out my schedule so I could get back on the road in a day and schedule a load back to my home state. I think he and Austin went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to worry about a extended time off the road and is a good reflection of the company. I don't normally take the time to leave a review on anything but between those two gentleman and the Muskegon location I do not mind taking the time to. I'll definitely be back if I am in the area. Thank you guys!
If your in western Michigan near Muskegon and in need truck repair, call them. They will do everything in their power to get you rolling. From the service department, parts department and shop foreman, these guys have your back. They continuously update you on what's going on and don't move forward until there's an agreement or plan on how to move forward. I lost a rear end, very costly but they did everything in their power to bring the cost down. I was very satisfied with the communication, the cost and the overall service. This day in age, it's nice to find a shop that genuinely cares about their level of service, the customers equipment and costs.
What a refreshing change, that guy in service Joe or Jodi I’m not positive his name but that guys legit! Great customer service!! I’ve been driving over 35 years and it’s nice to come across a genuine person who knows his stuff, and don’t try to rip you off cuz you’re stuck! Fair price, fast service and FANTASTIC customer service!! Thank you to all the crew you all had me back on the road, made me a priority (cost me more to be down everyday) I listened to the parts guys and a gal on the phones as well, you all got a good crew here in Muskegon! I started using West Michigan International about 6 months ago and have been very impressed with their service and support. Their outside salesman Chris has been great to work with. He stops in once a month and checks on our business, he is also contacting me when there are specials on parts we may use a lot of here. Their delivery driver Brittney is always kind and helpful. Their delivery truck comes here daily also, so that is great. We have been so impressed with them that we are doing much more with them and no longer using Weiland International. If you're in need of Heavy duty truck parts give them a call, they are great!!
Great place, very helpful friendly staff! I stopped because I had an HID headlight buld out. They were out of them but they had them picked up very quickly!
I do not recommend this business. Quoted me $135.00 to change wiper blades the cost me approximately $30.00 and took three minutes to replace. They quoted me over $100.00 to fix a license plate light that they told me it was not working. It turns out it had painters tape over it from painting. It took me 10 seconds to pull off the tape. I call and set up an appointment for some repaired and told them I use the truck daily. After dropping off the truck at the agreed day and time it sat at the repair facility for over three days and several phone calls before anybody looked at it. Some of the work they indicated was done and billed me for was never completed.
